2黄河下游灌区农田排水再利用效应模拟评价显示文摘在田间试验观测基础上,采用SWAP模型分析黄河下游簸箕李引黄灌区农田排水再利用下的土壤盐分季节性变化以及地下水位对土壤盐分剖面分布的影响,模拟农田排水补灌对作物产量的效应。研究结果表明,咸排水补灌引起的土壤盐分积聚主要在冬小麦生长期,夏玉米生长期内并不明显,有效地控制地下水位有助于减少土壤盐分累积量,维系作物根区的盐分平衡。利用含盐量为4mg/cm3以下的农田排水在冬小麦生长后期水分亏缺阶段进行补灌,可在基本不影响随后夏玉米产量的基础上,不同程度地改善冬小麦产量。对缺水严重的黄河下游引黄灌区,农田排水再利用是缓解水资源供需矛盾、改善作物产量的一种有效水管理措施。许迪 丁昆仑 蔡林根 P S Minhas 2004灌溉排水学报2004,23,5:12
3More anxious than depressed:prevalence and correlates in a 15-nation study of anxiety disorders in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus显示文摘Background Anxiety disorder, one of the highly disabling, prevalent and common mental disorders, is known to be more prevalent in persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) than the general population, and the comorbid presence of anxiety disorders is known to have an impact on the diabetes outcome and the quality of life. However, the information on the type of anxiety disorder and its prevalence in persons with T2DM is limited. Aims To assess the prevalence and correlates of anxiety disorder in people with type 2 diabetes in different countries. Methods People aged 18-65 years with diabetes and treated in outpatient settings were recruited in 15 countries and underwent a psychiatric interview with the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview. Demographic and medical record data were collected. Results A total of 3170 people with type 2 diabetes (56.2% women;with mean (SD) duration of diabetes 10.01 (7.0) years) participated. The overall prevalence of anxiety disorders in type 2 diabetic persons was 18%;however, 2.8% of the study population had more than one type of anxiety disorder. The most prevalent anxiety disorders were generalised anxiety disorder (8.1%) and panic disorder (5.1%). Female gender, presence of diabetic complications, longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control (HbA1c levels) were significantly associated with comorbid anxiety disorder. A higher prevalence of anxiety disorders was observed in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Argentina with a lower prevalence in Bangladesh and India. Conclusions Our international study shows that people with type 2 diabetes have a high prevalence of anxiety disorders, especially women, those with diabetic complications, those with a longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control. 4优化作物根系构型,发展生态农业——2017年作物根系与根际互作国际研讨会综述显示文摘2017年10月在西北农林科技大学举行了'作物根系与根际互作国际研讨会',会议主要讨论了作物根系与根际互作研究的理论、方法与应用。本文系统地总结了此次会议6个专题的研究进展:(1)作物根系对逆境胁迫的响应;(2)作物根系构型与功能;(3)根系营养元素的吸收与利用;(4)根际互作及其分子机制;(5)根际微生物;(6)根系研究方法及模型。会议涉及的主要成果有:改良的根系构型(小根系)是提高干旱地区作物产量的重要因素;旱地作物进化(人工选育)原则;提出作物根系可以利用根、土壤和微生物之间的相互作用提高营养物质利用效率;为盆栽植物根系研究开发了半水培表型系统(Semi-Hydroponic Phenotyping System);在作物抗逆胁迫的分子机制方面取得了进展,找到了一些调节根系构型、耐旱和抗洪性的关键基因,如GmPT家族基因可以调控根系构型和根瘤数目;探索有关研究作物根系构型的方法,改进了三维数字化方法并利用数据建立模型进行作物根系的三维可视化建模,进而监测作物营养条件。目前对作物根系和根际互作的研究主要侧重于优化根系构型,获得高产、高效和可持续的生态农业发展,其中应用型和多学科交叉研究比重较高,未来作物根系研究将朝着'多学科交叉的应用型研究'方向发展。段海霞 罗崇亮 Minha Naseer 熊友才 2019干旱地区农业研究2019,37,2:6
5Concomitant-chemoradiotherapy-associated oral lesions in patients with oral squamous-cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Oral squamous-cell carcinoma(OSCC)accounts for >90% of oral cancers affecting adults mostly between the fourth to seventh decades of life.The most common OSCC treatment is concomitant chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)having both locoregional and distant control,but CCRT has acute and chronic toxic effects on adjacent normal tissue.This study aimed to determine the side effects of CCRT on the oral mucosa and to characterize the clinicopathology of oral lesions in patients with OSCC.Methods:This descriptive,cross-sectional study was certified by the Ethical Review Committee(UHS/Education/126-12/2728)of the University of Health Sciences,Lahore,Pakistan.OSSC patients(n=81)with various histological subtypes,grades,and stages were recruited,and findings on their oral examination were recorded.These patients received 70,90,and 119 Gy of radiotherapy dosages in combination with the chemotherapy drugs cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil.Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0.Results:The most common presentation of OSCC was a nonhealing ulcer(63%) involving tongue(55.6%).Clinical findings included mucositis(92.6%)and xerostomia of mild,moderate,and severe degrees in 11.1%,46.9%,and 35.8% cases,respectively.Ulcers(87.7%),palpable lymph nodes(64.2%),limited mouth opening(64.2%)and fistula(40.7%) were also observed.In females,the association of radiotherapy dosage with limited mouth opening,xerostomia,and histological grading was statistically significant(P<0.05).The association of chemotherapy drugs with xerostomia(P=0.003)was also statistically significant.Conclusions:CCRT induced mucositis,xerostomia,and trismus in patients with OSCC.Sadia Minhas Muhammad Kashif Wasif Altaf Nadeem Afzal Abdul Hanan Nagi 2017Cancer Biology & Medicine2017,14,2:6
6Salt Tolerance Mechanisms and Approaches:Future Scope of Halotolerant Genes and Rice Landraces显示文摘All rice plant developmental stages are severely affected by soil salinity. Salinity-induced ionic and osmotic stresses affect stomata closure and gaseous exchange, and reduce transpiration and the rate of carbon assimilation, and hence decrease plant yield. Understanding the response of rice plants toward salinity stress at the genetic level and developing salt-tolerant varieties are the vital mandates for its effective management. This review described the present status of salt-tolerance achieved in rice by various mechanisms including the ion homeostasis(Na^+/H^+, OsNHX antiporters), compatible organic solutes(glycine betaine and proline), antioxidative genes(OsECS, OsVTE1, OsAPX and OsMSRA4.1), salt responsive regulatory elements(transcription factors, cis-acting elements and miRNAs) and genes ecoding protein kinases(MAPKs, SAPKs and STRKs). Further, the future perspective of developing salt-tolerant varieties lies in exploring halotolerant gene homologs from rice varieties, especially the landraces. Genetic diversity among rice landraces can serve as a valuable resource for future studies toward variety improvement through breeding and genome editing.
