1Airborne PCDD/Fs in two e-waste recycling regions after stricter environmental regulations显示文摘Since the 2010 s, the authorities of Guangdong province and local governments have enhanced law enforcement and environmental regulations to abolish open burning, acid washing, and other uncontrolled e-waste recycling activities. In this study, ambient air and indoor dust near different kinds of e-waste recycling processes were collected in Guiyu and Qingyuan to investigate the pollution status of particles and polychlorinated dibenzo-pdioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs) after stricter environmental regulations. PM_(2.5) and PCDD/Fs both showed significantly reduced levels in the two regions compared with the documented data. The congener distribution and principal component analysis results also confirmed the significant differences between the current PCDD/Fs pollution characterizations and the historical ones. The estimated total intake doses via air inhalation and dust ingestion of children in the recycling region of Guiyu ranged from 10 to 32 pg TEQ/(kg·day), which far exceeded the tolerable daily intake(TDI) limit(1–4 pg TEQ/(kg·day). 2Effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on dopamine levels and dopamine receptor 1 expression in the colon and central nervous system in rats with Crohn’s disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints in rats with Crohn's disease,and explore the underlying mechanism from dopamine (DA) and dopamine receptor 1 (D1 R) in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus.METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into the normal,model (CD),herb-partitioned moxibustion (Mox) and mesalazine (Mesa) groups.Damage in the colons was scored and observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.DA and D1R protein expression in the colonic mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.The concentrations of DA and D1R in the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and D1R mRNA expression was evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:In the colon,compared with the normal group,DA,D1 R protein expressions and D1 R mRNA expression were significantly higher in the model group,while decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.In the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus,compared with the normal group,the concentrations of DA and D1 R,and the D1R mRNA expressions were significantly higher in the model group,and decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.CONCLUSION:Herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints relieved ulceration in CD rats,the underlying mechanism maybe relative with the regulation of DA and D1R in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus by moxibustion.Lu Yuan Zheng Handan Lü Tingting Ma Zhe Wu Huangan Xu Manwen Weng Zhijun Feng Hui Zhang Fang Ding Guanghong Wu Luyi Liu Huirong 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:3

5Dielectric tunable characteristics of compositional-gradient BaTi_(1-x)Sn_(x)O_(3)thin films显示文摘Compositional-gradient BaTi_(1-x)Sn_(x)O_(3)thin films on Pt(100)/Ti/SiO_(2)/Si substrates are fabricated with sol-gel using spin coating.All of the structures of the prepared thin films are of single-phase crystalline perovskite with a dense and crack-free surface mor-phology.BTS10/15/20 thin film exhibits enhanced temperature stability in its dielectric behavior.The temperature coefficient of capacitance TCC_(20-150)in the temperature range from 20°C to 150°C is−0.9×10^(−4)/°C and that of TCC20-(-95)in the temperature range from 20°C to−95°C is−3.8×10^(−4)/°C.Furthermore,the thin films show low leakage current density and dielectric loss.High and stable dielectric tunable performances are found in BTS10/15/20 thin films:the dielectric tunability of the thin films is around 20.1%under a bias voltage of 8 V at 1 MHz and the corresponding dielectric constant is in the range between 89 and 111,which is beneficial for impedance matching in circuits.Dielectric tunability can be obtained under a low tuning voltage,which helps ensure safety.The simulated resonant frequency of the compositional-gradient BTS thin films depends on the bias electric field,showing compositional-gradient BTS thin films could be used in electrically tunable components and devices.These prop-erties make compositional-gradient BTS thin films a promising candidate for dielectric tuning.Chenjing Wu Manwen Yao 2021Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2021,11,4:0
6Dielectric behavior of alumina thin film under high DC electric field prepared by sol–gel method显示文摘Dielectric behavior of aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))thin film under high DC electric field is presented and discussed.Aluminum oxide thin films were prepared starting from aluminum isopropoxide as a precursor via a wet chemistry route.Silicon substrates and silica glass substrates were used to deposit the films via spin-coating technique.The deposited films were then annealed under 450℃–700℃ for 2–3 h.Dense,crack-free and uniform films were obtained.The thickness of the films is in the range of 200–800 nm.The films obtained are in amorphous state as revealed by the X-ray diffraction patterns.Voltage–Current(V–I)characteristics of the films were used to study the dielectric behavior of the films.Very low leakage current density J under high DC electric field E can be obtained.The breakdown electric field of the films is around 1.2 MV/cm.The V–I characteristics of the films are slightly nonlinear.With platinum as bottom electrode and gold as top electrode,successive breakdown phenomena of the films under high DC electric field were observed.Each breakdown event of the film corresponds to a sharp spike at the V–I plot of the sample.The shape of the breakdown spots of the films are in crater-like with a breakdown channel of diameter around a few micrometers as revealed by SEM images.The top gold electrode at the breakdown spots either splashed out or ripped off from the breakdown spots,which isolated the breakdown spots from rest of the electrode,and made the successive breakdown of the sample possible.The breakdown spots of the sample are concentrated at the edge of the electrode with proportional spacing,which can be easily understood as the edge effect of the parallel capacitor configuration,while the uniform distribution of the breakdown spots signifies that the uniformity of the films thus prepared are satisfied.Breakdown spots apart from the electrode edge can also be observed.Most of such spots associated with ripped-off gold film electrode in large area.We suppose such breakdown took place at higher electric field after the successive breakdown at the electrode edge and the isolation of the edge part from rest of the sample.Higher energy is needed to tear off larger section of the electrode.The breakdown characteristics of the films reported in this work are useful for the further study to enhance the breakdown strength of the film.Manwen Yao Wei Shan 2013Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2013,3,3:0
