2TiS2-based saturable absorber for ultrafast fiber lasers显示文摘We fabricate titanium disulfide(TiS2) using a liquid exfoliation method and subsequently a TiS2-based device by optically depositing the TiS2 material onto the microfiber. This device exhibits a strong nonlinear saturable absorption property with an optical modulation depth of 8.3% at 1560 nm. With the implementation of this all-fiber TiS2-based saturable absorber, we demonstrate that both mode-locking and Q-switching operation can be obtained in a turn-key all-fiber erbium-doped laser cavity. Our findings constitute the first example, to the best of our knowledge, of a TiS2-based saturable absorber for ultrashort pulse generation and highlight the great potential of such devices in two-dimensional nanomaterials-related photonics.X. 11VAPEX方法在水平井井网中的应用显示文摘蒸汽辅助重力驱(SAGD)常常采用水平井注入和采出,它已被成功地应用于重油生产。在采油速度较高的情况下,若没有蒸汽漏失,可获得较高的采收率。然而由于热量散失到上覆岩层和邻近地层,如果要满足经济油气比,只有油层厚度较大,并具有较高孔隙度和含油饱和度,才能采用SAGD。 VAPEX方法就是采用轻烃蒸汽来萃取油藏中的重油,本文使用新型的、较长的、带有刻度的密闭模型进行了室内研究。整个过程中,将液态溶剂(丙烷、丁烷、混合物)和一小部分非凝析气从油藏顶部的水平井注入,使原油变稀而能流动。稀释后的原油流向油藏底部,从位于注水井侧边的水平井采出。若没有气体漏失,这种模式能满足实际应用的要求。产出的液体通过蒸馏、循环较容易把溶剂分离出来,这样就减少了纯溶剂的需求量。实验的目的就是寻求一种方法,使得在经济溶剂需求量下获得高产量。为了实现这一目的,我们研究了VAPEX的0要影响因素,如温度、压力、溶剂注入速度、溶剂类型、混合溶剂、井距、井网等等。发现了侧向布井能在满足经济要求的条件下获得高产油量。实验结果表明:在适当的条件下,当净注入液大约为产出油的0.2倍时,采收率和采油速度都较高。R.M.Bulter Q.Jiang 胥洪成 2000吐哈油气2000,0,2:0
