| 1 | 贵州关岭上三叠统卡洛维龙(爬行动物:鱼龙类)一新种显示文摘根据采自贵州关岭上三叠统小凹组一件近乎完整的鱼龙骨架标本和一件压扁的头骨标本,笔者建立并系统描述了卡洛维龙的一个新种Callawayia wolonggangensis sp.nov.。分析和讨论了新种与Callawayia属其他种及其在关岭生物群中共生的各鱼龙属种之间的异同点,指出新种以具有发育的上颌骨上升支,窄的额骨及其与鼻骨之间宽缓的U-形接缝与该属模式种C.neoscapularis相区别。新种与关岭生物群中的Panjiangsaurus分子在头骨和四肢的一般形态特征上较为接近,但新种的鼻骨向后延伸与后额骨接触;额骨呈槽状向上颞孔方向延伸,并直接参与上颞孔前边缘的形成,以及后部顶骨脊之下具有发育的顶骨架而易于区别。另外,新种桡骨和桡侧腕骨前边缘直的特点也与Panjiangsaurus明显不同。 | 陈孝红 程龙 P.Martin Sander | 2007 | 中国地质2007,34,6: | 6 |
| 2 | A Method of Characterizing Radio Signal Space for Wireless Device Localization显示文摘In this work we present a novel approach for describing radio signal spaces for localization algorithms.We first introduce a new metric, the Discretely Distributed Log-H ¨older Metric(DDLHM). The DDLHM is designed to characterize the type and degree of signal distortion relative to lognormal signal-to-distance path models. We first show how the DDLHM can describe and discriminate distortions in an exhaustive set of synthetic signal spaces.We then determine a reduced set of maximally diagnostic distortion parameters. Using only 4% of the maximal set of DDLHMs, we found the reduced set matches with an acceptable degree of error 95% of the time. Using the synthetic reduced set, we characterized a variety of wireless localization algorithms' behaviors to attenuation, bias,and multipath. We found algorithms made much different tradeoffs between best case and average case error. We then use the DDLHM to identify distortion types in three different physical environments using measured 802.11 signal strengths, and predict the positioning performance of several localization algorithms. | 4 | The application of Fourier transform mid-infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy to identify variation in cell wall composition of Setaria italica ecotypes显示文摘Cell wall composition in monocotyledonous grasses has been identified as a key area of research for developing better feedstocks for forage and biofuel production.Setaria viridis and its close domesticated relative Setaria italica have been chosen as suitable monocotyledonous models for plants possessing the C_4 pathway of photosynthesis including sorghum,maize,sugarcane,switchgrass and Miscanthus×giganteus.Accurate partial least squares regression(PLSR)models to predict S.italica stem composition have been generated,based upon Fourier transform mid-infrared(FTIR)spectra and calibrated with wet chemistry determinations of ground S.italica stem material measured using a modified version of the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory(NREL)acid hydrolysis protocol.The models facilitated a high-throughput screening analysis for glucan,xylan,Klason lignin and acid soluble lignin(ASL)in a collection of 183 natural S.italica variants and clustered them into classes,some possessing unique chemotypes.The predictive models provide a highly efficient screening tool for large scale breeding programs aimed at identifying lines or mutants possessing unique cell wall chemotypes.Genes encoding key catalytic enzymes of the lignin biosynthesis pathway exhibit a high level of conservation with matching expression profiles,measured by RT-q PCR,among accessions of S.italica,which closely mirror profiles observed in the different developmental regions of an elongating internode of S.viridis by RNASeq. | Christopher Brown Antony P.Martin Christopher P.L.Grof | 2017 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,6: | 2 |

| 6 | 前脚掌着地和后脚跟着地跑步者的肌肉活动与动力学特性(英文)显示文摘背景:虽然前脚掌着地和后脚跟着地跑步者的动力学特性、力学加载速率和关节负荷模式不同,但关于其肌肉激活模式时机的研究还不够清晰。方法:选取40名业余和专业跑步者分别以赤脚和穿鞋状态以4种速度在电动跑步机上跑步。其中赤脚跑步者仅穿薄的五趾袜,而穿鞋跑步者则穿轻便鞋。受试者可根据个人舒适程度自主调节速度,对其脚着地模式也无任何要求。结果:在赤脚和穿鞋情况下,各有11名受试者用前脚掌和后脚跟着地。另外18名受试者赤脚时用前脚掌着地,穿鞋时则用后脚跟着地,他们穿鞋时与其他受试者相比步频较低、步长较大。与后脚跟着地受试者相比,所有前脚掌着地受试者的起跑动作中脚踝跖屈和小腿垂直现象较多,而且跖屈肌群激活时间早11%、持续时间长10%。结论:跖屈肌群激活较早、持续时间较长可能提高脚和踝关节的拮抗能力以储存弹性势能,并且可能通过增加储存在横桥和肌联蛋白的弹性势能来加强激活肌群的表现。 | A.N.Ahn C.Brayton T.Bhatia P.Martin | 2014 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2014,3,2: | 2 |

| 20 | Chronic hepatitis C in hemodialysis patients:Prevalence and liver fibrosis impact in the National Center for Renal Health in Peru显示文摘Background:Hepatitis C(HCV)remains a serious public health problem in high-risk persons such as patients on chronic hemodialysis.We aimed to estimate the serological prevalence of HCV,the HCV viral load and genotype,and liver fibrosis stage among patients on chronic hemodialysis at the National Renal Health Center in Lima,Peru.Methods:From June 2019 to March 2021,all patients who received chronic hemodialysis were invited to participate.Subjects who provided written informed consent were enrolled.Patients with HCV-positive serology underwent determination of HCV viral load.Samples from subjects with detectable viral load,underwent determination of HCV genotype.Then,HCV infected subjects underwent determination of liver fibrosis using transitional elastography(Fibroscan 402):Metavir score:F0-F1:2.5-7.5 kPa,F2:7.6-9.5 Kpa,F3:9.6-12 Kpa,F4(Cirrhosis):12.1-75 Kpa.Results:Of the 303 subjects invited to participate,174(57.4%)subjects gave their written consent.Mean age was 52 years(range 22-91)and 116(66.6%)were male.HCV serology was positive in 35.1%of patients(61/174);however,the prevalence of positive serology with detectable viral load was 20.11%(35/174).Genotype 1a was the most prevalent(85%).The majority(83.6%)of subjects with detectable viral load had values lower than 800.000 IU/mL.Twenty-nine of those 35 subjects underwent elastography evaluation,and 13(44.8%)of them were found to have stage F2-F4 fibrosis.Conclusions:The prevalence of HCV at the largest reference center for hemodialysis in Lima remains high,with GT1a predominance,viral load usually below 800,000 IU/mL and significant liver fibrosis. | P.Martin Padilla-Machaca Eduardo Luna-Victoria Ada Cabrera Juan-Carlos Gómez-De la Torre Rocio Galloso Pedro Montes | 2022 | iLIVER2022,1,3: | 0 |
