1On Reliability-optimized Controller Placement for Software-Defined Networks显示文摘By decoupling control plane and data plane,Software-Defined Networking(SDN) approach simplifies network management and speeds up network innovations.These benefits have led not only to prototypes,but also real SDN deployments.For wide-area SDN deployments,multiple controllers are often required,and the placement of these controllers becomes a particularly important task in the SDN context.This paper studies the problem of placing controllers in SDNs,so as to maximize the reliability of SDN control networks.We present a novel metric,called expected percentage of control path loss,to characterize the reliability of SDN control networks.We formulate the reliability-aware control placement problem,prove its NP-hardness,and examine several placement algorithms that can solve this problem.Through extensive simulations using real topologies,we show how the number of controllers and their placement influence the reliability of SDN control networks.Besides,we also found that,through strategic controller placement,the reliability of SDN control networks can be significantly improved without introducing unacceptable switch-to-controller latencies.HU Yannan WANG Wendong GONG Xiangyang QUE Xirong CHENG Shiduan 2014China Communications2014,11,2:25

The invalidation problem of this theory when dealing with hig hly conflict evidences is a research hotspot. Several alternatives of the combin ation rule are analyzed and compared. A new combination approach is proposed. Ca lculate the reliabilities of evidence sources using existing evidences. Construc t reliabilities judge matrixes and get the weights of each evidence source. Weig ht average all inputted evidences. Combine processed evidences with D-S combina tion rule repeatedly to identify a target. 6MiR-146a-5p targeting SMAD4 and TRAF6 inhibits adipogenensis through TGF-β and AKT/mTORC1 signal pathways in porcine intramuscular preadipocytes显示文摘Background: Intramuscular fat(IMF) content is a vital parameter for assessing pork quality. Increasing evidence has shown that microRNAs(miRNAs) play an important role in regulating porcine IMF deposition. Here, a novel miRNA implicated in porcine IMF adipogenesis was found, and its effect and regulatory mechanism were further explored with respect to intramuscular preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation.Results: By porcine adipose tissue miRNA sequencing analysis, we found that miR-146a-5p is a potential regulator of porcine IMF adipogenesis. Further studies showed that miR-146a-5p mimics inhibited porcine intramuscular preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation, while the miR-146a-5p inhibitor promoted cell proliferation and adipogenic differentiation. Mechanistically, miR-146a-5p suppressed cell proliferation by directly targeting SMAD family member 4(SMAD4) to attenuate TGF-β signaling. Moreover, miR-146a-5p inhibited the differentiation of intramuscular preadipocytes by targeting TNF receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6) to weaken the AKT/mTORC1 signaling downstream of the TRAF6 pathway.Conclusions: MiR-146a-5p targets SMAD4 and TRAF6 to inhibit porcine intramuscular adipogenesis by attenuating TGF-β and AKT/mTORC1 signaling, respectively. 7Preparation and visible-light photocatalytic property of nanostructured Fe-doped TiO_2 from titanium containing electric furnace molten slag显示文摘Nanostructured Fe-doped titanium dioxide was synthesized from titanium containing electric furnace molten slag(TCEFMS)by using an alkali fusion,followed by a hydrolyzation-acidolysis-calcination route.The efects of alkali/slag mass ratio,calcinating temperature,calcinating time,and water/slag mass ratio on the extraction efciency and purity of products were systematically studied in this paper.It is indicated that the best extraction efciency of nanostructured Fedoped titanium dioxide is 99.35%,when the molten slag is calcinated at 700 C for 1 h with the mass ratio of alkali/molten slag of 1.5:1.The influence of alkali/slag mass ratio on the photocatalytic activity of final products was evaluated by the photodegradation of methyl blue under visible light irradiation.A maximum photodegradation efciency of 88.12%over30 min was achieved under the optimum conditions.Yang Li Yi Yue Zai-qing Que Mei Zhang Min Guo 2013International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2013,20,10:10
8Peptidergic innervation of human esophageal and cardiac carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate the distribution of neuropeptideimmunoreactive nerve fibers in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma as well as their relationship with tumor cells so as to explore if there is nerve innervation in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.METHODS: Esophageal and cardiac carcinoma specimens were collected from surgical operation. One part of them were fixed immediately with 4 % paraformaldehyde and then cut with a cryostat into 40-pm-thick sections to perform immunohistochemical analysis. Antibodies of ten kinds of neuropeptide including calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), galanin (GAL), substance P (SP), etc. were used for immunostaining of nerve fibers. The other part of the tumor specimens were cut into little blocks (1 mm3) and cocultured with chick embryo dorsal root ganglia (DRG) to investigate if the tumor blocks could induce the neurons of DRG to extend processes, so as to probe into the possiblereasons for the nerve fibers growing into tumors. RESULTS: Substantial amounts of neuropeptide including GAL-, NPY-, SP-immunoreactive nerve bundles and scattered nerve fibers were distributed in esophageal and cardiac carcinomas. The scattered nerve fibers waved their way among tumor cells and contacted with tumor cells closely. Some of them even encircled tumor cells. There were many varicosities aligned on the nerve fibers like beads. They were also closely related to tumor cells. 9LAG-3 expression on tumor-infiltrating T cells in soft tissue sarcoma correlates with poor survival显示文摘Objective: To elucidate the role and prognostic significance of lymphocyte activation-gene-3(LAG-3) in soft tissue sarcoma(STS).Methods: The expression of LAG-3 in patient and matched normal blood samples was analyzed by flow cytometry. The localization and prognostic values of LAG-3^+ cells in 163 STS patients were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. In addition, the expression of tumor-infiltrating CD3^+ T, CD4^+ T, and CD8^+ T cells and their role in the prognosis of STS were evaluated by immunohistochemistry. The effect of LAG-3 blockade was evaluated in an immunocompetent MCA205 fibrosarcoma mouse model.Results: Peripheral CD8^+ and CD4^+ T cells from STS patients expressed higher levels of LAG-3 than those from healthy donors.LAG-3 expression in STS was significantly associated with a poor clinical outcome(P = 0.038) and was correlated with high pathological grade(P < 0.001), advanced tumor stage(P = 0.016). Additionally, LAG-3 expression was highly correlated with CD8^+ T-cell infiltration(r = 0.7034, P < 0.001). 10The brain morphology of Homo Liujiang cranium fossil by three-dimensional computed tomography显示文摘The Liujiang cranium is the most complete and well-preserved late Pleistocene human fossils ever unearthed in south China. Because the endocranial cavity is filled with hard stone matrix, earlier stud- ies focused only on the exterior morphology of the specimen using the traditional methods. In order to derive more information for the phyletic evaluation of the Liujiang cranium, high-resolution industrial computed tomography (CT) was used to scan the fossil, and the three-dimensional (3D) brain image was reconstructed. Compared with the endocasts of the hominin fossils (Hexian, Zhoukoudian, KNM-WT 15000, Sm 3, Kabwe, Brunn 3, Predmost) and modern Chinese, most morphological features of the Liujiang brain are in common with modern humans, including a round brain shape, bulged and wide frontal lobes, an enlarged brain height, a full orbital margin and long parietal lobes. A few differ- ences exist between Liujiang and the modern Chinese in our sample, including a strong posterior pro- jection of the occipital lobes, and a reduced cerebellar lobe. The measurement of the virtual endocast shows that the endocranial capacity of Liujiang is 1567 cc, which is in the range of Late Homo sapiens and much beyond the mean of modern humans. 11Variation of the East Asian Monsoon and the tropospheric biennial oscillation显示文摘Study of the tropospheric biennial oscillation (TBO) has attracted significant interest since the 1980s.However,the mechanism that drives this process is still unclear.In the present study,ECMWF daily data were applied to evaluate variation of the East Asian monsoon and its relationship to the TBO.First,the general East Asian monsoon index (EAMI) was delineated on the basis of a selected area using the 850 hPa u and v components.This new index may describe not only the characteristics of summer monsoons,but also the features of winter monsoons,which is crucial to understand the transition process between summer and winter monsoons.The following analysis of EAMI shows that there is a close relationship between summer and winter monsoons.In general,strong East Asian winter monsoons are followed by strong East Asian summer monsoons,and weak winter monsoons lead to weak summer monsoons.While strong (weak) summer monsoons followed by weak (strong) winter monsoons form a kind of 2-year cycle,which may be the possible mechanism leading to the TBO over the East Asian region.LI ChongYin PAN Jing QUE ZhiPing 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,1:8
12Psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers:a cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Background Healthcare workers fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic are under tremendous pressure,which puts them at an increased risk of developing psychological problems.Aims This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of psychological problems in different healthcare workers(ie,physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals)during the COVID-19 pandemic in China and explore factors that are associated with the onset of psychological problems in this population during this public health crisis.Methods A cross-sectional,web-based survey was conducted in February 2020 among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Psychological problems were assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire and Insomnia Severity Index.Logistic regression analyses were used to explore the factors that were associated with psychological problems.Results The prevalence of symptoms of anxiety,depression,insomnia and the overall psychological problems in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in China was 46.04%,44.37%,28.75%and 56.59%,respectively.The prevalence of the overall psychological problems in physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals was 60.35%,50.82%,62.02%,57.54%and 62.40%,respectively.Compared with healthcare workers who did not participate in front-line work,front-line healthcare workers had a higher risk of anxiety,insomnia and overall psychological problems.In addition,attention to negative or neutral information about the pandemic,receiving negative feedback from families and friends who joined front-line work,and unwillingness to join front-line work if given a free choice were three major factors for these psychological problems.Conclusions Psychological problems are pervasive among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Receiving negative information and participating in front-line work appear to be.important risk factors for psychological problems.The psychological health of different healthcare workers should be protected during the COVID-19 pandemic with timely interventions and proper information feedback.Jianyu Que Le Shi Jiahui Deng Jiajia Liu Li Zhang Suying Wu Yimiao Gong Weizhen Huang Kai Yuan Wei Yan Yankun Sun Maosheng Ran Yanping Bao Lin Lu 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,3:8
13Gangba sheep in the Tibetan plateau:Validating their unique meat quality and grazing factor analysis显示文摘Gangba sheep are known for having typical sensory characteristics attributed to free range conditions and grazing on wild plants.The genuine Gangba mutton was selected as the experimental group,and the commercial Tibetan mutton was selected as the control group,the nutritive composition of basic chemical components,amino acids and fatty acids in mutton were investigated to correlate its unique meat quality and eating satisfaction.The results showed that fatty acids were significantly higher(P<0.05)in Gangba mutton than in commercial mutton,and the higher content of flavoring amino acids(glutamic acid and aspartame)were primarily responsible for the taste attributes umami of meat juices.Moreover,the trace elements analysis in mutton and grazing factors(forage,water source and soil)were conducted,to explain the source of essential trace elements in mutton.The concentrations of essential trace elements show that the Gangba mutton was a valuable source for highly available Cu and Zn in human nutrition,and well managed with few detected of toxicity metal.The concentrations of essential trace elements in mutton are closely related to the trace elements in environmental grazing factors.In conclusion,the congenital grazing conditions(a highly mineralized water resource,natural forages and clean soils)were shown to contribute to the unique meat characteristics of Gangba sheep.Qiangying Zhang Ming Que Wei Li Shuang Gao Xin Tan Duo Bu 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,3:8
14Delivery room resuscitation and short-term outcomes of extremely preterm and extremely low birth weight infants: a multicenter survey in North China显示文摘Background:Delivery room resuscitation assists preterm infants,especially extremely preterm infants(EPI)and extremely low birth weight infants(ELBWI),in breathing support,while it potentially exerts a negative impact on the lungs and outcomes of preterm infants.This study aimed to assess delivery room resuscitation and discharge outcomes of EPI and ELBWI in China.Methods:The clinical data of EPI(gestational age[GA]<28 weeks)and ELBWI(birth weight[BW]<1000 g),admitted within 72 h of birth in 33 neonatal intensive care units from five provinces and cities in North China between 2017 and 2018,were analyzed.The primary outcomes were delivery room resuscitation and risk factors for delivery room intubation(DRI).The secondary outcomes were survival rates,incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD),and risk factors for BPD.Results:A cohort of 952 preterm infants were enrolled.The incidence of DRI,chest compressions,and administration of epinephrine was 55.9%(532/952),12.5%(119/952),and 7.0%(67/952),respectively.Multivariate analysis revealed that the risk factors for DRI were GA<28 weeks(odds ratio[OR],3.147;95%confidence interval[CI],2.082–4.755),BW<1000 g(OR,2.240;95%CI,1.606–3.125),and antepartum infection(OR,1.429;95%CI,1.044–1.956).The survival rate was 65.9%(627/952)and was dependent on GA.The rate of BPD was 29.3%(181/627).Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors for BPD were male(OR,1.603;95% CI,1.061–2.424),DRI(OR,2.094;95% CI,1.328–3.303),respiratory distress syndrome exposed to≥2 doses of pulmonary surfactants(PS;OR,2.700;95%CI,1.679–4.343),and mechanical ventilation≥7 days(OR,4.358;95% CI,2.777–6.837).However,a larger BW(OR,0.998;95% CI,0.996–0.999),antenatal steroid(OR,0.577;95%CI,0.379–0.880),and PS use in the delivery room(OR,0.273;95%CI,0.160–0.467)were preventive factors for BPD(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving delivery room resuscitation and management of respiratory complications are imperative during early management of the health of EPI and ELBWI.Shuai-Jun Li Qi Feng Xiu-Ying Tian Ying Zhou Yong Ji Yue-Mei Li Shu-Fen Zhai Wei Guo Fang Zhang Rong-Xiu Zheng Hai-Ying He Xia Liu Jun-Yi Wang Hua Mei Hong-Yun Wang Hua Xie Chao-Mei Zeng Li Ma Ping-Ping Zhang Jin-Yu Li Xiao-Ying Wang Li-Hua Li Hong Cui Shu-Lan Yang Lu Chen Xiao-Hong Gu Yan-Ju Hu Sheng-Shun Que Li-Xia Sun Ming Yang Wen-Li Zhao Qiu-Yan Ma Hai-Juan Wang Jiu-Ye Guo 2021Chinese Medical Journal2021,,13:7
15Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy using traditional laparoscopic instruments:a report of thirty-six cases显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of the operation of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TSPLC) by traditional laparoscopic instruments and summarize the initial experience.Methods:Sixty subjects with cholelithiasis were divided into two groups.One group (36 cases) underwent TSPLC and the control group (24 cases) underwent traditional three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Postoperative complications were observed and operation time,hospital days,visual analogue scale (VAS) after 6 and 24 h of operation,and subject satisfaction score were measured.Results:TSPLC and traditional LC were performed successfully in the two groups.The operation time in the TSPLC group was significantly longer than that in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in hospital stay and VAS between the TSPLC and control groups.The subject satisfaction score in the TSPLC group was 91.2,significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).All subjects recovered from the operation and no postoperative complication occurred during the period of two weeks after operation.Conclusions:TSPLC is a feasible and safe method for cholecystectomy,although it may be more time-consuming.However,it is welcomed by patients who are more concerned with cosmetic outcomes.Future studies are needed to confirm its disadvantages and contraindications.Li-ping CAO Ri-sheng QUE Fan ZHOU Guo-ping DING De-xi JING 2011Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2011,12,10:7
16Pollen wall pattern in Arabidopsis显示文摘The pollen wall is a solid and variously sculptured structure. This pattern is determined inside a tetrad. During meiosis, the callose wall is formed outside of the meiocyte/microspore to form a tetrad. Then, primexine is deposited between the callose wall and the microspore plasma membrane which will become undulated. The sporopollenin deposits on top of the undulated membrane and develops into the pollen wall pattern, while the callose wall is gradually degraded. In recent years, much progress has been made in the study of pollen wall pattern formation, at both molecular and genetic levels. 18Dephosphorylation of cardiomyocyte Cx43 is associated with myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury显示文摘Objective:Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury is the leading cause of death in the world. However,the details of the mechanism of its pathophysiology are still unknown. The present study was designed to investigate the role of connexin 43(Cx43) in acute models of myocardial I/R injury. Methods:Male C57BL/6 mice were subjected to myocardial ischemia(45 min) followed by reperfusion(4 hrs) in vivo. The whole operation was monitored using a two-lead ECG. Hearts were harvested and the level of protein was assessed by western blot analysis. Haematoxylin and Eosin(HE) staining was used to detect the extent of neutrophil infiltration. The expression level of IL-6 was detected by ELISA. Results:A murine myocardial I/R injury model was constructed successfully. Phosphorylated Cx43 decreased 83. 45% while non-phosphorylated Cx43 increased 1.62-fold in the myocardium after I/R injury. Neutrophil infiltration and the expression of the inflammatory cytokine IL-6 increased in the myocardium following I/R. 19Morphological characteristics, anatomical structure, and gene expression: novel insights into gibberellin biosynthesis and perception during carrot growth and development显示文摘Gibberellins(GAs)are considered potentially important regulators of cell elongation and expansion in plants.Carrot undergoes significant alteration in organ size during its growth and development.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying gibberellin accumulation and perception during carrot growth and development remain unclear.In this study,five stages of carrot growth and development were investigated using morphological and anatomical structural techniques.Gibberellin levels in leaf,petiole,and taproot tissues were also investigated for all five stages.Gibberellin levels in the roots initially increased and then decreased,but these levels were lower than those in the petioles and leaves.Genes involved in gibberellin biosynthesis and signaling were identified from the carrotDB,and their expression was analyzed.All of the genes were evidently responsive to carrot growth and development,and some of them showed tissue-specific expression.The results suggested that gibberellin level may play a vital role in carrot elongation and expansion.The relative transcription levels of gibberellin pathway-related genes may be the main cause of the different bioactive GAs levels,thus exerting influences on gibberellin perception and signals.Carrot growth and development may be regulated by modification of the genes involved in gibberellin biosynthesis,catabolism,and perception.Guang-Long Wang Fei Xiong Feng Que Zhi-Sheng Xu Feng Wang Ai-Sheng Xiong 2015Horticulture Research2015,2,1:6
20中国1960-2016年风能资源的时空分布特征显示文摘基于462个气象观测站1960–2016年共57年的近地面风速日资料,利用克里格空间内插,最小二乘法,相关系数检验和经验正交函数分解(EOF)等方法分析了年均和各个季节中国区域风速及有效风能密度的时空变化特征。研究结果表明:在中国北部和部分沿海地区年平均风速在3 m s-1以上,有效风能密度在75 W m-2以上,而在中国南部地区平均风速和有效风能密度均较小。近五十多年以来,中国区域年均和季节平均风速呈明显下降趋势,北部地区春季递减率最大,沿海地区冬季递减率最大。广东部分地区年平均风速有增大的趋势,西南,华南和华中西部地区年平均风速变化不大。平均风速大的区域,递减率也大。年平均风速和年有效风能密度的主要空间分布模态表现出高度的一致性,均呈现逐年减小趋势。中国风速及风能资源的减小趋势,主要与全球变暖及土地利用变化有关。FENG Yucheng QUE Linjing FENG Jinming 2020Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2020,13,2:5
