| 1 | A Survey: Typical Security Issues of Software-Defined Networking显示文摘Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has been a hot topic for future network development, which implements the different layers of control plane and data plane respectively. Despite providing high openness and programmability, the “three-layer two-interface” architecture of SDN changes the traditional network and increases the network attack nodes, which results in new security issues. In this paper, we firstly introduced the background, architecture and working process of SDN. Secondly, we summarized and analyzed the typical security issues from north to south: application layer, northbound interface, control layer, southbound interface and data layer. Another contribution is to review and analyze the existing solutions and latest research progress of each layer, mainly including: authorized authentication module, application isolation, DoS/DDoS defense, multi-controller deployment and flow rule consistency detection. | 2 | Lattice-Based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature for Security and Privacy in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks显示文摘Amidst the rapid development of the Internet of Things (loT), Vehicular Ad-Hoc NETwork (VANET), a typical loT application, are bringing an ever-larger number of intelligent and convenient services to the daily lives of individuals. However, there remain challenges for VANETs in preserving privacy and security. In this paper, we propose the first lattice-based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature (DAPRS) and adopt it to propose a novel privacy-preserving authentication scheme for VANETs, offering the potential for security against quantum computers. The new construction is proven secure against chosen message attacks. Our scheme is more efficient than other ring signature in terms of the time cost of the message signing phase and verification phase, and also in terms of signature length. | 3 | Variation of activation energy determined by a modified Arrhenius approach:Roles of dynamic recrystallization on the hot deformation of Ni-based superalloy显示文摘The hot deformation behaviors of Ni18 Cr9 Co9 Fe5 Nb3 Mo superalloy were explored in the formation temperature range free ofγ’phase with various strain rates applied.The hot deformation behaviors are initially modeled with Arrhenius equation which gives an average activation energy of 581.1 kJ mol^(-1).A modified Arrhenius approach,including the updated Zener-Hollomon parameter is proposed to consider the change of activation ene rgy under different deformation conditions which turns out a relatively accurate computation for activation energy of hot deformation,i.e.,the standard variance for modified model calculated in the covered deformation condition is just 35.4%of that for Arrhenius equation.The modified model also proposes a map for activation ene rgy which ranges from 571.5-589.0 kJ mol^(-1)for various deformation conditions.Microstructural features of the representative superalloy specimens were characterized by electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)techniques in order to clarify the influence of activation energy on the microstructural formation.It is found that the Ni-based superalloy samples with higher activation energy are promoted by the degree of dynamic recrystallization which suggests that the rise in activation energy gives either a better recrystallization rate or finer grains. | Peiru Yang Chenxi Liu Qianying Guo Yongchang Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13: | 8 |
| 4 | CD26 upregulates proliferation and invasion in keloid fibroblasts through an IGF-1-induced PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway显示文摘Background:Keloid is a fibrotic dermal disease characterized by an abnormal increase in fibroblast proliferation and invasion.These pathological behaviours may be related to the heterogeneity of keloid fibroblasts(KFs);however,because of a lack of effective biomarkers for KFs it is difficult to study the underlying mechanism.Our previous studies revealed that the expansion of CD26+KFs was responsible for increased keloid proliferation and invasion capabilities;the intrinsic relationship and mechanism between CD26 and keloid is therefore worthy of further investigation.The aim of this studywas to explore molecular mechanisms in the process of CD26 upregulated KFs proliferation and invasion abilities,and provide more evidence for CD26 as an effective biomarker of keloid and a new clinical therapeutic target.Methods:Flow cytometry was performed to isolate CD26+/CD26−fibroblasts from KFs and normal fibroblasts.To generate stably silenced KFs for CD26 and insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor(IGF-1R),lentiviral particles encoding shRNA targeting CD26 and IGF-1R were used for transfection.Cell proliferations were analysed by cell counting kit-8 assay and 5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU)incorporation assay.Scratching assay and transwell assay were used to assess cell migration and invasion abilities.To further quantify the regulatory role of CD26 expression in the relevant signalling pathway,RT-qPCR,western blot,ELISA,PI3K activity assay and immunofluorescence were used.Results:Aberrant expression of CD26 in KFs was proven to be associated with increased proliferation and invasion of KFs.Furthermore,the role of the IGF-1/IGF-1 receptor axis was also studied in CD26 and was found to upregulate KF proliferation and invasion.The PI3K/protein kinase B(AKT)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)pathway was shown to affect CD26-regulated KF proliferation and invasion by increasing phosphorylation levels of S6 kinase and 4E-binding protein.Conclusions:CD26 can be the effective biomarker for KFs,and its expression is closely related to proliferation and invasion in keloids through the IGF-1-induced PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.This work provides a novel perspective on the pathological mechanisms affecting KFs and therapeutic strategies against keloids. | Yu Xin Peiru Min Heng Xu Zheng Zhang Yan Zhang Yixin Zhang | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 5 |
| 5 | An Improved vTPM-VM Live Migration Protocol显示文摘To prevent malicious virtual machine from harming the security of vTPM-VM live migration process, we propose an improved vTPM-VM live migration protocol which uses a TPM-based integrity verification policy and a specific encryption scheme to enhance security. The TPM-based integrity verification policy is presented to ensure that all participating entities in this process are trustworthy. In data transfer phase, the specific encryption scheme is designed to associate the decipher process with one certain platform status so that only the destination platform can gain the key data of the migrated VM and vTPM instance. The security of this new protocol is analyzed. | 6 | Powermitter:Data Exfiltration from Air-Gapped Computer through Switching Power Supply显示文摘Air-gapped computers are isolated both logically and physically from all kinds of existing common communication channel, such as USB ports, wireless and wired networks. Although the feasibility of infiltrating an air-gapped computer has been proved in recent years, data exfiltration from such systems is still considered to be a challenging task. In this paper we present Powermitter, a novel approach that can exfiltrate data through an air-gapped computer via its power adapter. Our method utilizes the switched-mode power supply, which exists in all of the laptops, desktop computers and servers nowadays. We demonstrate that a malware can indirectly control the electromagnetic emission frequency of the power supply by leveraging the CPU utilization. Furthermore, we show that the emitted signals can be received and demodulated by a dedicated device. We present the proof of concept design of the power covert channel and implement a prototype of Powermitter consisting of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter leaks out data by using a variant binary frequency shift keying modulation, and the emitted signal can be captured and decoded by software based virtual oscilloscope through such covert channel. We tested Powermitter on three different computers. The experiment re-sults show the feasibility of this power covert channel. | 7 | Control of fibrosis and hypertrophic scar formation via glycolysis regulation with IR780显示文摘Background:Hypertrophic scars(HS)represent one of the most common clinical challenges due to unsatisfactory therapeutic results.HS formation is associated with the abnormal activation of fibroblasts and their excessive fibrotic behavior.Glycolysis dysregulation has been shown to participate in the incidence and progression of various fibrotic diseases and shows potential as a means of controlling HS formation.This work aimed to discuss the impact of augmented glycolysis on HS and to propose a method for controlling HS formation through glycolysis regulation.Methods:Here,augmented glycolysis was confirmed together with enhanced fibrotic activity in both HS fibroblasts(HFs)and HS tissues,and the suppression of glycolysis also attenuated fibroblast activation.We also introduced IR780,a heptamethine cyanine dye,to regulate glycolysis for the control of HS formation.Results:In vitro,cell studies indicated that IR780 significantly down-regulated glycolysis and suppressed the fibrotic activity of HFs.In vivo,the intralesional injection of IR780 into rabbit HS models led to the downregulation of glycolysis and the control of HS formation.Furthermore,IR780 accumulated preferentially in activated fibroblasts in both in vitro and in vivo studies,and thus specifically downregulated glycolysis and efficiently controlled fibrosis by targeting activated fibroblasts.Conclusions:This work identified a strategy for controlling fibrosis and HS formation from the perspective of glycolysis regulation with IR780 targeting of activated fibroblasts. | Xinxian Meng Zhixi Yu Wanyu Xu Jun Chai Shuo Fang Peiru Min Yunsheng Chen Yixin Zhang Zheng Zhang | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 2 |

| 10 | Pre-expanded bipedicled visor flap:an ideal option for the reconstruction of upper and lower lip defects postburn in Asian males显示文摘Background:Reconstruction of upper and lower lip subunits is a complicated and elusive challenge.For patients affected by defects involving upper and lower lip subunits,a technique able to reconstruct both aesthetic units with matched colour,sufficient contours and similar texture would be ideal.In this study,we present our experience with upper and lower lip reconstruction using the pre-expanded bipedicled visor flap.Methods:From January 2014 to January 2017,12 male patients presenting with defects of the upper and lower lip subunits were treated using this surgical technique.After a period of expansion of the scalp flap of over 6 months,the bipedicled visor flap was raised from both the parietal regions and rotated to resurface the defect.Delay and section of the pedicle were then performed.Results:Twelve male patients with postburn scars aged 22 to 48 years(mean:34 years)were successfully treated with no major complications.The donor site was closed primarily in all cases.Subsequent flap debulking and minor revisions were performed under local anaesthesia between 6 and 12 months postoperatively.Conclusions:The pre-expanded bipedicled visor flap provides an effective and reliable option for upper and lower lip reconstruction with excellent colour and texture.It is feasible to achieve these results simultaneously from a single donor site by using a pre-expanded bipedicled visor flap. | Peiru Min Jie Li Beniamino Brunetti Zheming Pu Weijie Su Wenjing Xi Zheng Zhang Rosa Salzillo Shaoqing Feng Yixin Zhang | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 1 |
