2锆(Ⅳ)络合物对Ⅰ型胶原耐热和耐酶降解稳定性的影响显示文摘胶原的稳定机理是一个重要的研究领域。众所周知,金属离子与胶原作用并且给予胶原一定的稳定性。本试验研究了锆(Ⅳ)络合物与胶原的相互作用。探究了锆(Ⅳ)络合物,即氯氧化锆,草酸锆对胶原耐酶降解和耐热稳定性的影响。研究表明锆可以使鼠尾腱(RTT)的天然胶原的湿热稳定性提高8~10℃。锆(Ⅳ)络合物的稳定性顺序是:氯氧化锆>草酸锆。这是由于与胶原反应的类型不同,同样也反映在两种络合物带给胶原构象变化的不同。氯氧化锆在溶液中形成四聚体,从黏度研究看到它的表面与胶原有较强的交联作用,所以比在溶液中形成单体的草酸锆对胶原的耐酶降解稳定性更强。Nishtar Nishad Fathima 王睿 程海明 2005西部皮革2005,27,10:3
