1第二次中国临床血脂控制达标率及影响因素多中心协作研究显示文摘目的了解我国临床血脂控制的最新现状,指导临床血脂异常防治实践。方法在全国21家省部级医院和6家地县级医院中,查阅2004年1月1日至2006年2月28日间开始服调脂药物,且同一药物同一剂量维持≥2个月的2237名患者病例资料,依据美国2004年国家胆固醇教育计划(NCEP)成人治疗组第三次报告(ATPBⅢ)及《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》标准计算血脂控制达标率。结果 (1)在符合任一血脂防治建议/指南的药物起始治疗标准的2094例患者中,80%来自省部级医院,60%为60岁以上,57%有胆固醇升高,15%无血脂异常,68%合并冠心病等动脉粥样硬化性疾病,75%合并高血压,80%为高危和极高危患者,84%使用他汀类药物,83%采取了不同程度的饮食治疗。(2)依据美国2004年 NCEP ATPⅢ最新报告,总达标率为34%,低危组、中危组、中高危组、高危组和极高危组达标率分别为85%、78%、61%、3 1%和22%,差异有统计学意义(趋势性检验 P<0.001);依据我国新的《成人血脂异常防治指南》,总达标率为50%,低危组、中危组、高危组和极高危组达标率分别为91%、77%、49%和38%,组间差异及趋势性检验均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(3)联合用药者达标率为51%,单用他汀类35%,贝特类23%,烟酸类24%,其他类28%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(4)对1808例服用他汀类药物患者的多元 logistic 回归分析表明,他汀类药物剂量(高剂量比低剂量,OR=1.72,95%CI:1.15~2.58)、危险分层(极高危比低危,OR=0.02,95%CI:0.01~0.03)、基线 LDL-C[每升高0.259 mmol/L(10 mg/dl),OR=0.83,95%CI:0.80~0.86]和性别(女性比男性,OR=0.77,95%CI:0.60~0.99)等是影响达标率的主要因素。结论我国目前调脂药物的应用对象发生了很大变化,调脂治疗的目的已不单纯是为了降低胆固醇。临床血脂控制状况与各防治指南要求相距仍甚远,特别是高危和极高危患者。要进一步改善我国临床血脂控制状况,药物种类、药物剂量、联合治疗和治疗性生活方式改变等多方面均需要进一步提高。The Collaborative Research Group for the Second Multi-center Survey of Clinical Management of Dyslipidemia in China 2007中华心血管病杂志2007,35,5:127

5Estimation of internal nutrient release in large shallow Lake Taihu, China显示文摘Based on field investigation of wave, sediment suspension and the changes in nutrient concentration of the water column in Lake Taihu, China, we proposed two release models to quantify nutrient release under static and dynamic conditions, respectively. Under static conditions, nutrient release from sediments to the overlying water mainly depends on chemical diffusion induced by concentration gradient, in which the nutrient release is controlled by the temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration in the sediment-water interface, oxidation-reduction potential and the concentration difference between porewater and overlying water. Under dynamic condition (or disturbed condition),both dissolved and particulate nutrients in sediments are released into the water column because of wind-induced sediment suspension. The amount of nutrient release under dynamic conditions is larger than that under the static condition. The release of dissolved nutrients, however, does not increase because the wind induced turbulence made oxidation of metallic elements such as Fe (ferric iron), Mn which are capable of precipitating soluble reactive phosphate (SRP). Under dynamic conditions, therefore, the release of total phosphorus (TP) increases dramatically but the release of SRP is close to those under static conditions. In sediments of Lake Taihu, high Fe content leads to a high ratio of Fe to P contents in sediments (Fe:P ratio). Under dynamic conditions, therefore, nutrient release is controlled by the intensity of disturbance, sediment consolidation and nutrient content in sediments.As for dissolved nutrients, especially SRP, the release is also controlled by the intensity of dynamic re-oxidation, Fe content in sediments and nutrient concentration gradient between porewater and overlying water. Based on these two release modes, the release flux in Lake Taihu has been estimated. In the static condition (i.e. laboratory experimental condition), total release of NH4+-N for whole lake is ca. 10,000 ton/a, and PO43--P is ca. 900 ton/a. In the dynamic condition, nutrient release following sediment suspension was estimated according to three different intensities of wind forcing which were defined as 'calm' (wind speed is less than 2 m/s), 'gentle' (wind speed is greater than 2 m/s and less than 6 m/s) and 'gust' (wind speed is greater than 6 m/s). The release rate in the condition of 'calm' was estimated in terms of the nutrient release in the laboratory experimental static condition; whereas the release rate in conditions of 'gentle' and 'gust' was estimated in terms of measurement during sediment resuspension conducted in flume experiments. With the observation of wind velocity and frequency in 2001, each type of wind forcing took the frequency of 12%, 82% and 6% for 'calm', 'gentle' and 'gust', respectively. 8The Y.D.and climate abrupt events in the early and middle Holocene:Stalagmite oxygen isotope record from Maolan,Guizhou,China显示文摘The isotope records which range from 3.9 kaBP to 15.7 kaBP with an average resolution of 90 a have been obtained from 45 cm to 193.6 cm of the upper part of D4 stalagmite from Dongguo Cave in Libo, Guizhou, by using system TIMS U-series dating and carbon and oxygen stable isotope analyses.The study indicates that the last cold event, the YD (Younger Dryas) event, of the last glacial period was apparently shown in D4 record, which started from 12.80 kaBP and ended in 11.58 kaBP, with a great range of drop in temperature. The end of the last glacial period was consistent with the termination I in oceanic isotope records and was with time limit of 11.3 kaBP. The three most distinct cold events in the early and middle Holocene occurred respectively in 10.91 kaBP, 8.27 kaBP and 4.75 kaBP, with a range of drop in tem- perature reaching 2—5℃. The climate abrupt events in thousand and hundred years scale re- corded in stalagmite δ O can be compared to those in GISP2 ice cores from Greenland in their 18 happening time and the range of their lasting time. The cold events in 8.27 kaBP and 4.75 kaBP can also be compared to CC3 stalagmite records in Ireland, which indicate that climate changes of short range in China monsoon areas, western Europe and polar regions, have the same driv- ing factor. This has a global significance. 9AtHsfA2 modulates expression of stress responsive genes and enhances tolerance to heat and oxidative stress in Arabidopsis显示文摘There is increasing evidence for considerable interlinking between the responses to heat stress and oxidative stress, and recent researches suggest heat shock transcription factors (Hsfs) play an important role in linking heat shock with oxidative stress signals. In this paper, we present evidence that AtHsfA2 modulated expression of stress responsive genes and enhanced tolerance to heat and oxidative stress in Arabidopsis. Using Northern blot and quantitative RT-PCR analysis, we demonstrated that the expression of AtHsfA2 was induced by not only HS but also oxidative stress. By functional analysis of AtHsfA2 knockout mutants and AtHsfA2 overexpressing transgenic plants, we also demonstrated that the mutants displayed reduced the basal and acquired thermotolerance as well as oxidative stress tolerance but the overexpression lines displayed increased tolerance to these stress. The phenotypes correlated with the expres-sion of some Hsps and APX1, ion leakage, H2O2 level and degree of oxidative injuries. These results showed that, by modulated expression of stress responsive genes, AtHsfA2 enhanced tolerance to heat and oxidative stress in Arabidopsis. 11Change of surface cover greenness in China between 2000 and 2010显示文摘Surface greenness reflects the situation of vegetation cover.Vegetation index calculated from the Red and Near Infrared bands of remote sensing images,whose values indicate the level of photosynthetic activity,is monotonically related to surface greenness when vegetation canopy does not fully cover the background soil.Especially for desert regions,vegetation index is positively correlated with vegetation coverage.Therefore,vegetation index can be used to study the change in greenness of desert areas.This study collected MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) data from 2000 to 2010 and analyzed their change over China in this period.The results showed that an increasing trend of NDVI occurred over 66.84% (OLS fitting) or 64.27% (LAD fitting) of China,indicating that China's greenness is increasing overall.Meanwhile,desertification of China decreased.Areas showing large increase in greenness are found in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia,Henan,Shandong,Qinghai,and Gansu while regions with large decrease in greenness are found in Northeast Inner Mongolia,South Tibet,Jiangsu,and Shanghai.Changes of Qinghai,Gansu,Xinjiang and South Tibet could probably be driven by climate factors.Decrease of greenness in Northeast Inner Mongolia was related to agricultural reclamation.Decrease of greenness in Jiangsu and Shanghai was related to rapid urbanization.Climate factors did not exhibit obvious correspondence to the large increase in greenness in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia and Gansu,indicating that the changes might have been caused by human factors.The reduction of desert areas in China could probably have been caused by human management and protection at the national scale.LIU Shuang1,4& GONG Peng1,2,31State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing Science, Jointly Sponsored by Institute of Remote Sensing Applications of Chinese Academy of Sciences,and Beijing Normal University, Beijing 100101, China 2Institute for Global Change Studies & Center for Earth System Science, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China 3Department of Environmental Science, Policy and Management, University of California, Berkeley, CA94720, USA 4Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100049, China 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:23

14Ex vivo-expanded bone marrow stem cells home to the liver and ameliorate functional recovery in a mouse model of acute hepatic injury显示文摘BACKGROUND:Stem cell transplantation provides a theoretical approach for liver regeneration medicine;it may promote liver regeneration and self-repair.However,the transplantation of bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cells expanded ex vivo as a therapy for liver disease has rarely been investigated.This study aimed to explore whether bone marrow stem cells expanded ex vivo home to the liver and foster hepatic recovery after CCl 4 injury.METHODS:Bone marrow cells from BALB/c mice were expanded ex vivo by multiple-passage cultivation,characterized by cytoflow immunofluorescence,and pre-labeled with PKH26 before intravenous infusion into animals treated with CCl 4.The integration of bone marrow cells into the liver was examined microscopically,and plasma hepatic enzymes were determined biochemically.RESULTS:Cultured bone marrow cells exhibited antigenic profiles comparable to those of primary medullary stem cells.Double immunofluorescence showed colocalization of these cells with proliferative activity and albumin expression in the liver of CCl 4 -treated mice.Densitometry showed increased in situ cell proliferation (50±14 vs 20±3 cells/high-power field,P<0.05) and albumin expression (149±25 vs 20±5 cells/high-power field,P<0.05) in the liver,as well as reduced serum aminotransferase levels (P<0.05) and better survival rates (P<0.05) in animals receiving cultured bone marrow cells relative to controls.CONCLUSIONS:Ex vivo-expanded bone marrow cells are capable of relocating to and proliferating in the chemically- injured liver.Transplantation of these pluripotent stem cells appears to improve serum indices of liver function and survival rate in mice after CCl4-induced hepatic damage.Shi-Zhu Jin,Bing-Rong Liu,Jun Xu,Fu-Lai Gao,Zong-Jing Hu,Xin-Hong Wang,Feng-Hua Pei,Yu Hong,Hong-Yan Hu and Ming-Zi Han Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology,and Department of Science Research Management,Second Affiliated Hospital,Harbin Medical University,Harbin 150080,China Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology,Fourth Affiliated Hospital,Harbin Medical University,Harbin 150001,China 2012Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2012,11,1:16

16Genetic diversity of Harpins from Xanthomonas oryzae and their activity to induce hypersensitive response and disease resistance in tobacco显示文摘Three hrfA (hypersensitive response-functioning faction A) homologues (hrf1, hrf2 and hrf3) are cloned from 12 strains of Xanthomonas oryzae using PCR based techniques. Hrf1, hrf2 and hrf3 are derived from strains belonging to X. o. pv. oryzae, X. o. pv. oryzicola and X. o. pv. oryzae respectively. Sequence analysis shows that all three genes encode glycine-rich pro-teins with various numbers of GGG-GG motifs. They all share a conserved cysteine residue at position 45 or 47. Hrf1 and hrf3 encode HarpinXoo while hrf2 encodes Harpinxooc. Hrf1 and hrf3 encodes two different types of HarpinXoo proteins. Hrf1 from X. o. pv. oryzae strains ( JxoIII, JxoIV, Jxov, Pxo61, Pxo76, Pxo79, Pxo99, Pxo99 and Pxo124) encodes a 15.6 kD HarpinXoo with 3 GGG-GG motifs while Hrf3 from strain Pxo86 and Pxo112 encodes a 15.9 kD Harpinxoo with 4 GGG-GG motifs. Harpinxooc encoded by hrf2 from X. o. pv. oryzicola (strain RS105) has the mo-lecular weight of 15.3 kD and contains 2 GGG-GG motifs. Cluster analysis is performed using deduced sequences of hrf1, hrf2 and hrf3 as well as previously reported Hpa1 and XopI protein sequence. The results indicated that Harpinxoo and Harpinxooc belong to two closely related sub-groups. Hrf, hrf2 and hrf3 are expressed in E. coli strain BL21 successfully. Under the same condition, hrf1, hrf2 and hrf3 are expressed at the level of 0.389, 0.530 and 0.083 mg/mL re-spectively. All expressed hrf1, hrf2 and hrf3 proteins (Harpins) are shown to be able to induce hypersensitive reaction and TMV resistance on tobacco. 18Research and Prediction of Ecological Security in Jiangsu Province Based on the Ecological Footprint显示文摘According to the 2000-2010 Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook,per capita ecological footprint and per capita ecological carrying capacity in Jiangsu Province in the years 2001-2009 are analyzed starting from the ecological footprint model.Per capita ecological deficit is measured,as well as the pressure index of ecological footprint in order to judge the grade of ecological security and to objectively evaluate the ecological security of Jiangsu Province.GM(1,1) grey forecasting model is used to forecast the ecological security of Jiangsu Province in the years 2010-2014.Research shows that in the next 5 years,both the per capita ecological footprint and the pressure index of ecological footprint will increase by 4% and 3.7% each year,respectively.And the ecological status in Jiangsu Province will be extremely unsafe.To achieve the coordinated development of ecological security and economy of Jiangsu Province,we should strictly control the population growth,rationally utilize the land resources,and strengthen the ecological restoration and construction.CHENG Ge1,YUE Xian-ping2 1.College of Environmental Sciences,Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology,Nanjing 210044,China,2.College of Economics and Management,Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology,Nanjing 210044,China 2011Asian Agricultural Research2011,3,4:15
19Symmetric-key cryptosystem with DNA technology显示文摘DNA cryptography is a new field which has emerged with progress in the research of DNA computing. In our study, a symmetric-key cryptosystem was designed by applying a modern DNA biotechnology, microarray, into cryptographic technologies. This is referred to as DNA symmetric-key cryptosystem (DNASC). In DNASC, both encryption and decryption keys are formed by DNA probes, while its ciphertext is embedded in a specially designed DNA chip (microarray). The security of this system is mainly rooted in difficult biology processes and problems, rather than conventional computing technology, thus it is unaffected by changes from the attack of the coming quantum computer. The encryption process is a fabrication of a specially designed DNA chip and the decryption process is the DNA hybridization. In DNASC, billions of DNA probes are hybridized and identified at the same time, thus the decryption process is conducted in a massive, parallel way. 20Quick image-processing method of UAV without control points data in earthquake disaster area显示文摘The methods of unmanned aerial vehicles images splicing rapidly and rectifying without control points data, only using auxiliary data recorded by unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system, were researched. Two algorithms were proposed, including UAV images auto- splicing rapidly after image blocking and UAV images rectifying based on pseudo center points of auxiliary data. When SIFT algorithm for UAV images splicing is applied, the accuracy is very high, but the efficiency is very low. The splicing efficiency is improved greatly based on SIFT algorithm after image blocking.
