1基于MODIS的山东省植被覆盖时空变化及其原因分析显示文摘卫星遥感获取的归一化植被指数(NDVI)可以指示地表绿度和植被覆盖特征,被广泛应用于大尺度地表植被活动的监测和评估。基于2000─2014年的328景MODIS/NDVI时间序列数据,采用基于栅格像元的趋势分析和稳定性分析方法,深入分析了2000年以来山东省不同区域植被覆盖和绿度变化特征。结果表明,(1)近15年山东省植被年平均NDVI和春季NDVI都呈现显著增加趋势(P<0.01),NDVI的增加趋势与降水量的年际变化关系显著(P<0.05);由于城市化进程加剧,生长季绿色植被面积显著减少,平均每年减少243 km^2。(2)NDVI变化趋势具有明显的空间差异,鲁西农业区植被与黄河三角洲以及南四湖的湿地植被变化趋势相反,农田植被绿度有增加趋势,湿地植被绿度下降明显。这一趋势差异与不同植被类型对于降水年际变化的响应差异有关。(3)由于不同植被类型对于自然和人为活动干扰的适应能力不同,不同地区的植被覆盖在时间序列上表现出不同的稳定性。植被稳定性的排序为:农田植被>森林灌木植被>湿地植被。说明湿地植被对于环境变化的响应最敏感,而人为管理的农田植被的抗干扰能力最强。本研究对于了解山东省植被覆盖变化格局特征和评估不同生态系统的气候变化响应具有积极作用。于泉洲 梁春玲 刘煜杰 姜浩 孙雷刚 2015生态环境学报2015,24,11:31
2基于长时间序列NDVI资料的我国西北干旱区植被覆盖动态监测显示文摘植被是表征陆地生态系统的重要指标,气候变化对植被具有显著影响。虽然MODIS NDVI具有较高的精度,但时间序列长度有限,在年代际尺度的变化趋势研究中,仍然需要对AVHRR NDVI数据集进行时间序列的扩展和完善。本研究通过建立MODIS NDVI与AVHRR NDVI逐月线性回归模型,生成了长时间序列(1981-2013年)NDVI数据集;并以NDVI作为植被活动的指标,分析研究了近33年来西北干旱区的植被动态变化。结果表明:1)MODIS NDVI与LTDR NDVI数据具有较好的线性相关性,两者之间线性回归模型的决定系数均在0.7以上;2)近33年以来,西北干旱区的植被活动均呈现出增强的态势,其中稀疏植被区的植被活动在持续增强,植被整体状况在好转,而草地区的植被活动较为稳定,并未出现较大的变化;3)西北干旱区的气候呈现出暖湿化的特点,植被活动对气候变化较为敏感,NDVI与年平均温度和年降水量之间呈显著相关关系(P<0.05)。王玮 冯琦胜 郭铌 沙莎 胡蝶 王丽娟 李耀辉 2015草业科学2015,32,12:27
3乡村人口迁出对生态脆弱地区植被覆被的影响——以内蒙古自治区为例显示文摘生态脆弱地区的生态环境状况改善和治理一直是各级政府部门和学者关注的焦点问题。过去10余年,中国城镇化进程发展迅速,生态脆弱地区乡村劳动力大量迁出。那么劳动力人口迁出会在多大程度上影响脆弱地区植被覆被状况的变化呢?本研究利用2000-2010年的NDVI数据、气象观测数据和社会经济数据,采用趋势线分析、显著性检验和多元回归分析等方法,对内蒙古地区植被覆被状况的变化进行了分析,并在县级尺度上定量评估了乡村劳动力人口迁移对区域植被覆被状况的影响。结果表明:1 2000-2010年,内蒙古自治区植被覆被总体呈上升趋势,其中超过28%的地区植被覆被状况显著改善,只有约2%的地区存在较强的退化趋势;2植被覆被显著退化的地区呈条带状分布于内蒙古自治区中部农牧交错带北部边缘;植被覆被显著改善的地区主要位于内蒙古自治区的东南部与西部地区;3 2000-2010年,农业劳动力对植被覆被状况的影响已经超过了气候等自然因素的作用,农业劳动力迁出对植被覆被状况提高有显著的促进作用。李仕冀 李秀彬 谈明洪 2015地理学报2015,70,10:23
4气候和人类因素在黄土高原西北部植被变化中的贡献率研究显示文摘定量区分气候和人类因素在黄土高原西北部植被变化中的贡献率,对该区正在开展的退耕还林(草)工程具有重要指导意义。'回归残差法'是当前该领域使用的主要方法之一,但它有混淆气候变化和人类活动作用的内在风险。本文提出一种旨在克服该缺陷的'去趋势回归残差法',即利用去趋势之后的植被和气候数据建立回归模型,再将原始气候数据代入模型得到模拟植被并进行残差趋势分析。基于SPOT VEGETATION NDVI时间序列的研究结果显示:(1)在气候变化趋势性明显时,'去趋势回归残差法'优于常规方法;(2)近15年黄土高原西北部植被活动整体上呈增强态势,这种增强主要由人类因素所致,贡献率达92%,气候变化的作用较弱,贡献率仅为8%。孙建国 张卓 韩惠 颜长珍 2014遥感信息2014,29,2:14
51981-2010年内蒙古沙漠化演变对区域生态系统服务价值的影响显示文摘土地沙漠化是生态系统服务价值变化的重要影响因素,文章基于NDVI等多源数据与GIS、敏感性分析方法,分析了1981—2010年内蒙古地区沙漠化演变对区域生态系统服务价值的影响。结果表明:(1)1981—2010年,内蒙古地区沙漠化面积净增加6.92万km^2,但总体沙漠化程度有所改善。沙漠化逆转区域主要集中于内蒙古西南部的鄂尔多斯与阿拉善,而沙漠化发展区域主要发生在中北部的科尔沁和浑善达克。(2)生态系统服务总价值减少671.57亿元;沙漠化演变对生态系统服务价值具有中度线性相关关系,其造成生态系统服务价值损失比例为23.7%。(3)沙漠化演变对沙区生态系统服务价值变化的影响具有空间异质性,在鄂尔多斯、浑善达克等地表现为促进作用,在土默特、内蒙后山等表现为反向作用。(4)各沙区生态系统服务价值对沙漠化演变敏感度差异明显;科尔沁、河套平原等地敏感性指数高于50,而呼伦贝尔、内蒙后山等则小于1。该结果可为内蒙古自治区的科学土地规划、生态保护及可持续发展提供重要参考。丁雪 雷国平 许端阳 李达净 王子玉 2018水土保持研究2018,25,1:13
6Reconstruction and analysis of temporal and spatial variations in surface soil moisture in China using remote sensing显示文摘An ensemble method was used to combine three surface soil moisture products,retrieved from passive microwave remote sensing data,to reconstruct a monthly soil moisture data set for China between 2003 and 2010.Using the ensemble data set,the temporal and spatial variations of surface soil moisture were analyzed.The major findings were:(1) The ensemble data set was able to provide more realistic soil moisture information than individual remote sensing products;(2) during the study period,the soil moisture increased in semiarid regions and decreased in arid regions with anoverall drying trend for the whole country;(3) the soil moisture variation trends derived from the three retrieval products and the ensemble data differ from each other but all data sets show the dominant drying trend for the summer,and that most of the drying regions were in major agricultural areas;(4) compared with the precipitation trends derived from Global Precipitation Climatology Project data,it is speculated that climate change is a possible cause for the drying trend in semiarid regions and the wetting trend in arid regions;and (5) combining soil moisture trends with land surface temperature trends derived from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiomete,the study domain was divided into four categories.Regions with drying and warming trends cover 33.2%,the regions with drying and cooling trends cover 27.4%,the regions with wetting and warming trends cover 21.1% and the regions with wetting and cooling trends cover 18.1%.The first two categories primarily cover the major grain producing areas,while the third category primarily covers nonarable areas such as Northwest China and Tibet.This implies that the moisture and heat variation trends in China are unfavorable to sustainable development and ecology conservation.LU Hui SHI JianCheng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:12
7中国最受关注濒危物种保护现状快速评价的新方法探讨显示文摘本文尝试制订了一套评分标准,对中国174个国家I级保护动植物物种和IUCN物种红色名录中极危(CR)、濒危(EN)级别的鸟类的保护成效进行了快速评价。选取种群数量和趋势、信息完善程度、模拟分布区中适宜生境面积变化趋势和模拟分布区被保护区覆盖程度等4个指标进行评分。数据来源包括公开发表的研究文献、遥感数据、实地调查和公众收集。结果表明,174个物种的保护状况整体呈变差趋势,4项指标平均值均为负值。单个物种保护状况改善的有26种,维持原状的有32种,变差的有116种。本文还对2000–2013年间发表的涉及746个受威胁物种的9,338篇研究文献进行了梳理,结果表明被研究物种数和文献数都逐年上升,但每年被研究的物种不到1/3。研究集中于明星物种和有经济价值的物种,如大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)的文献占了全部的11.33%,大多数物种研究不足。分析表明即使是集中了最多保护资源的濒危物种,其保护状况仍然是变差的。顾垒 闻丞 罗玫 王昊 吕植 2015生物多样性2015,23,5:11
8半干旱草原型流域土壤水分变异及其影响因素分析显示文摘土壤水分是岩石圈—生物圈—大气圈—水圈间水分循环的重要环节,是半干旱草原型流域植物生长的主要限制因子。该研究基于内蒙古锡林郭勒盟锡林河流域野外实测土壤水分数据,利用主成分分析和冗余分析等方法,对不同土壤类型垂直剖面土壤水分变化特征及其潜在环境影响因子进行了对比分析。结果表明,黑土、红砂土、栗钙土、盐土间土壤水分含量呈依次增大趋势;随着土层深度加深,土壤水分变异性减弱,且各层土壤水分变异性随时间变化受到土壤类型的影响较大;主成分分析表明海拔、植被高度和坡度等包含了解释土壤水分变异68.50%的信息;冗余分析识别出海拔和植被高度是土壤水分变异的关键潜在环境驱动因子。该研究可为半干旱草原型流域生态水文过程研究提供数据和理论支持。张璐 朱仲元 张圣微 王慧敏 2020农业工程学报2020,36,13:11
9Monitoring dynamic changes of global land cover types:fluctuations of major lakes in China every 8 days during 2000–2010显示文摘Remote sensing images can be used to delineate variations in the area of lakes and to assess the influence of environmental changes and human activities.However,because lakes are dynamic,results obtained from individual images acquired on a single date are not representative and do not accurately reflect ongoing changes.In this study,we used 8-day moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS)composite data from 2000 to2010 to map water surface changes over 629 lakes in China.We combined automatic extraction of training data and support vector machine classification to derive the spatial distribution of these large water bodies.The producer’s and user’s accuracies for MODIS images were91.06%and 89.81%,respectively,when compared with interpretation results from 30 m resolution Landsat images taken on similar days.Area changes,variability,inundation intensity,and rainy seasons of the 629 lakes were analyzed based on this multi-temporal lake database.The total area of the 629 lakes increased over the study period,primarily as a result of the expansion of lake areas on the Tibetan Plateau.There were 12 lakes with a maximum area[1,000 km2,and six of these decreased in area from 2000to 2010.The shrinkages of Poyang Lake and Dongting Lake were-54.76 and-25.08 km2/a,respectively.The area of lakes on Tibetan Plateau,in northern Xinjiang,northeastern Inner Mongolia,and northeastern China varied little,while lakes on the Yangtze Plain,in southern Inner Mongolia,and central Xinjiang fluctuated considerably.Inundation intensity increased for lakes on the Tibetan Plateau,in northern Xinjiang,Heilongjiang,and Jilin,while inundation extent decreased in central Xinjiang,southern Tibet,southern Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,and on the Yangtze Plain.This study is an attempt to develop high-frequency specific land cover maps to improve applicability of general land cover maps.The lake products serve as an important supplement to hydrologic data.The lake database enables the generation of new land surface process models,which could improve the precision of simulations,based on more accurate observations of dynamic lake systems.Fangdi Sun Yuanyuan Zhao Peng Gong Ronghua Ma Yongjiu Dai 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,2:10
102000—2010年黄河源区植被覆盖率时空变化及其影响因素显示文摘黄河源区是对环境变化敏感的重要冻土区,监测黄河源区内植被的动态变化,并分析其对相关环境影响因子的响应机制,对了解该区近年来冻土及水资源变化机理有着重要意义。基于2000—2010年的MOD44B植被盖度(Vegetation Continuous Field-MOD44B)产品对黄河源区内植被覆盖率的变化进行分段线性回归及趋势转折分析,从时间和空间角度揭示植被覆盖率的变化特征,探讨降水、坡度、高程等因素对植被覆盖率变化的影响,并选择主要影响因素建立模型对黄河源区内的植被覆盖率进行预测。结果表明:2000—2010年黄河源区内植被覆盖率呈现较强的纬度地带性,并在年际间表现出波动上升趋势;植被改善区域主要分布在扎陵湖和鄂陵湖以南地区,退化区域则主要分布在两湖以北,空间上存在明显的分界线;研究时间段的气温和降水均呈波动上升趋势,线性增长率分别为0.09℃·a^(-1)和8.9 mm·a^(-1),整个区域内植被变化对于气温更加敏感。与植被改善区相比,植被退化区平均坡度和海拔更低,表明人类活动可能对植被退化产生了影响。马天啸 宋现锋 赵昕 李润奎 2016干旱区研究2016,33,6:9
11石家庄市域近期植被变化及其驱动因素分析显示文摘利用2004年和2010年TM卫星影像数据,对石家庄市域范围的植被变化情况进行了研究,结果表明:石家庄的植被近期变化以改善为主。从时间变化看,在2004-2010年间,全市NDVI的平均值从0.470 7提高到了0.541 6;极低覆盖度、低覆盖度、中覆盖度和高覆盖度植被所占比例分别降低了0.12%、0.7%、4.77%和24.32%,而极高覆盖度的植被面积比例则增加了29.9%;从植被指数差值结果看,全市植被改善面积比例高达83.84%,植被退化面积比例仅为16.16%。从植被变化的区域差异来看,极低覆盖度减幅最大的区域是中部丘陵区和东部平原区;中、高覆盖度的植被盖度等级则以东部平原区减幅最大;西部山区与中部丘陵区这两个区域极高植被盖度等级面积的增加幅度都达5 500 hm2以上。从植被指数差值结果看,改善面积最大的是东部经济林发展区,其改善面积比例达到了91%,改善面积比例最小的为城郊城市林业区,该区域植被改善的面积比例为74.9%。从植被变化的驱动力来看,研究时段的暖干型气候变化特点对于植被的生长于发育十分不利,因此研究时段内植被改善的主导驱动力是人为因素,其中山区的天然林保护工程、退耕还林工程是山区植被变化的主因;平原与丘陵区的植被改善主要得益于该区域的林果产业的发展;城郊城市林业区的植被变化与城区绿化工程的实施与绿地面积的扩大关系最为密切。贾宝全 邱尔发 2014干旱区地理2014,37,1:8
12Remote sensing of environmental change over China:A review显示文摘China is a large country by area. In situ monitoring of the environment cannot meet the demand of the society. For large areas, remote sensing is the only viable technology for environmental monitoring of the entire area. Although satellite observation capabilities as well as remotely sensed data acquired on board of satellites from both within and outside China are widely available, research is rare that targets the entire territory of China for environmental monitoring. In this paper, the process of environmental change has been categorized into changes in driving forces, environmental change, materials transport and transformation, concentration and abundance change, exposure and infection change of human and ecosystems, and impacts. The potential in monitoring changes in these various aspects is assessed. The progress of environmental change monitoring over the entire territory of China is reviewed. It is suggested that at the methodological level, remote sensing should not only be applied to observation and experiments as well as understanding the change mechanism, but also be coupled with environmental simulation and forecasting so as to support environmental policy making. At the application level, remote sensing should be used beyond its traditional application fields to include species diversity, biological invasion, public health, air and water quality monitoring. 13Remote sensing based monitoring of interannual variations in vegetation activity in China from 1982 to 2009显示文摘Terrestrial vegetation is one of the most important components of the Earth's land surface. Variations in terrestrial vegetation directly impact the Earth system's balance of material and energy. This paper describes detected variations in vegetation activity at a national scale for China based on nearly 30 years of remote sensing data derived from NOAA/AVHRR(1982–2006) and MODIS(2001–2009). Vegetation activity is analyzed for four regions covering agriculture, forests, grasslands, and China's Northwest region with sparse vegetation cover(including regions without vegetation). Relationships between variations in vegetation activity and climate change as well as agricultural production are also explored. The results show that vegetation activity has generally increased across large areas, especially during the most recent decade. The variations in vegetation activity have been driven primarily by human factors, especially in the southern forest region and the Northwest region with sparse vegetation cover. 14乡村人口迁出对生态脆弱地区植被覆被的影响——以内蒙古自治区为例(英文)显示文摘Different government departments and researchers have paid considerable attention at various levels to improving the eco-environment in ecologically fragile areas. Over the past decade, large numbers of people have emigrated from rural areas as a result of the rapid urbanization in Chinese society. The question then remains: to what extent does this migration affect the regional vegetation greenness in the areas that people have moved from Based on normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) data with a resolution of 1 km, as well as meteorological data and socio-economic data from 2000 to 2010 in Inner Mongolia, the spatio-temporal variation of vegetation greenness in the study area was analyzed via trend analysis and significance test methods. The contributions of human activities and natural factors to the variation of vegetation conditions during this period were also quantitatively tested and verified, using a multi-regression analysis method. We found that:(1) the vegetation greenness of the study area increased by 10.1% during 2000–2010. More than 28% of the vegetation greenness increased significantly, and only about 2% decreased evidently during the study period.(2) The area with significant degradation showed a banded distribution at the northern edge of the agro-pastoral ecotone in central Inner Mongolia. This indicates that the eco-environment is still fragile in this area, which should be paid close attention. The area where vegetation greenness significantly improved showed a concentrated distribution in the southeast and west of Inner Mongolia.(3) The effect of agricultural labor on vegetation greenness exceeded those due to natural factors(i.e. precipitation and temperature). 16China's sizeable and uncertain carbon sink: a perspective from GOSAT显示文摘Despite the agreement that China’s terrestrial ecosystems can provide a carbon sink and offset carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions from fossil fuels,the magnitude and spatial distribution of the sink remain uncertain.Accurate quantification of the carbon sequestration capacity of China’s terrestrial ecosystems has profound scientific and policy implications.Here,we report on the magnitude and patterns of China’s terrestrial carbon sink using the global monthly CO2flux data product from the Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite(GOSAT),the world’s first satellite dedicated to global greenhouse gas observation.We use the first year’s data from GOSAT(June 2009–May2010)that are currently available to assess China’s biospheric carbon fluxes.Our results show that China’s terrestrial ecosystems provide a carbon sink of-0.21 Pg C a-1.The consumption of fossil fuels in China leads to carbon dioxide emissions of 1.90 Pg C a-1into the atmosphere,approximately 11.1%of which is offset by China’s terrestrial ecosystems.China’s terrestrial ecosystems play a significant role in offsetting fossil fuel emissions and slowing down the buildup of CO2in the atmosphere.Our analysis based on GOSAT data offers a new perspective on the magnitude and distribution of China’s carbon sink.Our results show that China’s terrestrial ecosystems provide a sizeable and uncertain carbon sink,and further research is needed to reduce the uncertainty in its magnitude and distribution.Li Zhang Jingfeng Xiao Li Li Liping Lei Jing Li 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:5

18Numerical simulation and data assimilation of the water-energy cycle over semiarid northeastern China显示文摘The default fractional vegetation cover and terrain height were replaced by the estimated fractional vegetation cover, which was calculated by the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) of Earth Observing System Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(EOS-MODIS) and the Digital Elevation Model of the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission(SRTM) system. The near-surface meteorological elements over northeastern China were assimilated into the three-dimensional variational data assimilation system(3DVar) module in the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model. The structure and daily variations of air temperature, humidity, wind and energy fields over northeastern China were simulated using the WRF model. Four groups of numerical experiments were performed, and the simulation results were analyzed of latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, and their relationships with changes in the surface energy flux due to soil moisture and precipitation over different surfaces. The simulations were compared with observations of the stations Tongyu, Naiman, Jinzhou, and Miyun from June to August, 2009. The results showed that the WRF model achieves high-quality simulations of the diurnal characteristics of the surface layer temperature, wind direction, net radiation, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux over semiarid northeastern China in the summer. The simulated near-surface temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed were improved in the data assimilation case(Case 2) compared with control case(Case 1). The simulated sensible heat fluxes and surface heat fluxes were improved by the land surface parameterization case(Case 3) and the combined case(Case 4). The simulated temporal variations in soil moisture over the northeastern arid areas agree well with observations in Case 4, but the simulated precipitation should be improved in the WRF model. This study could improve the land surface parameters by utilizing remote sensing data and could further improve atmospheric elements with a data assimilation system. This work provides an effective attempt at combining multi-source data with different spatial and temporal scales into numerical simulations. 19基于Google Earth Engine的河南省1982—2018年植被干旱研究显示文摘【目的】研究河南省长时序植被干旱特征。【方法】利用遥感数据并结合植被健康指数对河南省1982—2018年植被健康状态、植被健康变化趋势以及植被生长活动进行探索研究;同时基于像元尺度利用经验正交函数(Empirical orthogonal function,EOF)时空模型分析河南省四个季节的主要干旱空间分布特征。【结果】(1)从1982年至2018年,河南省在春季、夏季、冬季植被健康状态逐渐转好,干旱发生年份逐渐减少;夏季旱情在豫东、豫西、豫南和豫北四个地区以轻度干旱为主,且豫南地区旱情严重,豫东地区旱情较轻。(2)郑州市、焦作市、开封市等河南省中部、东部城市中心区对植被生长的抑制力较高,西部、东南部部分地区有助于植被生长;尽管河南省植被健康整体呈现转好趋势,但64.18%的地区植被生长存在抑制。(3)四个季节的EOF时空分析模型的第一模态方差贡献率超过95%,表明第一模态空间分布特征非常具有代表性;且在春夏季空间分布特征逐渐增强。【结论】河南省植被干旱频率逐渐减少,植被健康状态逐渐转好;城市中心区发展应该注意植被覆盖改善。张少宇 邹时林 余弦 2022湖南生态科学学报2022,9,3:1
