| 1 | 高温胁迫对杧果幼苗生理生化指标的影响显示文摘通过测定高温胁迫下四季杧与台农一号杧一年生嫁接苗叶片生理生化指标的变化,探讨其耐热的生理生化机制。结果表明:随着高温胁迫时间的延长,四季杧和台农一号杧的丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率均明显上升,但四季杧的上升幅度和含量均明显高于台农一号杧。保护酶活性方面,高温胁迫处理后四季杧的SOD酶先下降后上升,而台农一号杧则是先上升后下降,且其含量明显高于四季杧;CAT酶的含量在高温胁迫后2个品种均减少,但四季杧CAT酶的含量明显高于台农一号杧。渗透调节物质游离脯氨酸在高温胁迫处理后含量明显高于处理前,但台农一号杧的上升程度明显高于四季杧。可溶性糖的含量在处理后12 h时,四季杧的含量明显高于台农一号杧,但在处理后72 h时,结果却相反。可溶性蛋白含量先下降后上升,并且四季杧的上升程度明显高于台农一号杧。胁迫处理后2个杧果品种的叶绿素含量和叶片相对含水量均下降,但四季杧的含量均明显低于台农一号杧。综合各项指标,初步推测台农一号杧比四季杧更耐热。 | CAN VAN TOAN 罗聪 何新华 董龙 DO MINH PHU | 2016 | 热带作物学报2016，37，1： | 12 |

| 4 | Synthesis and characterization of NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+@silica-N=folic acid nanocomplex for bioimaginable detecting MCF-7 breast cancer cells显示文摘Upconversion nanophosphors are new promising nanomaterials to be used as biolabels for detection and imaging of cancer cells.These nanophosphors absorb long-wavelength excitation radiation in the infrared or near infrared region and emit shorter wavelength,higher energy radiation from ultraviolet to infrared.In this paper,we studied the hydrothermal method and optical properties of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+for biomedical application.After synthesis,these NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+nanophosphors were functionalized with aminosilanes and folic acid.Folic acid binds to the folate receptor on the surface of MCF-7 breast cancer cells and this binding promotes internalization of the nanophosphors via endocytosis.The sizes of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA(folic acid)nanophosphors can be controlled with length of the rod about 300-800 nm and diameter of the rod about 100-200 nm.Phase structure of NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+is in hexagonal crystal system.The photo luminescence(PL)spectra of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA nanophosphors were measured.These nanophosphors emit in red color with the strongest band at 650 nm under 980 nm excitation.This result can provide NaYF4:Er^3+,Yb^3+@silica-N=FA complex for developing fluorescence label and image tool in cancer biology and medicine. | Ha Thi Phuong Tran Thu Huong Le Thi Vinh Hoang Thi Khuyen Do Thi Thao Nguyen Thanh Huong Pham Thi Lien Le Quoc Minh | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019，37，11： | 5 |
| 5 | Mechanism of Japanese encephalitis virus genotypes replacement based on human,porcine and mosquito-originated cell lines model显示文摘Objective:To examine the multiplication efficiency Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)genotype Ⅰ(G Ⅰ) and genotype Ⅲ(GⅢ) of different cell lines which originated from human,porcine,mosquitoes in order to prove mechanism of JEV G Ⅰ replacement JEV GⅢ since it emerging in nature recent decades.Methods:The mixture of Gi and GⅢ JEV isolates was inoculated on human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD).pig kidney epithelial(PS) and Aedes albopictus C6/36 clone(C6/36) which originated from human,porcine and mosquitoes,respectively.Plaque assays were performed to calculate virus titer and real-time RT-PCR with GⅠand GⅢspecific primer sets to quantify the number of GⅠ and GUI RNA copies.Results:The highest virus titer reached at the 3rd day of post infection when G Ⅰand GⅢ mixture was inoculated on RD and PS and that of C636 was at the 4^(th)day.JEVs were amplified and maintained by C6/36 cells after 10 passages whereas that by RD and PS only limited within 8 and 6 passages,respectively.GⅠ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on C6/36 and PS but not RD.whereas GⅢ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on RD.Conclusions:There is a correlation between the multiplication efficiency of GⅠ and GⅢ JEV strains when these two genotype strains co-infected on different cell lines with the predominance of GⅠstrains in C6/36 and PS and the limited detection of G 1 strains in RD cells proving a possible mechanism of shift JEV genotypes in nature recent decades since GⅠ emerging. | Loan Phuong Do Trang Minh Bui Nga Thi Phan | 2016 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016，9，4： | 5 |

| 18 | Anti-inflammatory effects of alkaloid enriched extract from roots of Eurycoma longifolia Jack显示文摘Objective: To examine the in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory effects of the alkaloid enriched extract(ELA) from the roots of Eurycoma longifolia. Methods: The in vitro antiinflammatory effects of ELA were evaluated by examining its inhibitory activities against nitric oxide(NO) production and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iN OS) and cyclooxygenase2(COX-2) expressions in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. The level of NO produced in the culture media was determined by Griess method. The i NOS and COX-2 protein expressions were analyzed by Western blot. The in vivo effect of ELA was evaluated on LPS-induced septic shock in mice model. Mice mortality was monitored for5 days after injection of LPS. The chemical contents of the ELA were determined by using various chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. Results: The ELA was found to exhibit a significant anti-inflammatory effect in both in vitro and in vivo models. The results demonstrated that ELA dose-dependently inhibited LPS-induced NO production as well as the protein iN OS and COX-2 expressions. In the septic shock model, ELA dose-dependently protected mice from LPS-induced mortality. Further study on the isolated components of ELA indicated that 9,10-dimethoxycanthin-6-one may contribute significantly to the antiinflammatory effects of the extract.
