1溶血卵磷脂对三文鱼高脂饲料中鱼油替代方案的贡献显示文摘试验旨在探讨在三文鱼高脂饲料用菜籽油替代鱼油方案中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend(主要成分为溶血卵磷脂)对三文鱼生长性能、消化率和肝体指数的贡献,为水产高脂饲料的开发应用提供技术参考。试验采用单因子随机分组设计,在挪威北方大学开展,同一批次中挑选体重207 g左右的三文鱼随机分成3个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复水族箱中30条鱼,3个处理组分别为正对照(CP)组(5.9%鱼油+13.8%菜籽油)、负对照(CN)组(3.9%鱼油+14.8%菜籽油)、试验(KL)组(CN组+750 g·t^(-1)水产专用利舒宝TMExtend),试验期84 d。结果表明:(1)用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油所造成的三文鱼生长减缓可以通过添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend来补偿,即在负对照组中添加750 g·t^(-1)水产专用利舒宝TMExtend可显著抑制用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油所引起的饲料转化率降低。(2)用1%菜籽油替代2%鱼油可降低三文鱼的终重和特定生长率,但在负对照组中加入水产专用利舒宝TMExtend后其终重和特定生长率与正对照组一样;(3)正对照组的蛋白质效率显著高于负对照和试验日粮,试验组有比负对照组更高的趋势(P=0.057),表明在负对照组中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend提高了蛋白质效率;(4)负对照组的脂肪消化率和效率比正对照组低,添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend的试验组的数值居于两者之间,表明在负对照组中添加水产专用利舒宝TMExtend提高了脂肪消化率和效率;(5)试验组鱼的肝体指数低于正对照组,表明水产专用利舒宝TMExtend可以减少脂肪在肝脏中的占比,提升鱼体的健康度。Koen Meynen 刘亮 曹杰 2022饲料博览2022,32,2:2
