1Effect of Different Sowing Dates in South Henan 's Rice-growing Areas on the Growth and Yield of Ratoon Rice显示文摘In order to determine the optimal sowing date of ratoon rice in South Henan's rice-growing areas,this paper performs a comparative analysis of rice growth process,seedling quality and yield of first season rice and ratoon rice under different sowing date treatments. The results show that under climatic conditions( 2014),by using dry seedling cultivation in a small plastic shed,the growth of seedling sown on February21 was affected,while the sowing treatments from March 1 to April 11 can breed normal seedlings,and in this period,the maturity period of first season rice was delayed with prolonged sowing date,and ratoon rice yield declined with prolonged sowing date( total production of rice sown on 11 March reaching a peak). 2Preparation of ZrB_(2)-MoSi_(2) high oxygen resistant coating using nonequilibrium state powders by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis显示文摘To achieve high oxygen blocking structure of the ZrB_(2)-MoSi_(2) coating applied on carbon structural material,ZrB_(2)-MoSi_(2) coating was prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS)method utilizing ZrB_(2)-MoSi_(2) composite powders synthesized by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)technique as raw materials.The oxygen blocking mechanism of the ZrB_(2)-MoSi_(2) coatings at 1973 K was investigated.Compared with commercial powders,the coatings prepared by SHS powders exhibited superior density and inferior oxidation activity,which significantly heightened the structural oxygen blocking ability of the coatings in the active oxidation stage,thus characterizing higher oxidation protection efficiency.The rise of MoSi_(2) content facilitated the dispersion of transition metal oxide nanocrystals(5-20 nm)in the SiO_(2) glass layer and conduced to the increasing viscosity,thus strengthening the inerting impact of the compound glass layer in the inert oxidation stage.Nevertheless,the ZrB_(2)-40 vol% MoSi_(2) coating sample prepared by SHS powders presented the lowest oxygen permeability of 0.3% and carbon loss rate of 0.29×10^(6)g·cm^(-2)·s^(-1).Owing to the gradient oxygen partial pressure inside the coatings,the Si-depleted layer was developed under the compound glass layer,which brought about acute oxygen erosion.Menglin ZHANG Xuanru REN Mingcheng ZHANG Songsong WANG Li WANG Qingqing YANG Hongao CHU Peizhong FENG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5:2

4An intermediate poly-dopamine layer for alginate coating on high-purity magnesium to achieve corrosion mitigation显示文摘Although magnesium(Mg)and its alloys are proposed as the next generation orthopedics transplanted materials,their clinical applications are limited by the fast degradation.To reduce the degradation rate,a strong adhesion poly-dopamine(PDA)layer was introduced as an intermediate layer for the subsequent alginate(ALG)spin-coating on high-purity Mg.The surface morphology and chemical composition were detected by scanning electron microscope,energy disperse spectroscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The corrosion resistances of all samples were evaluated by electrochemical and 10-day immersion tests in Hanks’balanced salt solution.Our results suggest that the thickness of the fabricated PDA/ALG composite coating is 8.58±0.65μm,and the intermediate PDA layer evidently enhances the adhesion between the substrate and ALG coating.The corrosion current density of Mg coated with the PDA/ALG composite coating decreases more than 10 times compared to that of the Mg substrate,and the charge transfer resistance is 12 times bigger than that of the bare Mg,which indicates the improved corrosion resistance.Moreover,the mechanism of corrosion protection of the composite coating is also discussed.Qingyun Fu Weihong Jin Mingcheng Feng Jingyao Li Jian Li Wei Li Zhentao Yu 2023Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,6:0
