1水火弯板残余变形预报的数值和量纲分析(英文)显示文摘Line heating process is a very complex phenomenon as a variety of factors affects the amount of residual deformations. Numerical thermal and mechanical analysis of line heating for prediction of residual deformation is time consuming. In the present work dimensional analysis has been presented to obtain a new relationship between input parameters and resulting residual deformations during line heating process. The temperature distribution and residual deformations for 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm thick steel plates were numerically estimated and compared with experimental and published results. Extensive data generated through a validated FE model were used to find co-relationship between the input parameters and the resulting residual deformation by multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from the deformation equations developed in this work compared well with those of the FE analysis with a drop in the computation time in the order of 100 (computational time required for FE analysis is around 7 200 second to 9 000 seconds and where the time required for getting the residual deformation by developed equations is only 60 to 90 seconds).Pankaj Biswas Nisith Ranjan Mandal Om Prakash Sha 2010Journal of Marine Science and Application2010,9,1:1

4Internal friction behavior of Zr_(59)Fe_(18)Al_(10)Ni_(10)Nb_(3)metallic glass under different aging temperatures显示文摘We investigate the role of aging temperature on relaxation of internal friction in Zr_(59)Fe_(18)Al_(10)Ni_(10)Nb_(3)metallic glass.For this purpose,dynamic mechanical analysis with different annealing temperatures and frequency values is applied.The results indicate that the aging process leads to decrease in the dissipated energy in the temperature range of glass transition.It is also found that the increase in applied frequency weakens the loss factor intensity in the metallic glass.Moreover,the Kohlrausch-Williams-Watts(KWW)equation is used to evaluate the evolution of internal friction during the aging process.According to the results,higher annealing temperature will make the primary internal friction in the material increase;however,a sharp decline is observed with the time.The drop in characteristic time of internal friction is also closely correlated to the rate of atomic rearrangement under the dynamic excitation so that at higher annealing temperatures,the driving force for the collaborative movement of atoms is easily provided and the mean relaxation time significantly decreases.Israa Faisal Ghazi Israa Meften Hashim Aravindhan Surendar Nalbiy Salikhovich Tuguz Aseel MAljeboree Ayad FAlkaim Nisith Geetha 2021Chinese Physics B2021,30,2:0
