| 1 | Study on the PPE Model Based on RAGA to Classify the Country Energy显示文摘The authors improve the traditional genetic algorithm, and combine the new method named RAGA (Real coded based accelerating Genetic Algorithm) with PPE (Projection Pursuit Evaluation) model. The RAGA-PPE model can optimize several parameters at one time. Based on this method, the authors built up a new evaluating model. Through applying the new model to evaluate the country energy of Pingtan County, the authors gained the good results. | 2 | A clinical comparative study on effects of intracavernous injection of sodium nitroprusside and papaverine/phentolamine in erectile dysfunction patients显示文摘Aim: To study the effect of intracavemous sodium nitropmsside (SNP), a nitric oxide (NO) donor, on penile erection. Methods: Forty-two patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) were randomly assigned to receive SNP 300μg or the control drugs (papaverine 30mg+phentolamine 1mg) intracavemously crosswise one week apart. The penile length, circumference and hardness after the administration of the experimental and control drugs were assessed and compared statistically. Results: (1)There was no significant difference between the changes in penile length and circumference in the two occasions; (2)In 25 SNP and 28 control cases, the hardness of the penis was scored above 100 as evaluated by the Virag method (P>0.05);(3)The duration of erection in the controls was longer than that in the SNP, but there were three priapism in the controls and not a single one in the SNP; (4)there was no apparent change in the heart rate and blood pressure in both occasions; other side effects were minimal except slight local pain in a few controls. Conclusion: SNP facilitates relaxation of the penile smooth muscle and penile erection without significant side effects. | 6 | Effect of diabetes and insulin treatment on nitric oxide synthase content in rat corpus cavemosum显示文摘Aim: To study the effect of diabetes mellitus and insulin treatment on rat penile nitric oxide synthase content. Methods: Male Wistar rats were divided at random into two groups : the Control ( n = 8) and the Diabetic ( n =17). Diabetes mellitus was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The diabetic animals were then randomly divided into two subgroups: diabetic rats without insulin treatment ( n = 7) and diabetic rats with insulin treatment ( n = 10). The neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in the penile corpus cavemosum were assayed by immumohistochemical staining with specific antibody to nNOS and the nNOS-positive nerve fibers were counted semiquantitatively under a high power microscope. Results: The nNOS- positive nerve fibres in diabetic rats with treatment was higher than that in diabetic rats without treatment ( P <0.05) and lower than that in the controls ( P < 0.01 ). The nNOS-positive nerve fibres in diabetic rat without treatment were also lower than that in the controls ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: In streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats, the nNOS content in the penile corpus cavemosum was significantly decreased. | 11 | A NOVEL INTRUSION DETECTION MODE BASED ON UNDERSTANDABLE NEURAL NETWORK TREES显示文摘Several data mining techniques such as Hidden Markov Model (HMM), artificial neural network, statistical techniques and expert systems are used to model network packets in the field of intrusion detection. In this paper a novel intrusion detection mode based on understandable Neural Network Tree (NNTree) is pre-sented. NNTree is a modular neural network with the overall structure being a Decision Tree (DT), and each non-terminal node being an Expert Neural Network (ENN). One crucial advantage of using NNTrees is that they keep the non-symbolic model ENN’s capability of learning in changing environments. Another potential advantage of using NNTrees is that they are actually “gray boxes” as they can be interpreted easily if the num-ber of inputs for each ENN is limited. We showed through experiments that the trained NNTree achieved a simple ENN at each non-terminal node as well as a satisfying recognition rate of the network packets dataset. We also compared the performance with that of a three-layer backpropagation neural network. Assessment of the tumor was conducted after 3 cycles and the effective cases were confirmed after 4 weeks.RESULTS Among 39 patients, 36 were actually evaluable. | 15 | THE EFFECT OF EC ON ORIENTATION AND RELAXATION OF PP OBTAINED VIA DYNAMIC PACKING INJECTION MOLDING显示文摘As a long term project aiming at engineering plastics based on polypropylene (PP), in this work, we report the effect of ethylene-cellulose (EC) on the orientation and relaxation of PP obtained via dynamic packing injection molding(DPIM). 2d-WAXD results showed that PP with a highly oriented structure and a shish-kebab structure were achieved by DIPM, leading to an increase of tensile strength from 35.0 MPa to 48.6 MPa. The degree of orientation of PP was increased by adding only 1% of EC, resulting in a further increase of tensile strength from 48.6 MPa to 53.8 MPa. Shish was found to exist not only in the oriented layer but also in the core of the sample after adding EC, as evidenced by DSC result.This was understood as due to the overall decrease of viscosity by the addition of EC, thus an increasing of shear rate. Higher shear rate can favor the orientation of molecules and continuous growth of shish structure, resulting in a change of shish distribution along the sample thickness. On the other hand, the relaxation mode of shish in the melt recrystallization of PP is also greatly affected by the presence of EC. A retarded relaxation of PP macromolecules was seen.Even more, SEM results showed that EC could form the short fibers in PP matrix along the shear flow direction. | 16 | Radar Imaging Based on Iterative Algorithms显示文摘It has long been realized that the problem of radar imaging is a special case of image reconstruction in which the data are incomplete and noisy. In other fields, iterative reconstruction algorithms have been used successfully to improve the image quality. This paper studies the application of iterative algorithms in radar imaging. A discrete model is first derived, and the iterative algorithms are then adapted to radar imaging. Although such algorithms are usually time consuming, this paper shows that, if the algorithms are appropriately simplified, it is possible to realize them even in real time.
