	1	Labeling of influenza viruses with synthetic fluorescent and biotin-labeled lipids显示文摘Direct labeling of virus particles is a powerful tool for the visualization of virus–cell interaction events. However, this technique involves the chemical modification of viral proteins that affects viral biological properties. Here we describe an alternative approach of influenza virus labeling that utilizes Function-Spacer-Lipid(FSL) constructs that can be gently inserted into the virus membrane. We assessed whether labeling with fluorescent(fluo-Ad-DOPE) or biotin-labeled(biot-CMG2-DOPE) probes has any deleterious effect on influenza virus hemagglutinin(HA) receptor specificity, neuraminidase(NA) activity, or replicative ability in vitro. Our data clearly show that neither construct significantly affected influenza virus infectivity or viral affinity to sialyl receptors. Neither construct influenced the NA activities of the influenza viruses tested, except the A/Puerto Rico/8/34(H1N1) strain. Our data indicate that lipid labeling provides a powerful tool to analyze influenza virus infection in vitro. 	8	Multi-channel retarding field analyzer for EAST显示文摘A multi-channel retarding field analyzer(MC-RFA) including two RFA modules and two Langmuir probes to measure the ion and electron temperature profiles within the scrape-off layer was developed for investigations of the interplay between magnetic topology and plasma transport at the plasma boundary.The MC-RFA probe for the stellarator W7-X and first measurements at the tokamak EAST was designed.The probe head allows simultaneous multichannel ion temperature as well as for electron temperature measurements.The usability for radial correlation measurements of the measured ion currents is also given. 	9	Magnetic configuration effects on the edge heat flux in the limiter plasma on W7-X measured using the infrared camera and the combined probe显示文摘Controlling the heat and particle fluxes in the plasma edge and on the plasma facing components is important for the safe and effective operation of every magnetically confined fusion device.This was attempted on Wendelstein 7-X in the first operational campaign,with the modification of the magnetic configuration by use of the trim coils and tuning the field coil currents,commonly named iota scan.Ideally,the heat loads on the five limiters are equal.However,they differ between each limiter and are non-uniform,due to the(relatively small) error fields caused by the misalignment of components.It is therefore necessary to study the influence of the configuration changes on the transport of heat and particles in the plasma edge caused by the application of error fields and the change of the magnetic configuration.In this paper the upstream measurements conducted with the combined probe are compared to the downstream measurements with the DIAS infrared camera on the limiter.
