| 1 | 磁性壳聚糖复合微球的制备及其Cu^2+吸附性能显示文摘以球磨后的粉煤灰磁珠(MS)颗粒为磁核,通过溶胶凝胶法和反相微乳液法依次包覆SiO_2和壳聚糖(CS),制备了MS@SiO_2@CS磁性微球。利用扫描电镜及能量色散谱仪、热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计对所得样品的结构和磁性进行了系统表征。结果表明,磁珠颗粒表面实现了逐层包覆,较均匀的分散于壳聚糖基体中,MS@SiO_2@CS微球的比饱和磁化强度可达7.04 emu·g^(-1)。Cu^(2+)离子吸附实验表明,所得磁性壳聚糖微球对Cu^(2+)具有良好的吸附能力,最大吸附量可达11.08 mg·g^(-1);而且可通过磁选法高效固液分离。吸附动力学研究表明,MS@SiO_2@CS微球对Cu^(2+)离子的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,以化学吸附为主。 | 李建军 鲍旭 吴先锋 Islam Nazrul 刘银 乔尚元 余臻伟 朱金波 | 2017 | 无机化学学报2017,33,3: | 17 |

| 3 | 4株鹅源鸭疫里默氏杆菌生物学特性分析显示文摘近几年来鹅群发生鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)感染的病例有增多的现象,为了分析其原因,本研究对4株四川鹅源鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株的生物学特性进行了解析。血清型鉴定的结果表明,4株中SC-11和SC-12株是血清型1型,SC-13和SC-17株未能确定血清型;溶血实验结果表明,4株鹅源鸭疫里默氏杆菌均能溶血,其中SC-13和SC-17株在血平板上的溶血能力较强;生物被膜检测结果表明,4株中SC-12和SC-13株形成生物被膜的能力较强,另2株形成生物被膜的能力较弱;药敏实验结果表明,这4株鹅源鸭疫里默氏杆菌对头孢类抗菌药物敏感,对多粘菌素和诺氟沙星耐药;值得注意的是,SC-11和SC-17株对卡那霉素敏感,推测这两株鹅源RA与本实验室过去分离的鸭源RA(卡那霉素耐受菌株)不是同一来源;对雏鸭的致病性实验结果表明,4株鹅源鸭疫里默氏杆菌对雏鸭均有致病性。本研究结果为进一步分析鹅源和鸭源鸭疫里默氏杆菌的生物学特性异同奠定了基础。 | 杨永胜 陈研 薛亚飞 徐欣欣 王西 杜晓莉 MD Nazrul 宫艳杉 胡青海 | 2020 | 中国动物传染病学报2020,28,5: | 14 |
| 4 | Source identification, contamination status and health risk assessment of heavy metals from road dusts in Dhaka, Bangladesh显示文摘In this study, concentrations of Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb were determined in road dusts collected from different locations in Dhaka to assess source, contamination status and health risk. Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to determine Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb and their mean concentrations were 162.27 ± 29.46, 721.18 ± 180.14, 35.65 ± 12.55, 104.56 ± 128.33, 515.32 ± 321.90,BDL, and 342.82 ± 591.20 mg/kg, respectively. Among the heavy metals, highest concentrations of Cu, Zn and Pb were found at urban sites-7(municipal waste dumping) and 8(medical waste incineration). Highest concentration of Cr followed by Cu and Zn was found at site-5(Tejgaon, urban). Principal component analysis revealed that anthropogenic activities are the potential sources for Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb while earth crust for Mn. Pollution index and pollution load index results suggested that all the sites were contaminated and/or degraded by Cr, Cu, Zn and Pb except sites-9(urban), 10(sub-urban), 11(rural) while sites-7 and 8(urban) were extremely degraded. For noncarcinogenic health risk, hazard quotient values for dermal were higher compared to that of inhalation/ingestion. Though hazard index values were less than 1 at all the sites, these were at least one order of magnitude higher for children group than that of adult group, thus the children group may face more noncarcinogenic health risk at sites -7 and 8. | 5 | Real-time visual inspection system for grading fruits using computer vision and deep learning techniques显示文摘Traditional manual visual grading of fruits has been one of the important challenges faced by the agricultural industry due to its laborious nature as well as inconsistency in inspec-tion and classification process.Automated defects detection using computer vision and machine learning has become a promising area of research with a high and direct impact on the domain of visual inspection.In this study,we propose an efficient and effective machine vision system based on the state-of-the-art deep learning techniques and stack-ing ensemble methods to offer a non-destructive and cost-effective solution for automat-ing the visual inspection of fruits’freshness and appearance.We trained,tested and compared the performance of various deep learning models including ResNet,DenseNet,MobileNetV2,NASNet and EfficientNet to find the best model for the grading of fruits.The proposed system also provides a real time visual inspection using a low cost Raspberry Pi module with a camera and a touchscreen display for user interaction.The real time sys-tem efficiently segments multiple instances of the fruits from an image and then grades the individual objects(fruits)accurately.The system was trained and tested on two data sets(apples and bananas)and the average accuracy was found to be 99.2% and 98.6% using EfficientNet model for apples and bananas test sets,respectively.Additionally,a slight improvement in the recognition rate(0.03% for apples and 0.06% for bananas)was noted while applying the stacking ensemble deep learning methods.The performance of the developed system has been found higher than the existing methods applied to the same data sets previously.Further,during real-time testing on actual samples,the accuracy was found to be 96.7% for apples and 93.8% for bananas which indicates the efficacy of the developed system. | Nazrul Ismail Owais A.Malik | 2022 | Information Processing in Agriculture2022,9,1: | 3 |
| 6 | In vivo anticancer activity of vanillin semicarbazone显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the anticancer activity of vanillin semicarbazone(VSC) against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) cells in Swiss albino mice.Methods:The compound VSC at three doses(5, 7.5 and 10 mg/kg i.p.) was administered into the intraperitoneal cavity of the EAC inoculated mice to observe its efficiency by studying the cell growth inhibition, reduction of tumour weight,enhancement of survival time as well as the changes in depleted hematological parameters. Allsuch parameters were also studied with a known standard drug bleomycin at the dose of 0.3 mg/kg(i.p.).Results:Among the doses studied, 10 mg/kg(i.p.) was found to be quite comparable in potency to that of bleomycin at the dose of 0.3 mg/kg(i.p.). | 7 | 强场预磁化对高浊度黏土污水混凝沉降的影响显示文摘高浊度矿物污水难以高效澄清处理的主要原因之一是黏土矿物颗粒表面荷电且包覆有一层“水化膜”,使得矿物颗粒凝聚、絮凝困难。为了提升高浊度污水的混凝澄清效果,降低化学药剂用量,将强场预磁化处理引入混凝沉降过程,采用预磁化-混凝沉降工艺处理高浊度黏土污水。通过单因素变化试验及多因素正交试验,研究了磁场强度、磁化时间等预磁化工艺参数及药剂制度对黏土污水澄清效果的影响。研究结果表明,强磁场作用对高浊度黏土污水的性质具有显著影响,从而使得污水的混凝澄清效果显著提升。黏土絮团的平均沉降速度增大1.92倍,沉降20min时的尾泥体积减少38.9%,上清液透光率提高54.1%。预磁化最佳的磁场强度范围为178~241mT。磁场强度减小,磁化效果迅速减弱;磁化强度增加,磁化效果无明显增强。预磁化最佳的磁化时长为90s左右。在获得同等澄清效果的情况下,预磁化-混凝沉降比常规混凝沉降的絮凝剂用量减少了50%,CaCl2用量减少了75%。同时,最终尾泥体积反而减小了14.65%。机理分析表明,强场预磁化对矿粒表面的双电层结构及水分子排列构型具有较大影响,从而显著减小了zeta电位减小、减薄了矿粒表面的水化膜。矿粒表面性质的改善可以显著提升黏土矿粒的凝聚效率、促进矿粒与絮凝剂分子的结合,从而提升了高浊度黏土污水的混凝效果。本工作为高泥化矿物污水的澄清处理提供了一种绿色高效的新方法。 | 李建军 朋许杰 谢蔚 戎鑫 Islam Nazrul 乔尚元 朱金波 | 2019 | 煤炭学报2019,44,7: | 2 |
