| 1 | 对于50例采用了200个即刻负载种植体支持的下颌覆盖义齿的回顾性研究显示文摘目的对即刻负载种植体支持的下颌覆盖义齿进行一项回顾性研究。
材料和方法在1996年7月到2004年10月期间。共有50名患者入选,在颏孔间区域共植入200个种植体(每名患者4个),种植体之间采用U形杆进行刚性连接,然后戴用下颌覆盖义齿负载。种植体的直径范围从3.4mm到5.5mm,长度范围从10.0mm到18.0mm。60个种植体为拔牙后即刻种植,所有种植体中22例骨质为D1,178例为D2。由于没有一个种植体失败(即存留率为100%),并且所有研究变量间没有统计学差异,因此,是否有牙槽嵴顶的骨吸收被认为是指示成功率的指标,并以此来评价宿主、外科手术以及种植体等几种相关因素的作用。同时建立一般线性模型研究那些变量与牙槽嵴顶骨吸收情况的统计学关系。
结果在平均43个月的负载后随访期里,没有一个种植体失败(也就是说存留率为100%),因而在研究的相关因素间没有统计学差异。然而,从一般线性模型中显示出较长的(即长度〉13.0mm)和较宽的(即直径〉3.75mm)种植体以及某些种植体类别(Frialoc和XiVE TG)牙槽嵴顶骨吸收量较少。治疗结果较为理想。
