| 1 | Collision Avoidance Strategy Supported by LTE-V-Based Vehicle Automation and Communication Systems for Car Following显示文摘We analyzed and improved a collision avoidance strategy, which was supported by Long Term EvolutionVehicle(LTE-V)-based Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2 V) communication, for automated vehicles. This work was completed in two steps. In the first step, we analyzed the probability distribution of message transmission time, which was conditional on transmission distance and vehicle density. Our analysis revealed that transmission time exhibited a near-linear increase with distance and density. We also quantified the trade-off between high/low resource reselection probabilities to improve the setting of media access parameters. In the second step, we studied the required safety distance in accordance with the response time, i.e., the transmission time, derived on the basis of a novel concept of Responsibility-Sensitive Safety(RSS). We improved the strategy by considering the uncertainty of response time and its dependence on vehicle distance and density. We performed theoretical analysis and numerical testing to illustrate the effectiveness of the improved robust RSS strategy. | 2 | Application-Oriented Performance Comparison of 802.11p and LTE-V in a V2V Communication System显示文摘In recent years, the Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) communication system has been considered one of the most promising technologies to build a much safer and more efficient transportation system. Both simulation and field test have been extensively performed to evaluate the performance of the V2V communication system. However,most of the evaluation methods are communication-based, and although in a transportation environment, lack a V2V application-oriented analysis. In this study, we conducted real-world tests and built an application-oriented evaluation model. The experiments were classified into four scenarios: static, following, face 2 face, and crossing vertically, which almost covered all the V2V communication patterns on the road. Under these scenarios, we conducted experiments and built a probability model to evaluate the performance of 802.11p and LTE-V in safetyrelated applications. | 4 | Modeling and Simulation of Packet Delivery Rate in LTE-V Network Based on Markov Chain显示文摘As one of the most promising communication technologies for vehicular networks, LTE-V has the advantages of wide coverage and a high transmission rate. 3 GPP released the technical specification of LTE-V in March 2017, launching a spate of related research and industrialization. In this paper, we propose a communication model based on Markov process to evaluate the reliability of LTE-V. We derived the Packet Delivery Rate(PDR) of LTE-V based on the model. Moreover, we use Poisson process to model the distribution of vehicles on a highway,then combine the communication model with the vehicles’ distribution to derive the PDR under this scenario. To verify the correctness of the proposed model, we established a simulation program on the MATLAB platform. | 5 | RNA binding protein 24 deletion disrupts global alternative splicing and causes dilated cardiomyopathy显示文摘RNA splicing contributes to a broad spectrum of posttranscriptional gene regulation during normal development, as well as pathological manifestation of heart diseases. However, the functional role and regulation of splicing in heart failure remain poorly understood. RNA binding protein (RBP), a major component of the splicing machinery, is a critical factor in this process. RNA binding motif protein 24 (RBM24) is a tissue-specific RBP which is highly expressed in human and mouse heart. Previous studies demonstrated the functional role of RBM24 in the embryonic heart development. However, the role of RBM24 in postnatal heart development and heart disease has not been investigated. In this paper, using conditional RBM24 knockout mice, we demonstrated that ablation of RBM24 in postnatal heart led to rapidly progressive dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), heart failure, and postnatal lethality. Global splicing profiling revealed that RBM24 regulated a network of genes related to cardiac function and diseases. Knockout of RBM24 resulted in misregulation of these splicing transitions which contributed to the subsequent development of cardiomyopathy. Notably, our analysis identified RBM24 as a splice factor that determined the splicing switch of a subset of genes in the sacomeric Z-disc complex, including Titin, the major disease gene of DCM and heart failure. | 6 | Degradation of micropolluants in flow-through VUV/UV/H2O2 reactors: Effects of H2O2 dosage and reactor internal diameter显示文摘The degradation of atrazine (ATZ),sulfamethoxazole (SMX) and metoprolol (MET) in flowthrough VUV/UV/H2O2reactors was investigated with a focus on the effects of H2O2dosage and reactor internal diameter (ID).Results showed that the micropollutants were degraded efficiently in the flow-through VUV/UV/H2O2reactors following the pseudo first-order kinetics (R2>0.92).However,the steady-state assumption (SSA) kinetic model being vital in batch reactors was found invalid in flow-through reactors where fluid mixing was less sufficient.With the increase of H2O2dosage,the ATZ removal efficiency remained almost constant while the SMX and MET removal was enhanced to different extents,which could be explained by the different reactivities of the pollutants towards HO·.A larger reactor ID resulted in lower degradation rate constants for all the three pollutants on account of the lower average fluence rate,but the change in energy efficiency was much more complicated.In reality,the electrical energy per order (EEO) of the investigated VUV/UV/H2O2treatments ranged between 0.14–0.20,0.07–0.14 and 0.09–0.26 k Wh/m3/order for ATZ,SMX and MET,respectively,with the lowest EEOfor each pollutant obtained under varied H2O2dosages and reactor IDs.This study has demonstrated the efficiency of VUV/UV/H2O2process for micropollutant removal and the inadequacy of the SSA model in flow-through reactors,and elaborated the influential mechanisms of H2O2dosage and reactor ID on the reactor performances. | Lumeng Zhan Wentao Li Li Liu Tao Han Mengkai Li Zhimin Qiang 无 | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,12: | 2 |

| 9 | Evaluation and Comparative Study of Industrial Competitiveness in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area显示文摘With the industrial competitiveness in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area in 2013 as the object of study,this paper uses principal component analysis to evaluate and compare the industrial competitiveness in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,in order to provide reference for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development. The results show that in terms of industrial structure competitiveness,Beijing > Tianjin > Hebei; in terms of agricultural competitiveness,Tianjin > Beijing > Hebei; in terms of industrial competitiveness,Tianjin > Beijing > Hebei; in terms of service industry competitiveness,Tianjin > Beijing > Hebei; in terms of high-tech industry competitiveness,Beijing > Tianjin > Hebei. It is suggested that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should further optimize industrial structure,and develop modern service industry.
