1在前列腺癌中通过原位测序识别TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因转录体、体细胞点突变和基因表达水平显示文摘易位导致上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展,特别在前列腺癌的发展过程中有着十分重要的作用。为了更好的理解融合基因转录体的作用和阐明多灶性肿瘤的克隆组成,作者发明了一种多通道原位检测和识别融合基因转录体表达的技术。与免疫组化相比分为TMPRSS2-ERG融合阴性和融合阳性的前列腺肿瘤。在人类前列腺癌组织中,作者对最普遍存在的TMPRSS2-ERG融合变异体进行了识别和量化,第一次通过原位测序法直接测定了不同基因融合转录体的比例。Kiflemariam S Mignardi M Ali M A 魏建国 许春伟 张博 2015临床与实验病理学杂志2015,31,1:2
