2东秦岭上宫金矿流体成矿作用:放射成因同位素地球化学研究显示文摘 赋存于东秦岭熊耳地体熊耳群陆相火山岩中的上宫金矿,是典型的断控脉状造山型金矿床,其成矿物质长期被认为来自结晶基底太华超群(所谓原生矿源层)、盖层熊耳群(所谓衍生矿源层)或燕山期花岗岩,或者下伏地壳或地幔。但是,这些观点与放射成因同位素研究结果相矛盾,因此可以认为成矿物质侧向来源于熊耳地体以南的管道口群栾川群沉积地层,后者沿马超营断裂向北陆内俯冲到熊耳地体之下,通过变质脱水导致上宫金矿成矿流体系统的发育和矿床形成。此外,成矿早阶段石英40Ar/39Ar年龄为222.8Ma±24.9Ma;成矿早、中、晚阶段矿物或岩石的Rb-Sr等时线年龄分别为242Ma±10Ma,165Ma±7Ma和113Ma±6Ma,表明成矿发生在250Ma~100Ma之间,同步于华北与扬子板块的陆陆碰撞造山作用。陈衍景 唐国军 Franco PIRA JNO 祁进平 林治家 2004矿物岩石2004,24,3:16

4锰烟尘对男工红细胞某些金属元素的影响显示文摘目的探讨长期高浓度锰烟尘暴露对男工红细胞金属元素的影响。方法用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定59名接触锰男工和59名对照组男工红细胞Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mn和Mg浓度。结果作,业环境空气中MnO2平均浓度为0.75mg/m^3(0.19~1.60mg/m^3)时,接锰作业组红细胞Ca含量明显低于对照组,而Mn含量明显高于对照组。分层分析显示,接触锰工龄10a~组红细胞Cu含量明显低于其对照组和接触锰工龄〈5a组;接触锰工龄5a~组红细胞Fe含量明显低于其对照组;接触锰工龄〈5a组红细胞Ca含量明显低于其对照组及接触锰工龄10a~组;接触锰各工龄组红细胞Mn含量均高于相应的对照组;接触锰工龄〈5a组红细胞Mg含量明显高于其对照组。结论长期接触高浓度锰可使男工红细胞Mn含量增高,Ca含量降低。分层分析表明接触锰作业的时间长短对红细胞Mn、Cu、Fe、Ca和Mg含量也有一定的影响,但变动无明显规律性。高玉秋 陆继培 姜岳明 龙泉涌 刘守廷 黄锦利 KIM Yangho PIRA Enrico 2006工业卫生与职业病2006,32,2:4
5Vertebroplasty and delayed subdural cauda equina hematoma: Review of literature and case report显示文摘Vertebroplasy is considered an alternative and effective treatment of painful oncologic spine disease. Major complications are very rare, but with high morbidity and occur in less than 1% of patients who undergo vertebroplasty. Spinal subdural hematoma(SDH) is an extremely rare complication, usual developing within 12 h to 24 h after the procedure. We report the case of a tardive SDH in an oncologic patient who underwent VP for Myxoid Liposarcoma metastasis. Trying to explain the pathogenesis, we support the hypothesis that both venous congestion of the vertebral venous plexus of the vertebral body and venous congestion due to a traumatic injury can provoke SDH. To our best knowledge, only 4 cases of spinal subdural hematoma following a transpedicular vertebroplasty have been previously described in International literature and only one of them occurred two weeks after that surgical procedures. Percutaneous verteboplasty is a wellknown treatment of pain oncologic spine disease, used to provide pain relief and improvement of quality life and is considered a simple surgical procedure, involving a low risk of complications, but related to high morbidity, such as SDH. 6Protective effect of resveratrol against cadmium-induced toxicity on ovine oocyte in vitro maturation and fertilization显示文摘Background:Heavy metal cadmium(Cd)is a widespread environmental contaminant with a potential toxicity that might negatively affect female reproduction and fertility.It has been reported that Cd exposure impaired the quality of oocytes and led to a defective maturation and fertilization,through oxidative stress induction.Resveratrol(Res)is a natural polyphenol with strong antioxidant properties that exhibited protective role in preventing oocyte redox homeostasis disruption and quality decline.Here,we explored whether the addition of Res to in vitro maturation(IVM)medium might act as a protection against Cd-induced toxicity on ovine oocyte maturation and fertilization.Firstly,we evaluated the effect of supplementing IVM medium with two different Res concentrations(1and 2μmol/L)on nuclear maturation and fertilization of oocytes matured under CdCl2(2μmol/L)exposure.Therefore,the concentration of 1μmol/L Res was selected to analyse the effects of this compound on intracellular ROS levels,mitochondrial(mt)distribution and activity,chromatin configuration,cytoskeleton morphology,cortical granules(CGs)distribution and mRNA expression of genes associated with cellular response to oxidative stress(i.e.SIRT1,SOD 1,GPX1,GSR,CAT)in Cd-exposed in vitro matured oocytes.Results:We found that 1μmol/L Res restored the reduced oocyte meiotic competence induced by Cd exposure as well as,Res sustained oocyte ability to be normally fertilized and decreased polyspermic fertilization at both tested concentrations.Moreover,we demonstrated that 1μmol/L Res mitigated Cd-induced alterations of oocyte cytoplasmic maturation by reducing reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation,preventing mt dysfunction,maintaining the correct meiotic spindle and cortical F-actin assembly and the normal cortical granule distribution as well as up-regulating SIRT1,SOD1 and GPX1 genes.Conclusions:Taken together,our findings highlighted the beneficial influence exerted by Res in preventing Cdinduced disturbance of nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation and subsequent fertilization in ovine oocytes.Res treatment may help to establish defence strategies counteracting Cd-induced toxicity on the female gamete.Anna Rita Piras Federica Ariu Alessio Maltana Giovanni Giuseppe Leoni Nicola Antonio Martino Antonella Mastrorocco Maria Elena Dell’Aquila Luisa Bogliolo 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,1:3

10肝硬化对大鼠和病人血锰等6种金属含量的影响显示文摘目的 探讨肝硬化对血锰(Mn)等6种金属含量的影响,为临床上阐明肝硬化所致金属元素代谢紊乱的并发症提供科学依据.方法 将20只大鼠随机分为肝硬化组和正常对照组,每组10只;另观察52例肝硬化病例及44例非肝硬化对照者,采用电感偶合等离子发射光谱法测定大鼠和病人血锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)和镁(Mg)含量.结果 肝硬化大鼠全血Mn、Zn、Cu、Ca的含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01),而Fe含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05).肝硬化病人血Mn含量为(1.45±1.27)μmol/L,明显比非肝硬化病人的(0.36±0.18)μmol/L高(P<0.01);Zn、Fe和Mg含量分别为(74.46±17.23)、(6 507.50±1 413.03)、(1 005.83±157.50)μmol/L明显低于非肝硬化病人(P<0.01).结论 肝硬化时,大鼠和病人血Mn等6种金属的含量是受到不同程度的影响.因此,在临床上检测肝硬化病人血液上述金属的含量,可能有益于防止因肝硬化所致某些金属缺乏和(或)过多所引起的并发症,具有重要的临床毒理学意义.陆继培 宾萍 姜岳明 高玉秋 黄力毅 刘守廷 PIRA Enrico ZHENG Wei 2006毒理学杂志2006,20,5:2
