| 1 | The Global Landscape of SARS-CoV-2 Genomes, Variants, and Haplotypes in 2019nCoVR显示文摘On January 22,2020,China National Center for Bioinformation(CNCB)released the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Resource(2019nCoVR),an open-access information resource for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).2019nCoVR features a comprehensive integration of sequence and clinical information for all publicly available SARS-CoV-2 isolates,which are manually curated with value-added annotations and quality evaluated by an automated in-house pipeline.Of particular note,2019nCoVR offers systematic analyses to generate a dynamic landscape of SARS-CoV-2 genomic variations at a global scale.It provides all identified variants and their detailed statistics for each virus isolate,and congregates the quality score,functional annotation,and population frequency for each variant.Spatiotemporal change for each variant can be visualized and historical viral haplotype network maps for the course of the outbreak are also generated based on all complete and high-quality genomes available.Moreover,2019nCoVR provides a full collection of SARS-CoV-2 relevant literature on the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),including published papers from PubMed as well as preprints from services such as bioRxiv and medRxiv through Europe PMC.Furthermore,by linking with relevant databases in CNCB,2019nCoVR offers data submission services for raw sequence reads and assembled genomes,and data sharing with NCBI.Collectively,SARS-CoV-2 is updated daily to collect the latest information on genome sequences,variants,haplotypes,and literature for a timely reflection,making 2019nCoVR a valuable resource for the global research community.2019nCoVR is accessible at http://gffzzdbc7b6aaae734bdds0p0nwbwpkbf06coo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ncov/. | Shuhui Song Lina Ma Dong Zou Dongmei Tian Cuiping Li Junwei Zhu Meili Chen Anke Wang Yingke Ma Mengwei Li Xufei Teng Ying Cui Guangya Duan Mochen Zhang Tong Jin Chengmin Shi Zhenglin Du Yadong Zhang Chuandong Liu Rujiao Li Jingyao Zeng Lili Hao Shuai Jiang Hua Chen Dali Han Jingfa Xiao Zhang Zhang Wenming Zhao Yongbiao Xue Yiming Bao | 2020 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,6: | 4 |
| 2 | Self-Catalyzed Rechargeable Lithium-Air Battery by in situ Metal Ion Doping of Discharge Products: A Combined Theoretical and Experimental Study显示文摘Lithium-air battery has emerged as a viable electrochemical energy technology;yet a substantial overpotential is typically observed,due to the insulating nature of the discharge product Li_(2)O_(2) that hinders the reaction kinetics and device performance.Furthermore,finite solid–solid/-liquid interfaces are formed between Li_(2)O_(2) and catalysts and limit the activity of the electrocatalysts in battery reactions,leading to inadequate electrolytic efficiency.Herein,in-situ doping of Li_(2)O_(2) by select metal ions is found to significantly enhance the lithium-air battery performance,and Co^(2+)stands out as the most effective dopant among the series.This is ascribed to the unique catalytic activity of the resulting Co-O_(x) sites towards oxygen electrocatalysis,rendering the lithium-air battery self-catalytically active.Theoretical studies based on density functional theory calculations show that structural compression occurs upon Co^(2+)doping,which lowers the energy barrier of Li_(2)O_(2) decomposition.Results from this study highlight the significance of in situ electrochemical doping of the discharge product in enhancing the performance of lithium-air battery. | Mengwei Yuan Zemin Sun Han Yang Di Wang Qiming Liu Caiyun Nan Huifeng Li Genban Sun Shaowei Chen | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,1: | 1 |
| 3 | International Standardization of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology:Overlaps,Gaps and Challenges显示文摘As one of the most concerned digital technologies in recent years,blockchain and distributed ledger technology are an important driving force for a new round of technological development.It is currently in the process of accelerating its evolution and maturity,and has gradually integrated with other digital technologies.It has been applied in many industries,providing decentralized solutions for various industries,realizing innovative storage models,and building a new trust system.As blockchain technology is officially incorporated into China’s new information infrastructure category,the application fields of blockchain have expanded rapidly,gradually extending from the financial field and government affairs to other fields in the real economy.At the same time,with the continuous development of the globalized economy,blockchain technology will also have a profound impact on international technological and economic development.Therefore,for the healthy and orderly development and real implementation of the blockchain industry,standardize the application of blockchain,effectively break through the cognitive and technical barriers between different countries,industries and systems on a global scale,prevent application risks,the development of the global blockchain industry needs standardization basis,which is particularly important and urgent.A sound standard system is an important key to the successful development of technology,and formulating the right standard at the right time for technology development helps ensure the ease of use and interoperability of the technology.From the perspective of international standardization,this article first introduces the general situation of ISO,ITU-T,IEEE,W3C and other international standardization organizations,and sorts out the status quo of the blockchain standardization working groups of mainstream international standardization organizations.All blockchain-related standards under development have been analyzed for the characteristics of international blockchain technology standards and industry application standards.Through data analysis,the overlaps,differences and conflicts in the field of international blockchain standard formulation are sorted out,and suggestions for blockchain standardization work in the application and development of blockchain technology standardization by international organizations and industries are put forward.The plans and layouts of future international standards are summarized to help the development of the international standardization of blockchain. | Xiangjuan Jia Jing Xu Mengwei Han Qing Zhang Lu Zhang Xiaofeng Chen | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,11: | 1 |
