2Effects of Electroacupuncture of Different Intensities on Energy Metabolism of Mitochondria of Brain Cells in Rats with Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury显示文摘Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA)of different intensities on lactate dehydrogernase(LDH),succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and ATPase in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CI/R).Methods:Forty male SD rats were uniformly randomized into sham operation group(group A),CI/R group(group B),CI/R+5 mA EA(group C),CI/R+3 mA EA(group D)and CI/R+1 mA EA(group E)groups with eight rats in each group.Transient general brain ischemia was induced by four-vessel occlusion and reperfusion.The rats in group C,group D and group E were punctured and stimulated at Baihui(GV20),Mingmen(GV4)and Zusanli(ST36)with the same intermittent and rarefaction-dense wave(30 to 50 Hz)and different electdc current intensities:5 mA,3 mA and 1 mA for 20 min after CI/R.Then the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,SDH and LDH in mitochondria of brain tissue were measured by spectrophotometry.The ischemic cerebral cortex tissue was taken for observing the ultrastructure changes of impaired nerve cells.Results:Compared with group A,the activities of LDH,SDH and Na+-K+-ATPase were Iowerer in the group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However,the activities of LDH,SDH and Na^+-K^+-ATPase were higher in the group D than those in the group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In group A,the anatomical structure of the cerebral cortex cells was basically normal;in group B,the neuronal cellular structures were severely damaged,the neuronal mitochondria got swelling,the mitochondrial cristae were broken,the medullated nerve fibers were not integrated.In group C,group D and group E,the ultrastructure of impaired neuron were improved.Group D was the best among three groups above.Conclusion:EA of 3 mA intensity could strengthen aerobic metabolism by elevating the activities of SDH and LDH,meanwhile maintaining the ionic equilibrium in the extedor and interior brain cell and relieving the cellular edema by reinforcing the activities of Na^+-K^+-ATPase.田伟千 Yong G Peng 崔苏扬 姚凤珍 李宝贵 2015Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2015,21,8:16

6Emergence,Mating and Oviposition Behavior of the Chinese Population in Pink Bollworm,Pectinophora gossypiella (Lepidoptera:Gelechiidae)显示文摘The pink bollworm, Pectinophora gossypiella (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) is one of the most serious lepidopteran pests of cotton in the world. This pest invaded China at the onset of the 20th century, possibly through repeated introductions from several different locations worldwide. In this paper, we describe different behavioral parameters of this Hubei P. gossypiella strain under laboratory and field conditions. Using an infra-red video recorder, we observed (nocturnal) emergence, flight and mating activities, and oviposition patterns. Moth emergence started from 13:00 and continued up till 23:00. Under laboratory and field conditions, 2-7-d-old moths initiated flight around sunset, peaked 50 min later and gradually declined until 04:00. Although mating started immediately after darkness (i.e., 20:00), mating behavior was most intense from 23:00 to 03:40. Oviposition also showed distinct time-related patterns, with approx. 70% eggs laid between 20:00 and 22:00. In the studies of the relationship between flight and oviposition, the duration of flight had an effect on oviposition. The 1-d-old moths flown for 6 and 12 h began oviposition earlier than the unflown ones, and the 6-h flight had no effect on the egg production. However, the longevity of the flown moths was shortened after flight. In addition, the peaks of oviposition for the flown moths were advanced 2-3 d. The age when the moths flied affected the oviposition of adult moths. The earlier the moths started to fly after emergence, the greater the fecundity they had. The average egg production of moths flown for 24 h was less than that of non-flown moths which were of the same age. Both flight and delay in mating could advance the oviposition peak. 7NF-κB: A novel therapeutic pathway for gastroesophageal reflux disease?显示文摘Although gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),a common chronic disease in clinical practice,has been widely studied,its potential adverse impact on patients is still a significant clinical concern.It is necessary to understand the pathogenesis of the disease and choose appropriate treatment according to its mechanism.The pathogenesis of GERD is diverse and complex.As the traditional treatment methods are expensive and ineffective in alleviating symptoms in some patients,new treatment options need to be explored.Our previous study suggested that the activation of nuclear factor-kappa beta(NF-κB)in esophageal mucosa may be related to the injury of epithelial barrier function caused by reflux.Based on the literature and our previous study results,it is speculated that inhibition of NF-κB activation may block the insult of GERD on the esophageal mucosal barrier.NF-κB may play an important role in the development of GERD.This article reviews the pathogenesis of GERD and the relationship between NF-κB and GERD,in order to provide new strategies for the treatment of GERD.Mao-Lin Zhang Long-Qing Ran Meng-Jun Wu Qin-Chen Jia Zhi-Ming Qin Yong G Peng 2022World Journal of Clinical Cases2022,10,24:3

9基于并行处理和AC-DC修正的可调光滤波器解调技术研究显示文摘为了提高基于压电陶瓷(PZT)驱动的可调谐法布里-珀罗(F-P)型滤波器解调的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感系统的实时数据采集速度和测量精度,提出并行处理技术和交流转直流(ACDC)修正方法。通过并行处理技术,可调谐F-P滤波器连续采样,PZT磁滞性得到抑制,提高了系统实时数据采集速率和测量精度。针对AC驱动电压与F-P滤波器腔长之间的非线性关系,提出AC-DC修正方法,将AC电压下的FBG波长中心位置拟合为DC电压下的中心位置,减小了FBG中心波长的测量误差。实验表明,系统实时数据采集速率最大可提高1倍,应变测量的随机误差降低95%,动态应变传感的灵敏度优于1με,实测应变量与理论计算结果之间的误差小于4%。盛文娟 LIU Yang PENG G D 2014光电子.激光2014,25,3:2
10Preparation of stable micropatterns of gold on cell-adhesion-resistant hydrogels assisted by a hetero-bifunctional macromonomer linker显示文摘Surface patterning is very useful in biomaterial studies, yet it is not easy to prepare a micropattern with cell-adhesion contrast that is stable in a wet environment. Recently, a platform technique of transfer photolithography was invented to fabricate stable metal microarrays on the surface of a cell-adhesion resistant and mechanically biomimetic poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogel; the linker is the key chemical in such a transfer strategy. This article reports the design and synthesis of a hetero-bifunctional macromonomer linker with a thiol group at one end and an acryloyl group at the other end. The bifunctional linker was characterized by GPC and 1H NMR, and the average number of thiol groups in the bifunctional linker was detected by Ellman's reagent. The regent stability under wet conditions was also confirmed by the model reactants.
