8多点微动疲劳实验的设计显示文摘为防止微动疲劳事故发生,工程上亟需对多点微动疲劳进行实验测试。根据Hertz接触理论得到接触半径,再利用有限元软件PATRAN和NASTRAN计算分析3点球压微动下试件应力场的分布,发现接触区域应力分布差别很大,验证了单点微动理论不适用于多点微动情况。基于此,开发出微动实验平台、多点球微动实验设备及多点面微动实验设备。结果表明,该实验系统具有较高的精度(<1μm),可用于模拟各类固定连接件的微动疲劳实验。黄海明 施惠基 Geard Mesmacque 2004清华大学学报(自然科学版)2004,44,5:1
