2固定化青霉素酰化酶在光敏感可再生两水相体系中催化青霉素G为6-APA显示文摘在一种光敏感可再生高聚物(PNBC 300000)与葡聚糖20000(Dextran 20000)形成的两水相体系中进行固定化青霉素酰化酶的相转移催化青霉素G产生6-APA的反应。在这个两水相体系中,当pH为7.8,底物浓度为62 mmol/L,反应温度为20℃,在50 mmol/L KCl存在下,6-APA的分配系数可达8.4。催化动力学显示,达到平衡的时间近6 h,PG(Na)转化率约82.6%。3批半连续反应转化率为60%~70%,较相近条件下的单水相反应得率提高近20%。在两水相中,底物及产物主要分配在上相,固定化酶分配在下相,底物青霉素G进入下相经酶催化产生的6-APA及苯乙酸又转入上相,从而解除了青霉素酰化酶催化反应的底物及产物抑制作用,达到提高产物得率的效果。形成两水相的高聚物通过488 nm的激光照射可实现循环利用,高聚物的光照回收率在95%~98%。金科铭 曹学君 庄英萍 储炬 张嗣良 Orawan Duerasor 2007华东理工大学学报(自然科学版)2007,33,3:2

5New Thai herbal shampoos as pediculicides for killing head louse, Pediculus humanus capitis De Geer(Phthiraptera)显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Thai herbal shampoos [Cartoxylum formosum(C.formosum) + eucalyptus essential oil(EO), C. formosum + citrus EO, Solanum trilobatum+ eucalyptus EO, Solanum trilobatum + citrus EO, Moringa oleifera + eucalyptus EO and Moringa oleifera + citrus EO] for killing all stages of Pediculus humanus capitis(Phthiraptera).Methods: A filter paper contact method was applied with three concentrations(0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 mL/cm^2) of each Thai herbal shampoo as well as permethrin pediculicide(positive control) and drinking water(negative control) against eggs, nymphs and adults of Pediculus humanus capitis. Mortality rates of the eggs were recorded after 7 days of incubation while those of nymphs and adults were recorded after 5 minutes of contact. Results: All herbal shampoos at the high concentration were highly effective against nymphs and adults, but not effective against the eggs. C. formosum + eucalyptus EO and C. formosum + citrus EO shampoos at all concentrations exhibited the highest efficacy against nymphs and adults with100% mortality rate at 5 min and LC_(50) values of 0.004 and 0.005 mL/cm^2, respectively. All formulation of Solanum trilobatum and Moringa oleifera shampoos added with eucalyptus EO showed mortality rates against nymphs at 92.0%-100.0% and 76.0%-100.0% and against adults at 84.0%-100.0% and 20.0%-32.0%, respectively. Permethrin pediculicide was not effective against the eggs, but showed 68.0%-92.0% and 28.0%-60.0% mortality rates against nymphs and adults. 12Genetic dissection of carotenoids in maize kernels using high-density single nucleotide polymorphism markers in a recombinant inbred line population显示文摘Carotenoids are antioxidants and vitamin A precursors that have important roles in human health. Hence, improving the carotenoid contents in maize kernels is a priority objective for breeders in order to obtain nutritional biofortification outcomes. In the current study, the genetic architecture of carotenoids in maize kernels was explored using a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between inbred lines By804 and B73. A total of 81 QTLs were detected by using a high-density bin map and a simple sequence repeat(SSR)-based linkage map, with one to seven QTLs for each trait explaining 4.21%–47.53% of the phenotypic variation. A comparison of the QTL mapping efficiency between the two linkage maps revealed that the high-density bin map had higher resolution. In the current study 46 additional QTLs were identified, with 16 being common with previous studies and14 newly identified. Among the results, 29.6%(24/81) of QTLs explained > 10% of the phenotypic variation in the RIL population, and 70.4%(57/81) explained ≤ 10%.
