2High-Entropy Perovskite Oxide: A New Opportunity for Developing Highly Active and Durable Air Electrode for Reversible Protonic Ceramic Electrochemical Cells显示文摘Reversible proton ceramic electrochemical cell(R-PCEC)is regarded as the most promising energy conversion device,which can realize efficient mutual conversion of electrical and chemical energy and to solve the problem of large-scale energy storage.However,the development of robust electrodes with high catalytic activity is the main bottleneck for the commercialization of R-PCECs.Here,a novel type of high-entropy perovskite oxide consisting of six equimolar metals in the A-site,Pr_(1/6)La_(1/6)Nd_(1/6)Ba_(1/6)Sr_(1/6)Ca_(1/6)CoO_(3−δ)(PLN-BSCC),is reported as a high-performance bifunctional air electrode for R-PCEC.By harnessing the unique functionalities of multiple ele-ments,high-entropy perovskite oxide can be anticipated to accelerate reaction rates in both fuel cell and electrolysis modes.Especially,an R-PCEC utilizing the PLNBSCC air electrode achieves exceptional electrochemical performances,demonstrating a peak power density of 1.21 W cm^(−2)for the fuel cell,while simultaneously obtaining an astonishing current density of−1.95 A cm^(−2)at an electrolysis voltage of 1.3 V and a temperature of 600℃.The significantly enhanced electrochemical performance and durability of the PLNBSCC air electrode is attributed mainly to the high electrons/ions conductivity,fast hydration reactivity and high configurational entropy.This research explores to a new avenue to develop optimally active and stable air electrodes for R-PCECs.Zuoqing Liu Zhengjie Tang Yufei Song Guangming Yang Wanru Qian Meiting Yang Yinlong Zhu Ran Ran Wei Wang Wei Zhou Zongping Shao 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:1

4Thermal Stability and Transformation-mediated Deformability of Cu-Zr-Al-Ni Bulk Metallic Glass Composite显示文摘The glass-forming ability and the thermal stabilityof Cu45Zr45Al5Ni5 metallic glass were systematically investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry.The activation energies for the glass transition and the onset crystallization and the crystallization peak were calculated to be 255.1,308.7 and 311.5 kJ/mol,respectively,while the corresponding liquid fragility was determined to be 23.4.By controlling the casting process,Cu45Zr45Al5Ni5 bulk metallic glass composite with the presence of ductile B2 CuZr phase was fabricated.The composite shows a pronounced plastic strain of 6.8 0.05% with obvious work hardening,which results from the formation of multiple shear bands and the deformation-induced martensitic transformation.Meiting Xie Pengna Zhang Kaikai Song 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,9:0
5Dynamically modulated synthesis of hollow metal-organic frameworks for selective hydrogenation reactions显示文摘Hollow metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted increasing attention in the field of catalysis in recent years due to their unique cavity structure with fast mass-diffusion rates and easily accessible active sites.Here,we report the use of dynamic modulators,which are formed by the in-situ imine condensation reaction of 4-aminobenzoic acid and 4-formylbenzoic acid,to regulate the growth of MOFs to synthesize well-defined hollow thioether functionalized UiO-67(denoted as H-UiO-67-S)single crystals.After supporting Pd nanoparticles,the designed catalysts Pd@H-UiO-67-S show excellent conversion(>99.9%),selectivity(>99.9%),and stability(10 cycles)in the selective hydrogenation of nitrobenzenes with other reducible groups.Density functional theory calculations and the experimental results reveal that Pd nanoparticles not only selectively adsorb the nitro-groups on nitrobenzene,but also restrict the adsorption of the aniline product,due to the interaction of thioether with Pd in the confined pores of H-UiO-67-S,finally result in a significant increase in selectivity of nitro-hydrogenation.Liyun Xiao Chuanqi Cheng Zhixi Li Chaoyang Zheng Jing Du Meina Song Yue Wan Shaopeng Li Guo Jun Meiting Zhao 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
6Recent advances and research progress on microsystems and bioeffects of terahertz neuromodulation显示文摘Terahertz waves can interact with the nervous system of organisms under certain conditions.Compared to common optical modulation methods,terahertz waves have the advantages of low photon energy and low risk;therefore,the use of terahertz waves to regulate the nervous system is a promising new method of neuromodulation.However,most of the research has focused on the use of terahertz technology for biodetection,while relatively little research has been carried out on the biological effects of terahertz radiation on the nervous system,and there are almost no review papers on this topic.In the present article,we begin by reviewing principles and objects of research regarding the biological effects of terahertz radiation and summarizing the current state of related research from a variety of aspects,including the bioeffects of terahertz radiation on neurons in vivo and in vitro,novel regulation and detection methods with terahertz radiation devices and neural microelectrode arrays,and theoretical simulations of neural information encoding and decoding.In addition,we discuss the main problems and their possible causes and give some recommendations on possible future breakthroughs.This paper will provide insight and assistance to researchers in the fields of neuroscience,terahertz technology and biomedicine.Meiting Liu Juntao Liu Wei Liang Botao Lu Penghui Fan Yilin Song Mixia Wang Yirong Wu Xinxia Cai 2023Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,6:0
