| 1 | 虚拟货币及其扩展:初步思考显示文摘随着信息加密和网络计算机技术日趋成熟,科技正在推动全球经济的转型变革。虚拟货币的产生在此过程中又显得至关重要。虚拟货币方案在许多情况下便于对等网络交互绕过传统的中央结算所。虚拟货币及其关联技术(特别是基于区块链的分布式账本)正在迅速发展,其未来前景难以预测。虚拟货币带来了许多潜在益处,包括更快速、高效的支付和转账等,并将最终促进普惠金融。一些虚拟货币方案背后的分布式账本技术提供的潜在益处将远超虚拟货币本身。但是,虚拟货币的出现也引发了许多潜在风险,如成为洗钱、恐怖融资、偷税漏税和欺诈等犯罪的工具。虚拟货币虽然目前的规模仍非常有限,对现阶段货币政策实施产生的风险亦甚微,但随着新技术的广泛应用,其对金融稳定产生的影响会日益显现。有关虚拟货币的有效监管对策还处于起步阶段。虚拟货币的在国家层面跨越了不同机构的职责,并在全球范围内操作,其监管难度很大。并且,许多虚拟货币在传统金融系统之外运作,缺乏透明度,其操作过程更难以被监管。各国监管机构已开始着手应对这些挑战且方式各异。需要注意的是,国家主管部门需认真权衡监管方式,既要适当处置风险又不能扼杀创新。为了在国家层面推进发展进程和促进政策的完善,国际层面也应进行更多努力。随着经验的不断积累,可考虑提出国际标准和最优方法,为不同领域的最优监管对策提供指导,从而促进跨辖区的协调。也可在此类标准基础上,为一些领域设立跨国合作和协调的框架。 | 何东 卡尔·哈伯梅尔 罗斯·莱科 郭建伟 郇志坚 Vikram Haksar Yasmin Almeida Mikari Kashima Nadim Kyriakos-Saad Hiroko Oura Tahsin Saadi Sedik Natalia Stetsenko Concepcion Verdugo.Yepes | 2016 | 金融监管研究2016，，4： | 22 |
| 2 | Prevalence of non-Helicobacter pylori duodenal ulcer in Karachi,Pakistan显示文摘AIM: To determine the prevalence of non-Helicobacter pylori (H pylori)-related duodenal ulcer in patients with acid-peptic diseases.METHODS: Medical records of patients who attended the Gastroenterology Department at Aga Khan University Hospital from 1999 to 2001 and had endoscopic diagnosis of duodenal ulcers were reviewed. Duodenal ulcer associated with H pylori was diagnosed on the basis of endoscopy,rapid urease test and histopathology whereas histories of aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) related duodenal ulcers. Non-H pylori, non-NSAID duodenal ulcers were those without H pylori infection and history of NSAID intake. Co-morbid conditions associated were noted.RESULTS: Of 2 260 patients, 10% (217/2 260) had duodenal ulcer. Duodenal ulcer related to H pylori infectionaccounted for 53% (116/217), NSAID-related 10% (22/217),non-H pylori non-NSAID 29% (62/217), and 8% (17/217) had both Hpyloriinfection and histories of NSAID intake. Fifteen percent (18/116)_patients had past histories of peptic ulcer disease in Hpyloriinfection, while 8% (5/62) in non-Hpylorinon-NSAID ulcer. Co-morbid conditions in H pylori infection were seen in 23% (27/116) and 34%(21/62) in non-H pylori non-NSAID ulcer.CONCLUSION: Incidence of H pylori infection related with duodenal ulcer is common. | 3 | An eFP browser for visualizing strawberry fruit and flower transcriptomes显示文摘Wild strawberry Fragaria vesca is emerging as an important model system for the cultivated strawberry due to its diploid genome and availability of extensive transcriptome data and a range of molecular genetic tools.Being able to better utilize these tools,especially the transcriptome data,will greatly facilitate research progress in strawberry and other Rosaceae fruit crops.The electronic fluorescent pictograph(eFP)software is a useful and popular tool to display transcriptome data visually,and is widely used in other model organisms including Arabidopsis and mouse.Here we applied eFP to display wild strawberry RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)data from 42 different tissues and stages,including various flower and fruit developmental stages.In addition,we generated eight additional RNA-seq data sets to represent tissues from ripening-stage receptacle fruit from yellow-colored and red-colored wild strawberry varieties.Differential gene expression analysis between these eight data sets provides additional information for understanding fruit-quality traits.Together,this work greatly facilitates the utility of the extensive transcriptome data for investigating strawberry flower and fruit development as well as fruit-quality traits. | Charles Hawkins Julie Caruana Jiaming Li Chris Zawora Omar Darwish Jun Wu Nadim Alkharouf Zhongchi Liu | 2017 | Horticulture Research2017，4，1： | 6 |

| 5 | Indolent lung opacity: Ten years follow-up of pulmonary inflammatory pseudo-tumor显示文摘Inflammatory pseudotumor(IPT) has always been considered a diagnostic challenge. Its rarity and resemblance to other more common pathological entities imposes that neither clinical nor radiological characteristics can lead to a definitive diagnosis. The surgical excision of the lesion is the ultimate approach for accurate diagnosis and cure. Moreover the true nature of IPT, its origin as a neoplastic entity or an overreactive inflammatory reaction to an unknown trigger, has been a long debated matter. Surgery remains the treatment of choice. IPT is mostly an indolent disease with minimal morbidity and mortality. Local invasion and metastasis predict a poor prognosis. We hereby present a unique case of pulmonary IPT that was surgically excised, but recurred contralaterally, shortly thereafter. | 6 | Earthquake Disaster Risk Reduction in Iran:Lessons and 'Lessons Learned' from Three Large Earthquake Disasters——Tabas 1978,Rudbar 1990,and Bam 2003显示文摘This article addresses three large earthquake disasters in Iran: Tabas in 1978, Rudbar in 1990, and Bam in 2003. Lessons and 'Lessons Learned' from these three earthquake disasters were investigated together with their contributions over time towards earthquake disaster risk reduction in Iran. Many lessons from 1978 Tabas, 1990 Rudbar, and 2003 Bam did not become 'Lessons Learned' and they were identified again within the dramatic context of other earthquake disasters in various places of Iran.
