1Radar Detection of Range Migrated Weak Target Through Long-Term Integration显示文摘A long-term integration method for weak target detection is proposed, which is based on Hough transformation. The method is able to integrate target return for a very long time period (even up to tens of seconds) by means of data fusion of multiple range resolution cells and can find the moving target in very low SNR environments where conventional detection techniques are inadequate. Also the 3D information of the target's Doppler frequency, distance and position can be derived. 4Radar Detection for Dim Moving Target Using DP Algorithm显示文摘A lot of work has been done for applying Dynamic programming (DP) algorithm in weak moving target detection and tracking. Most of them are based on IR image sequence and a constant target velocity is assumed. The goal of this paper is to apply DP algorithm to radar Doppler detection problems. Radar returns from multiple range cells are arranged as a set of Doppler-range images to fit in DP imagery detection model. Trajectories in image sequence are modeled as states sets. Then De algorithm is applied to integrate measurements along possible target trajectories, returning as possible targets those trajectories for which the measurement sum, or merit function, exceeds a threshold. Low SNR target that maneuvers among several range cells can be detected through such long-term integration. Under a practical set of radar parameters, good detection performances are presented that at about 10070 detection probability, about 7dB SNR gain is achieved through 15-frame DP non-coherent integration.MOLi WUSiliang MAOErke 2004Chinese Journal of Electronics2004,13,3:10
5The Arabidopsis phosphatase PP2C49 negatively regulates salt tolerance through inhibition of At HKT1;1显示文摘Type 2C protein phosphatases(PP2Cs)are the largest protein phosphatase family.PP2Cs dephosphorylate substrates for signaling in Arabidopsis,but the functions of most PP2 Cs remain unknown.Here,we characterized PP2 C49(AT3G62260,a Group G PP2C),which regulates Na^(+)distribution under salt stress and is localized to the cytoplasm and nucleus.PP2C49 was highly expressed in root vascular tissues and its disruption enhanced plant tolerance to salt stress.Compared with wild type,the pp2c49 mutant contained more Na^(+)in roots but less Na^(+)in shoots and xylem sap,suggesting that PP2C49 regulates shoot Na^(+)extrusion.Reciprocal grafting revealed a root-based mechanism underlying the salt tolerance of pp2 c49.Systemic Na+distribution largely depends on AtHKT1;1 and loss of function of AtHKT1;1 in the pp2c49 background overrode the salt tolerance of pp2c49,resulting in salt sensitivity.Furthermore,compared with plants overexpressing PP2C49 in the wild-type background,plants overexpressing PP2C49 in the athtk1;1 mutant background were sensitive to salt,like the athtk1;1 mutants.Moreover,protein-protein interaction and two-voltage clamping assays demonstrated that PP2C49 physically interacts with AtHKT1;1 and inhibits the Na^(+)permeability of AtHKT1;1.This study reveals that PP2C49 negatively regulates AtHKT1;1 activity and thus determines systemic Na^(+)allocation during salt stress.Moli Chu Pengwang Chen Sufang Meng Peng Xu Wenzhi Lan 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,3:5
6Expression of a plant-associated human cancer antigen in normal,premalignant and malignant esophageal tissues显示文摘AIM: To study the relationship between the expression profiles of a plant-associated human cancer antigen and carcinogenesis of esophagus and its significance. METHODS: We analyzed expression of a plant-associated human cancer antigen in biopsy specimens of normal (n=29),mildly hyperplastic (n=29), mildly (n=30), moderately (n=27)and severely dysplastic (n=29) and malignant esophageal (n=30) tissues by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The plant-associated human cancer antigen was mainly confined to the cytoplasm and showed diffuse type of staining. Positive staining was absent or weak in normal (0/30) and mildly hyperplastic tissue samples (2/29), while strong staining was observed in severe dysplasia (23/29) and carcinoma in situ (24/30). There was significant difference of its expression between normal mucosa and severely dysplastic tissues (P<0.001) or carcinoma in situ (P<0.001). Significant difference was also observed between mild dysplasia and severe dysplasia (P<0.001) or carcinomain situ (P<0.001). An overall trend toward increased staining intensity with increasing grade of dysplasia was found. There was a linear correlation between grade of lesions and staining intensity (r=0.794,P<0.001). Samples from esophageal cancer showed no higher levels of expression than those in severely dysplastic lesions (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The abnormal expression of this plantassociated human cancer antigen in esophageal lesions is a frequent and early finding in the normal-dysplasiacarcinoma sequence in esophageal carcinogenesis. It might contribute to the carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer. 7Glutathione S-transferase genes in scallops and their diverse expression patterns after exposure to PST-producing dinoflagellates显示文摘The glutathione S-transferases(GSTs)are a superfamily of enzymes that function in cellular protection against toxic substances and oxidative stress.Bivalves could accumulate high concentration of paralytic shellfish toxins(PSTs)from harmful algae.To understand the possible involvement of GSTs in protecting bivalves during PST accumulation and metabolism,the GST genes were systemically analyzed in two cultured scallops,Azumapecten farreri and Mizuhopecten yessoensis,which were reported for PST deposition during harmful algae bloom.A total of 35 and 37 GSTs were identified in A.farreri(AfGSTs)and M.yessoensis(MyGSTs)genome,respectively,and the expansion of the sigma class from the cytosolic subfamily was observed.In both scallop species,sigma class GSTs showed higher expression than other members.The high GSTs expression was detected mainly during/after larvae stages and in the two most toxic organs,hepatopancreas and kidney.After ingesting PST-producing dinoflagellates,all the regulated AfGSTs in the hepatopancrcas were from the sigma class,but with opposite regulation pattern between Alexandrium catenella and A.minutum exposure.In scallop kidneys,where PSTs transformed into higher toxicity,more AfGSTs were regulated than in the hepatopancreas,and most of them were from the sigma class,with similar regulation pattern between A.catenella and A.minutum exposure.In M.yessoensis exposed to A.catenella,MyGST-σ2 was the only up-regulated MyGST in both hepatopancreas and kidney.Our results suggested the possible diverse function of scallop GSTs and the importance of sigma class in the defense against PSTs,which would contribute to the adaptive evolution of scallops in marine environments.Jiarun Lou Jie Cheng Xiaogang Xun Xu Li Moli Li Xiangchao Zhang Tingting Li Zhenmin Bao Xiaoli Hu 2020Marine Life Science & Technology2020,2,3:2

9A New Radar TBD Method Based on RD-CTS显示文摘Track-before-detect (TBD) is a useful strategy for weak target detection that manages to integrate target energy along candidate trajectories and test whether the summation is large enough to declare a target. Several methods have been proposed to apply TBD in radar weak target detection, but none of them could make profitable use of the inherent characteristic of radar data. A simple and time saving radar TBD method is proposed, which is unique in an innovative Range-Doppler Candidate trajectories structure (RD-CTS). A number of candidate trajectories are hypothesized off-line, taking advantage of the correlation of the Doppler and range of each “root” image cell. Measurements along possible target trajectories are then integrated and a target is declared if the measurement sum, or merit function, exceeds a threshold. The CFAR (Constant false alarm rate) detection and false alarm probability determination are analyzed as well.
