1富含DHA的鸡蛋黄和L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐添加物对冷冻猪精液质量的影响显示文摘本文旨在研究富含DHA的鸡蛋黄和L-半胱氨酸添加物对冷冻猪精液质量的影响。从5只皮特兰猪种获得15个射精样本,根据冷冻添加物的组成将其分为4组:正常鸡蛋黄组(组1),富含DHA的鸡蛋黄组(组2),添加了5mmol/L半胱氨酸添加物的正常鸡蛋黄(组3),添加了5mmol/L的半胱氨酸添加物的富含DHA的鸡蛋黄(组4)。精液冷冻保存过后在50℃下解冻12秒。之后检测精子直线前进运动,精子生存力,顶体完整性,解冻精液中精子质膜的功能完整性。只添加IL-半胱氨酸(组3)可以提高精子直线前进运动(P〈0.05),与富含DHA的鸡蛋黄一起添加(组4)既能增加直线前进运动(P〈0.05)又能改善顶体完整性(P〈0.01)。富含DHA的鸡蛋黄单独添加对解冻后精液的质量没有任何作用(P〉0.05)。总之,抗氧化的三.半胱氨酸单独或者与富含DHA的鸡蛋黄一起作用可以明显改善解冻后精液质量,尤其是直线前进运动力和顶体完整性。Panida Chanapiwat Kampon Kaeoket Padet Tummaruk 2009Asian Journal of Andrology2009,11,5:5

4Effect of silicone oil on the microstructure, gelation and rheological properties of sorbitan monostearate–sesame oil oleogels显示文摘Oleogels contain oil or a non-polar liquid which is gelled with an agent called an organogelator. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the addition of silicone oil(cyclopentasiloxane) to the gelation process and to the properties of sorbitan monostearate(SMS)–sesame oil oleogel and compared with that of SMS–sesame oil oleogel and SMS–cyclopentasiloxane oleogel. Three different oil phases; sesame oil phase, cyclopentasiloxane phase and a mixture of cyclopentasiloxane and sesame oil, were used to prepare oleogels with SMS gelator. The critical gelling concentrations(CGC) for oleogels were determined using different concentration of SMS in a range of 5%–22%(w/w). The characterization of the developed oleogels was done using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), polarized light microscope, rheometer, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The addition of cyclopentasiloxane reduced the CGC of SMS–sesame oil oleogel from 20% to 10%(w/w). In microscopic characterization, the oleogels with a mixture of oil phases showed the longer and thicker three-dimensional gel network than that of oleogels with sesame oil and cyclopentasiloxane. FTIR studies demonstrated that this network formation was mainly due to hydrogen bonding. Rheological measurements revealed that the combination of cyclopentasiloxane and sesame oil produced strong gel with higher complex modulus values and longer linear viscoelastic region than oleogels prepared with sesame oil and cyclopentasiloxane. In addition, oleogels with the combination of the two oils had higher enthalpy( H m) and entropy( S m) thus could increase thermodynamic stability of the oleogels. Therefore, the addition of cyclopentasiloxane can improve the physical, ther-mal properties and stability of SMS–sesame oil oleogel, provide greater sensory profile and better product aesthetics. 13Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)in ambient air samples at the electronic waste(e-waste)reclamation site显示文摘Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)have been used as flame retardants in various building materials,plastic and other polymers,airplanes,electronics,etc.All or some of their congeners have been already banned in many countries,due to their persistency and adverse health effects.In this study,we are focusing on e-wastes as a source of emission of PBDEs in ambient air during reclamation processes.The ambient air particulate matter(PM)samples were collected at and near an e-waste reclamation site in Bangkok,Thailand.Results showed the presence of various homologues,viz:tri-,tetra-,penta-,hexa-,and hepta-PBDEs in both PM2.5 and total suspended particle(TSP)samples.The comparison of samples as a function of distance from the reclamation site indicated elevated levels of PBDEs in close proximity to the e-waste site.Interestingly,a shift in the congener pattern was observed with lower brominated PBDEs being more prevalent in nearby off-site samples as compared to the PM collected at the e-waste site.The total penta-PBDEs concentration is almost double in the e-waste site PM2.5 compared to the control site samples.For TSP,tetra,penta,and hepta-PBDEs congeners are at higher concentrations at the e-waste sites and its vicinity compared to reference sites.Overall,a clear trend can be observed indicating a debromination of PBDEs to more toxic tri and tetra congeners during the reclamation process and PBDEs are being translocated from treated materials to ambient air PM.BDE 30 is uniquely detected in our studies as a dominant final debromination product,that can be used as a marker of thermal e-waste activity.This work indicates potential hazards related to the reclamation of e-wastes and remediation of sites containing PBDEs.In particular,thermal treatment methods can lead to congener transformation and increased emissions of more toxic lower brominated congeners.Ajit Ghimire Albert Leo N.dela Cruz Roberto Wong Panida Navasumrit Stephania Cormier Slawomir M.Lomnicki 2019Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2019,1,1:1
14Pasting properties by near-infrared re flectance analysis of whole grain paddy rice samples显示文摘A rapid predictive method based on near-infrared re flectance spectroscopy(NIRS)of paddy rice was developed to measure the pasting properties of rice.The paddy rice samples were scanned by a near-infrared re flectance spectrometer in the wavelength region of 1400–2400 nm and preprocessed by mathematical pretreatments prior to pasting properties analysis using a rapid visco-analyzer(RVA).The results indicated that the developed models of setback(SB),peak viscosity(PV),breakdown(BD)and consistency(CS)provided good prediction results with relatively high correlation coe±cients(0.81–0.96).In addition,the validity of the calibration models was statistically tested.Standard error of prediction(SEPT) and bias were small enough without any significance at 95% confidence interval.Nonetheless,this study proved that the use of NIRS for predicting pasting properties was feasible in paddy rice and could be applied in commercial trade and research.Pornarree Siriphollakul Sirichai Kanlayanarat Ronnarit Rittiron Jaitip Wanitchang Thongchai Suwonsichon Panida Boonyaritthongchai Kazuhiro Nakano 2015Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2015,8,6:1
