11豆粕水平与大鼠血浆游离氨基酸浓度及身体生长的关系显示文摘在大鼠(N20)饲料中添加不同水平的豆粕(蛋白质含量分别为8%、15%和35%)利用反相高效液相色谱法对血浆游离氨基酸(AA)水平进行测定。研究发现,饲喂蛋白质水平为8%的豆粕饲粮大鼠增长迟缓。蛋白质35%组的体增重低于蛋白质23%组。给大鼠喂食低豆粕饲粮,血浆中的一些非必需氨基酸(NEAA)如天冬酰胺、天冬氨酸、半胱氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸增加,而必需氨基酸(EAA),除精氨酸之外,甲硫氨酸和缬氨酸都下降。血浆EAA和NEAA比值与增长与试验饲粮无相关性。研究结果表明,4个蛋白水平试验处理与大鼠体重增量、饲料摄取量、饲料转化率关系无显著的相关性。Mandal T K Parvin N Mondal S Saxena V Saxena A K Sarkar S Saha M 2012饲料博览2012,,12:0
