| 1 | Clinical practice of transarterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma:consensus statement from an international expert panel of International Society of Multidisciplinary Interventional Oncology(ISMIO)显示文摘Importance:Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)has been associated with a wide range of practice variations for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)between the East and the West.This considerable ambiguity may lead to the heterogeneous quality in treatment and have a negative impact on the role of TACE in the overall multidisciplinary HCC treatment system.Objective:It may be a good start to establish a guideline worldwide to have this consensus from experts who represent east and west,although it does not cover all aspects of TACE.Evidence Review:An international expert panel on TACE is convened to cluster the expert’s opinions and summary a standard consensus.This panel committee consist of leading physicians in TACE on HCC from USA,France,Japan,Singapore,Korea,China,and so on.The first-round face-to-face consensus meeting was held during in Nanjing,China in October 2019.The second-round conference for revision of the consensus was held during the Annual Meeting of Chinese College of Interventionalists in August 2020 by a hybrid format of a Webinar and roundtable meeting.After several on-line revisions,the final manuscript was approved by all members of the panel in June 2021.Findings:The consensus statements were organized into the following categories:patients’selection,performing the procedure,TACE outcomes,repeat TACE,TACE failure/refractory,and TACE-based combination treatments.Conclusions and Relevance for Reviews:More and more evidences have showed the better outcomes with strategy of combined TACE with other local therapies such as ablations.The most-recently developing strategy of combined TACE with PD-1/PD-L1 plus tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)agents has shined a light to the HCC patients,especially to those with high risk of tumor recurrence after treatment or TACE failure/refractory. | Jian Lu Ming Zhao Yasuaki Arai Bin-Yan Zhong Hai-Dong Zhu Xiao-Long Qi Thierry de Baere Uei Pua Hyun Ki Yoon David C.Madoff Gao-Jun Teng International Society of Multidisciplinary Interventional Oncology(ISMIO) | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021，10，5： | 9 |
| 2 | Photocatalytic intercalated material based on HLaNb_2O_7 as host and Cd_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)S as guest显示文摘A novel photocatalytic material (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 was fabricated by successive intercalation and exchange reactions. The (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 possessed a gallery height less than 0.5 nm and showed a broad absorption with wavelength over 370―500 nm. Using (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 as catalyst, the photocatalytic H2 evolution was more than 160 cm3·h-1·g-1 in the presence of Na2S as a sacrificial agent under irradiation with wavelength more than 290 nm from a 100-W mercury lamp. | 18 | Present Status of EUV Interferometer Development at the Research Center for Soft X-ray Microscopy显示文摘A new interferometer for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation with a laser produced plasma (LPP) laboratory source is under construction. The LPP source is operated with a Sn solid rod target on which pulsed YAG laser is focused to produce high temperature plasma emitting EUV radiation. The source is equipped with a newly designed debris stopper protecting a condenser multilayer mirror from the particle debris of the target. The condenser mirror focuses the light onto an EUV beam-splitter to form transmitted and reflected paths for producing interference fringes of a sharing type. The optical configuration is of a common path based on a triangular path type with a focusing at the beam-splitter, which is enabled to produce fringes by a low coherence radiation with a standard optical quality beam-splitter. The fringes are recorded by an imaging plate with pixels as small as 25μm. | 19 | Effect of Chemical Composition on Oxide Transformation and MnS Precipitation Upon Oxide Particles in Fe-Cr Alloy by Heat Treatment显示文摘The transformation of nonmetallic inclusions and the change of MnS precipitation ratio on oxide particles during heat treatment were studied by using Fe-10%Cr alloy containing different Si and S content in the present study. The phenomenon of oxide transformation in alloy in this research was characterized according to Si content. When the Si content was lower, the typical inclusions changed from MnO?SiO2 type to MnO?Cr2O3 type by heat treatment. In the case of high S concentration, the obvious MnS area in inclusions was observed after heat treatment. It was more favorable for MnS precipitation as the S content was improved from approximately 20×10-6 to 60×10-6. The MnS precipitation ratio on oxide particles was higher on MnO?SiO2 type than MnO-Cr2O3 type oxide particles. Besides, the ratio on the two kinds of oxides increased with increasing the time for heat treatment at 1473K as a whole.
