1直流阻容式电压互感器用于直流输电谐波电压测量的研究显示文摘谐波问题的分析与控制是保证高压直流输电系统正常运行的重要内容。为了寻找最适当的测量方法,需要对电压谐波测量进行深入研究。直流电压互感器(DCVT)是测量直流输电系统电压的重要设备。本文介绍与分析了阻容式直流电压互感器的主要组件的特性,如同轴电缆、A/D与D/A转换器、光耦合器,详细分析了分压器的对地杂散电容对电压互感器频率响应的影响,非理想状态下元器件对测量误差的影响。理论分析指出选择一个合适的并联电阻的电容可以减小分压器对地杂散电容的影响,并且可选择精密电阻和电容来减少测量误差。实验结果表明,阻容式直流电压互感器适合直流谐波电压测量,而且测量误差小于0.2%,可达到10k Hz的频率带宽。NGUYEN Phuc Huy 韩民晓 2015电工电能新技术2015,34,3:15

3Behavior of noncircular tunnels excavated in stratified rock masses-Case of underground coal mines显示文摘The amount of tunnels excavated along stratified/sedimentary rock masses in Quangninh coal mine area,Vietnam, is gradually increasing. Rock mass in Quangninh is characterized by beddings between rock layers. The behavior of stratified rock masses surrounding the tunnels depends on both the intact rock and the beddings between rock layers. The main characteristics of stratified rock masses that need to be considered are their heterogeneity and anisotropy. Depending on the dip angle of rock layers, movements and failure zones developed surrounding the tunnels can be asymmetrical over the vertical axis of tunnel. This asymmetry causes adverse behaviors of the tunnel structures. The objective of this study is to highlight convergences and yielded zones developed in rock masses surrounding noncircular tunnels in Quangninh coal mine area using a finite element method. The presence of bedding joints is explicitly simulated. The numerical results indicated that with the increase in dip angle of bedding joints, the stress asymmetry over the tunnel vertical axis increases. It gradually leads to an asymmetry of the failure zone surrounding the tunnel. An increase of rock mass quality means a decrease of rock mass sensitivity to the discontinuities. 4Structure-based Comparative Analysis and Prediction of N-linked Glycosylation Sites in Evolutionarily Distant Eukaryotes显示文摘The asparagine-X-serine/threonine (NXS/T) motif, where X is any amino acid except proline, is the consensus motif for N-linked glycosylation. Significant numbers of high-resolution crystal structures of glycosylated proteins allow us to carry out structural analysis of the N-linked glycosylation sites (NGS). Our analysis shows that there is enough structural information from diverse glycoproteins to allow the development of rules which can be used to predict NGS. A Python-based tool was developed to investigate asparagines implicated in N-glycosylation in five species: Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Drosophila melanogaster, Arabidopsis thaliana and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Our analysis shows that 78% of all asparagines of NXS/T motif involved in N-glycosylation are localized in the loop/turn conformation in the human proteome. Similar distribution was revealed for all the other species examined. Comparative analysis of the occurrence of NXS/T motifs not known to be glycosylated and their reverse sequence (S/TXN) shows a similar distribution across the secondary structural elements, indicating that the NXS/T motif in itself is not biologically relevant. Based on our analysis, we have defined rules to determine NGS. Using machine learning methods based on these rules we can predict with 93% accuracy if a particular site will be glycosylated. If structural information is not available the tool uses structural prediction results resulting in 74% accuracy. The tool was used to identify glycosylation sites in 108 human proteins with structures and 2247 proteins without structures that have acquired NXS/T site/s due to non-synonymous variation. 5大气边界层大涡模拟入口湍流生成方法研究显示文摘生成满足大气边界层风场特性的入口湍流是开展结构风效应大涡模拟的关键问题之一。该文的主要目的是验证并探讨两类主要的大气边界层大涡模拟入口湍流生成方法的合理性与可行性。采用CDRFG(Consistent Discretizing Random Flow Generation)方法和被动模拟法生成大气边界层风场,从统计特性、流场结构和计算效率等方面进行对比分析,比较不同网格系统下的数值模拟结果,提出结构风效应大涡模拟的网格划分策略。结果表明:相比于CDRFG方法,被动模拟法生成的流场结构更加合理,但无法预先考虑脉动风场的空间相关性,且需要较高的计算成本和先验的流场信息。计算域的网格分辨率对于统计特性和流场结构的模拟精度具有重要影响,而目标区域的网格分辨率应依据控制工程结构风致响应的主要频带范围确定。周桐 闫渤文 杨庆山 Pham Van Phuc 王京学 2020工程力学2020,37,7:7
6High-resolution, in vivo multimodal photoacoustic microscopy, optical coherence tomography, and fluorescence microscopy imaging of rabbit retinal neovascularization显示文摘Photoacoustic microscopy(PAM)is an emerging imaging technology that can non-invasively visualize ocular structures in animal eyes.This report describes an integrated multimodality imaging system that combines PAM,optical coherence tomography(OCT),and fluorescence microscopy(FM)to evaluate angiogenesis in larger animal eyes.High-resolution in vivo imaging was performed in live rabbit eyes with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-induced retinal neovascularization(RNV).The results demonstrate that our multimodality imaging system can noninvasively visualize RNV in both albino and pigmented rabbits to determine retinal pathology using PAM and OCT and verify the leakage of neovascularization using FM and fluorescein dye.This work presents high-resolution visualization of angiogenesis in rabbits using a multimodality PAM,OCT,and FM system and may represent a major step toward the clinical translation of the technology.Wei Zhang Yanxiu Li Van Phuc Nguyen Ziyi Huang Zhipeng Liu Xueding Wang Yannis M.Paulus 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:7

9Seasonal and geographical distribution of bacillary dysentery(shigellosis)and associated climate risk factors in Kon Tum Province in Vietnam from 1999 to 2013显示文摘Background:Bacillary dysentery(BD)is an acute bacterial infection of the intestine caused by Shigella spp.,with clinical symptoms ranging from fever to bloody diarrhoea to abdominal cramps to tenesmus.In Vietnam,enteric bacterial pathogens are an important cause of diarrhoea and most cases in children under 5 years of age are due to Shigella strains.The serogroups S.flexneri and S.sonnei are considered to be the most common.The main objective of this study was to,for the first time,assess the seasonal patterns and geographic distribution of BD in Vietnam,and to determine the climate risk factors associated with the incidence of BD in Kon Tum Province,where the highest rate of bacillary dysentery was observed from 1999 to 2013.Methods:The seasonal patterns and geographic distribution of BD was assessed in Vietnam using a seasonaltrend decomposition procedure based on loess.In addition,negative binomial regression models were used to determine the climate risk factors associated with the incidence of BD in Kon Tum Province,from 1999 to 2013.Results:Overall,incidence rates of BD have slightly decreased over time(except for an extremely high incidence in 2012 in the north of Vietnam).The central regions(north/south central coast and central highlands)had relatively high incidence rates,whereas the northwest/east and Red River Delta regions had low incidence rates.Overall,seasonal plots showed a high peak in the mid-rainy reason and a second smaller peak in the early or late rainy season.The incidence rates significantly increased between May and October(“wet season”)across the country.In Kon Tum Province,temperature,humidity,and precipitation were found to be positively associated with the incidence of BD.Conclusions:Our findings provide insights into the seasonal patterns and geographic distribution of BD in Vietnam and its associated climate risk factors in Kon Tum Province.This study may help clinicians and the general public to better understand the timings of outbreaks and therefore equip them with the knowledge to plan better interventions(such as improving water,sanitation,and hygiene conditions)during peak seasons.This can,in turn,prevent or reduce outbreaks and onwards transmission during an outbreak.Hu Suk Lee TTHa Hoang Phuc Pham-Duc Mihye Lee Delia Grace Dac Cam Phung Vu Minh Thuc Hung Nguyen-Viet 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:5
10Intraocular complications of IFN-α and ribavirin therapy in patients with chronic viral hepatitis C显示文摘We report a panel of severe inflammatory and vascular intraocular disorders occurring during interferon-alpha (IFN-α) treatment in eight hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected patients. These events include three cases of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada like (VKH) disease (an association of panuveitis, retinal detachment, ear and meningeal detachment and skin and hair changes), two cases of central retinal vein occlusion, one case of central retinal artery occlusion, one case of severe hypertensive retinopathy and one case of bilateral ischemic optic neuropathy with severe visual impairment. 20Mean-field description of heavy-ion scattering at low energies and fusion显示文摘The nuclear mean-field potential built up during the ^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O collisions at low energies relevant for the carbon-and oxygen-burning processes is constructed within the double-folding model(DFM) using the realistic ground-state densities of^(12)C and^(16)O, and CDM3Yn density-dependent nucleon–nucleon(NN) interaction. The rearrangement term, indicated by the Hugenholtz–van Hove theorem for the single-particle energy in nuclear matter, is properly considered in the DFM calculation. To validate the use of the density-dependent NN interaction at low energies, an adiabatic approximation was suggested for the dinuclear overlap density. The reliability of the nucleus–nucleus potential predicted through this low-energy version of the DFM was tested in the optical model(OM) analysis of the elastic^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O scattering data at energies below 10 MeV/nucleon.These OM results provide a consistently good description of the elastic angular distributions and 90 excitation function. The dinuclear mean-field potential predicted by the DFM is further used to determine the astrophysical S factor of the ^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O fusions in the barrier penetration model.
