1LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Dating of Intermediate-Acidic Intrusive Rocks and Molybdenite Re-Os Dating from the Bangpu Mo (Cu) Deposit, Tibet and its Geological Implication显示文摘The multi-stage intrusions of intermediate-acid magma occur in the Bangpu mining district, the petrogenic ages of which have been identified. The times and sequences of their emplacement have been collated and stipulated in detail in this paper by using the laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) zircon U-Pb dating method. The ages of biotite monzogranite that were formed before mineralization in the southwest of this mining district are 70±1 Ma (mean square of weighted deviates (MSWD) =9.5, n=8) and 60.60±0.31 Ma (MSWD=3.8, n=16), which belong to the late Cretaceous-early Paleocene in age. That means, they are products of an early tectonicmagmatic event of the collision between the Indian and Asian continentals. The ages of ore-bearing monzogranite porphyry and ore-bearing diorite porphyrite are 16.23±0.19 Ma (MSWD=2.0, n=26) and 15.16±0.09 Ma (MSWD=3.9, n=5) separately, which belong to the middle Miocene in age; namely, they are products of the Gangdese post-collision extensional stage when crust-mantle materials melted and mixed as well as magmatic intrusion simultaneously occurred. Some zircons with ages of 203.6±2.2 Ma (MSWD=1.18, n=7) were captured in the ore-bearing diorite porphyrite, which shows that there had been tectono-magmatic events in the late Triassic-early Jurassic. Molybdenum (copper) ore-bodies produced in the monzogranite porphyry and copper (molybdenum) ore-bodies produced in the diorite porphyrite are the main ore types in this ore deposit. The model ages of Re-Os isotopic dating for the 11 molybdenite are 13.97-15.84 Ma, while isochron ages are 14.09±0.49 Ma (MSWD=26). The isochron ages of seven molybdenite from molybdenum (copper) ore with monzogranite porphyry type are 14.11±0.31 Ma (MSWD=5.2). There is great error in the isochron ages of four molybdenite from copper (molybdenum) ore with diorite porphyrite type, and their weighted average model ages of 14.6±1.2 Ma (MSWD=41), which generally represent the mineralization age. The results about the Re-Os isotopic dating of molybdenite in the ore of different types have limited exactly that, the minerlazation age of this ore deposits is about 14.09 Ma, which belongs to the middle Miocene mineralization. 3Histological and Ultrastructural Features for Proliferation Inhibition by Delivery of Exogenous p27^(Kip1) to Rabbit Models after Glaucoma Filtration Surgery显示文摘Purpose: To investigate postoperative inhibition of cell proliferation in animals treated with exogenous p27Kip1 during an experimental glaucoma filtration surgery (GFS) by histological and ultrastructural examinations. Methods:The primer was designed according to p27Kip1 gene sequence of GenBank..The p27Kip1-expressing adenovirus-mediated Ad-p27 was constructed according to standard techniques..Gene therapy was performed by subconjunctival delivery of Ad-p27,mitomycin C(MMC) and PBS served as controls..Histological and ultastructural changes at surgical sites were observed for 28 days postoperatively. Results: Histologically, evident cellular proliferation induced by Ad-p27 was observed on day 7,.with appreciable filtering cavity. However, thin conjunctival layers were noted, and the number of fibroblasts decreased in the Tenon's capsule on day 14. On day 28, the filtering cavity partially disappeared. The histological features of the animals with MMC delivery were similar to those treated by Ad-p27..In contrast,.in the PBS treatment group, thick conjunctival layers were observed, and the number of goblet cells and fibroblasts, increased markedly..The filtering cavity disappeared at postoperative day 21. Twenty eight day postoperatively,.ultrastructural findings showed that most conjunctival epithelial cells in the Ad-p27 treatment group were under static state,.and that organelles were inactive. The number of goblet cells,.and the secretion of mucin,.were decreased..The amount of fibroblasts also decreased with partial apoptotic cells. The ultrastructural features presented by rabbits with the MMC delivery resembled those treated with Ad-p27. In the PBS treatment group, the number of conjunctival epithelial cells increased; the amount of goblet cells increased as the secretion of mucin was strengthened, and a substantial amount of fibroblasts were observed with active and productive organelles. 6Preparation and Characterization of Fe_3O_4/T-ZnOw Composites显示文摘Fe3O4/T-ZnOw composites are fabricated by depositing a layer of Fe3O4 film on the surface of tetrapod-shaped ZnO whisker (T-ZnOw) by ferrite plating method. The morphology, structure and magnetic properties of the composites are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The effects of temperature and pH value of ferrite plating on the Fe3O4/T-ZnOw composites and the magnetic properties of composites are studied. It is shown that the chemical environment with pH value at 7.5 is most favorable for the ferrite plating processes by analyzing the main peaks intensity of Fe3O4 in the XRD patterns and the average diameters of the Fe3O4 crystalline. The increase of the ferrite plating temperature with pH value around 7.5 benefits the whole encapsulation of T-ZnOw by the Fe3O4 magnetic films. 8Threats,attacks and defenses to federated learning:issues,taxonomy and perspectives显示文摘Empirical attacks on Federated Learning(FL)systems indicate that FL is fraught with numerous attack surfaces throughout the FL execution.These attacks can not only cause models to fail in specific tasks,but also infer private information.While previous surveys have identified the risks,listed the attack methods available in the literature or provided a basic taxonomy to classify them,they mainly focused on the risks in the training phase of FL.In this work,we survey the threats,attacks and defenses to FL throughout the whole process of FL in three phases,including Data and Behavior Auditing Phase,Training Phase and Predicting Phase.We further provide a comprehensive analysis of these threats,attacks and defenses,and summarize their issues and taxonomy.Our work considers security and privacy of FL based on the viewpoint of the execution process of FL.We highlight that establishing a trusted FL requires adequate measures to mitigate security and privacy threats at each phase.Finally,we discuss the limitations of current attacks and defense approaches and provide an outlook on promising future research directions in FL.Pengrui Liu Xiangrui Xu Wei Wang 2022Cybersecurity2022,5,2:1
9Clinical Evaluation of Traumatic Ciliochoroidal Detachment with Surgical Treatment显示文摘Purpose: To determine the clinical features of traumatic ciliochoroidal detachment(CCD), and to evaluate the surgical outcomes.Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 37 consecutive patients with traumatic CCD who underwent surgical procedures,.including ciliary body suturing,.transscleral cyclophotocoagulation,.and cyclocryopexy..A complete ocular examination was performed at pre-surgery and at periodical post-surgery follow-ups. We compared visual acuity(VA),intraocular pressure.(IOP),.and morphologic changes with UBM among the different surgical procedures at the presurgery and periodical follow-ups.Results:.The mean IOP was 6.62 mmHg, and the median VA was 20 / 200 at baseline..The mean final IOP was 11.03mmHg,.and the final median VA improved to 20 / 50..IOPs were significantly different in post-surgery compared with those at baseline(P=0.000) among the ciliary body suturing,cyclophotocoagulation, and cyclocryopexy groups. However,no significant differences were noted at each follow-up among the 3 groups(P>0.05). The post-surgical morphological figures consisted of complete reattachment, partial reattachment,and the complete detachment. Cyclocryopexy(71.4%), suturing(68.4%), and cyclophotocoagulation(63.6%) produced similar surgical outcomes of the complete reattachment based on UBM images.Conclusion:Prompt treatment and periodic follow-ups are necessary after traumatic CCD, based on accurate dimensions and configuration by UBM. 10No-Load Iron Loss Model for a Fractional-Slot Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Magnetic Field Analytical Calculation显示文摘The common analytical models for the no-load iron loss of permanent magnet(PM)motors usually neglect the iron loss caused by the rotating magnetic field in the tooth tips and the harmonics of the magnetic fields in the teeth and yokes.This paper presents an analytical model for no-load iron loss of a fractional-slot surface-mounted permanent magnet motor.According to the existing analytical model of the magnetic field distribution in the slotted air gap,the magnetic flux densities considering the harmonics of the stator tooth and yoke are both derived based on the continuity of magnetic flux.Due to the complexity of the magnetic field in the tooth tip,the tangential flux density of the tooth tip is approximated by an equivalent sine wave and the radial component is regarded to be the same as that of the corresponding tooth.After obtaining the magnetic fields in stator different regions,the analytical iron loss is calculated by using the Bertotti model and the orthogonal decomposition model.A 20-pole/24-slot PM synchronous motor is taken as an example.The maximum error between the analytical model and finite element model(FEM)is 5.46%,which verifies the validity of the proposed method.Xintong Zhang Pengrui Fu Yiguang Ma Chengming Zhang Liyi Li 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4:0
11Different physiopsychological changes between AMS-susceptible and AMS-resistant pre-selected Antarctic expeditioners in Tibet显示文摘Through dynamically monitoring changes of acute mountain sickness(AMS)occurrences,cardiopulmonary function and mood states from Shanghai(4 m)to Lhasa(3650 m)and Yambajan(4300 m),Tibet,we obtained physiopsychological data of the 37th Chinese Antarctic pre-selected expeditioners for Kunlun Station.Through analyzing different physiopsychological changes between AMS-susceptible(AMS-S)and AMS-resistant(AMS-R)expeditioners,we would explore indicators to screen hypoxia-susceptible expeditioners.According to AMS occurrences evaluated by Lake Louise Score(LLS)in Yambajan,we divided the expeditioners(n=24,31.92±5.76 a)into AMS-S and AMS-R groups.Using a series of medical instrumentsand questionnaires,we monitored their cardiopulmonary function and mood states,and analyzed the differences of physiopsychological parameters between AMS-S and AMS-R groups.Compared with Shanghai,when expeditioners arrived in Yambajan,in both AMS-S and AMS-R groups,oxygen saturation(SpO2)significantly decreased,and blood pressure significantly increased(P<0.05).As for electrocardiogram(ECG),interval from the beginning to the end of QRS complex wave(QRS),interval from the beginning of QRS complex wave to the end of T wave(QT),interval between 2 adjacent P waves(PP)and interval between 2 adjacent R waves(RR)significantly decreased,heart rate(HR)and HR-corrected QT interval(QTc)significantly increased(P<0.05).Cardiac contractility and pumping function significantly decreased,systemic vascular resistance significantly increased(P<0.05).Pulmonary airway patency significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with AMS-R group,AMS-S group showed significantly lower SpO2 and higher stroke volume variation(SVV)in Shanghai,however,significantly lower maximal expiratory flow at 75%of forced vital capacity(MEF75),higher levels of anxiety,fatigue and confusion in Yambajan(P<0.05).In conclusion,when expeditioners arrived at 4300 m,their cardiopulmonary function and mood states changed significantly.SpO2,SVV,MEF75,anxiety,fatigue and confusion maybe could be used as clues for screening hypoxia-susceptible individuals.WU Xiaopei LIU Shiying WANG Xi WANG Jianan QIN Pengrui XU Chengli 2021Advances in Polar Science2021,32,3:0

13Relationship of species diversity between overstory trees and understory herbs along the environmental gradients in the Tianshan Wild Fruit Forests, Northwest China显示文摘In forest ecosystems, interactions between overstory trees and understory herbs play an important role in driving plant species diversity. However, reported links between overstory tree and understory herb species diversity have been inconsistent, due to variations in forest types and environmental conditions. Here, we measured species richness(SR) and diversity(Shannon-Wiener(H') and Simpson's(D) indices) of overstory trees and understory herbs in the protected Tianshan Wild Fruit Forest(TWFF), Northwest China, to explore their relationships along the latitudinal, longitudinal, elevational, and climatic(current climate and paleoclimate) gradients in 2018. We found that SR, and H' and D diversity indices of overstory trees and understory herbs exhibited a unimodal pattern with increasing latitude and elevation(P<0.05) and negative associations with longitude(P<0.01). Along the climatic gradients, there were U-shaped patterns in SR, and H' and D diversity indices between trees and herbs(P<0.05). SR, and H' and D diversity indices for overstory tree species were positively associated with those for understory herbs(P<0.01).
