1Using Airgun Source Signals to Study Regional Wave Velocity Changes before and after the Yunlong M_S5.0 and Yangbi M_S5.1 Earthquakes显示文摘On the basis of the airgun source signals recorded by the stations from January,2016 to June,2017,we use cross-correlation detection technology to obtain the characteristics of the stable phase travel time change of each station.We used the Yunlong MS5.0 and Yangbi MS5.1 earthquakes as samples.According to regional characteristics,13 stations with high signal-to-noise ratios and complete data were selected(including 3 fixed stations and 10 active source stations).They are divided into four regions,and on the basis of the GNSS baseline data,the characteristics of regional wave velocity changes before and after the earthquake are analyzed.The results show that the station phase travel time change and the regional stress characteristics represented by the GNSS baseline data have good correlation in the short-term.Due to different degrees of regional stress,there are differences in the travel time changes of different stations in the four regions.Before the Yunlong MS5.0 and Yangbi MS5.1 earthquakes,with regional stress adjustment,there is an upward trend in the travel time changes of related stations in the adjacent areas of up to 0.02 s.The difference is that there are differences in the time nodes and duration of the travel time anomalies,and there is a reverse descent process after the Yangbi MS5.1 earthquake.There are different degrees of travel time fluctuations in the relevant stations before and after the two earthquakes,but the fluctuation range before and after the earthquake was small.Compared with the water level change of the reservoir,the adjustment of the regional stress is more likely to have a substantial impact on the travel time changes of the relevant stations.YANG Jianwen LI Lei ZHANG Pengying YE Beng HE Yingwen CHEN Jia CHA Wenjian 2019Earthquake Research in China2019,33,2:4

3Spatial distribution of ion polytropic index joint-modulated by temperature anisotropy and MHD disturbances in the southern high latitude magnetosheath显示文摘Using the Cluster data from 2001 to 2010, we studied spatial distribution of effective ion polytropic index in the southern high latitude magnetosheath, and joint-modulation of ion polytropic index by temperature anisotropy and MHD disturbances. The magnetosheath ions generally experience various polytropic processes with different polytropic index. The median polytropic indexes of magnetosheath ions in the GSE X-Y plane decrease toward the bow shock. Near the magnetopause, the median polytropic indexes are basically between isothermal and adiabatic except in the duskside flank close to the terminator. The analysis of correlation coefficient of perturbed ion number density with parallel magnetic field CC_δnδB_‖ and ion temperature anisotropy parameter A_T, indicates that the dominant MHD disturbance near magnetopause is slow mode with larger ion temperature anisotropy, and there are various modes of MHD disturbances with insignificant ion temperature anisotropy near the bow shock.The polytropic index modulated by slow mode disturbances is generally larger than that modulated by fast mode disturbances, and the larger ion temperature anisotropy, the larger polytropic index. The median polytropic indexes modulated jointly by slow mode disturbances and the strong ion temperature anisotropy can be larger than 1.0, while those modulated by fast mode disturbances and weak temperature anisotropy can be even possibly close to zero. Moreover, because of pronounced dusk-favored asymmetry of ion temperature anisotropy, the median polytropic index in the dawnside flank of the magnetosheath near the terminator is smaller than that in the duskside flank of the magnetosheath. 4Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite scintillators for mixed field radiation detection显示文摘Sensitive and fast detection of neutrons and gamma rays is vital for homeland security,high-energy physics,and proton therapy.Fast-neutron detectors rely on light organic scintillators,andγ-ray detectors use heavy inorganic scintillators and semiconductors.Efficient mixed-field detection using a single material is highly challenging due to their contradictory requirements.Here we report hybrid perovskites(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)that combine light organic cations and heavy inorganic skeletons at a molecular level to achieve unprecedented performance for mixed-field radiation detection.High neutron absorption due to a high density of hydrogen,strong radiative recombination within the highly confined[PbX_(6)]^(4-)layer,and sub-nanometer distance between absorption sites and radiative centers,enable a light yield of 41000 photons/MeV,detection pulse width of 2.97 ns and extraordinary linearity response toward both fast neutrons andγ-rays,outperforming commonly used fast-neutron scintillators.Neutron energy spectrum,time-of-flight based fast-neutron/γ-ray discrimination and neutron yield monitoring were all successfully achieved using(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)detectors.We further demonstrate the monitoring of reaction kinetics and total power of a nuclear fusion reaction.We envision that molecular hybridized scintillators open a new avenue for mixed-field radiation detection and imaging.Mengling Xia Guangda Niu Linyue Liu Runlong Gao Tong Jin Pengying Wan Weicheng Pan Xianpeng Zhang Zuoxiang Xie Sam Teale Zenghua Cai Jiajun Luo Shan Zhao Haodi Wu Shiyou Chen Zhiping Zheng Qingguo Xie Xiaoping Ouyang Edward HSargent Jiang Tang 2022InfoMat2022,4,9:2
