1硅钾肥配施对水稻茎秆理化性状及抗倒伏能力的影响显示文摘该研究以易倒伏品种‘B优827’为试验材料,通过分析硅钾肥配合施用对水稻茎秆的弯曲力矩、抗折力以及倒伏指数的影响,探索通过肥料调控提高水稻抗倒伏能力的方法与技术措施。结果显示:(1)硅钾肥配施能显著增加水稻基部节间茎秆直径和壁厚,缩短节间长度,并在低硅中钾处理(T2,硅肥300kg/hm2、钾肥400kg/hm2)下基部各节间长度缩短幅度最大(12.44%~20.80%),直径和壁厚增加幅度分别为2.82%~5.76%、22.95%~28.57%。(2)硅钾肥配施处理后,水稻基部各节间纤维素、木质素及灰分含量显著变化,并以低硅中钾处理(T2)差异较显著,且基部节间木质素含量分别比对照显著提高14.55%、8.67%、7.73%。(3)硅钾肥配施处理能显著增加水稻基部节间抗折力,降低倒伏指数,同时仍以低硅中钾处理(T2)的抗折力最大、倒伏指数最小,对提高‘B优827’植株抗倒伏能力效果最好。研究表明,合理的硅钾肥配比(硅肥300kg/hm2、钾肥400kg/hm2)能显著增加易倒伏水稻品种‘B优827’的茎秆壁厚和直径,缩短基部节间长度,提高抗折力,同时还能增加其基部节间木质化程度,最终增强植株抗倒伏能力;硅钾肥配合施用可通过改善茎秆物理化学特性有效增强易倒伏水稻植株的抗倒伏能力。范永义 杨国涛 陈敬 蒋芬 MUSLIM Qadir 陈永军 胡运高 2017西北植物学报2017,37,4:25
2Preliminary studies on the stability of arsenolipids:Implications for sample handling and analysis显示文摘Human health risk assessments concerning arsenic are now estimating exposure through food in addition to exposure through drinking water. Intrinsic to this assessment is sample handling and preparation that maintains the arsenic species in the form that they occur in foods. We investigated the stability of three arsenolipids(two arsenic fatty acids, As FA-362 and As FA-388, and one arsenic hydrocarbon As HC-332), common constituents of fish and algae, relevant to sample storage and transport, and to their preparation for quantitative measurements. The fate of the arsenolipids was followed by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray triple quadruple mass spectrometry(HPLC/ESIMS) analyses.Storage of the compounds dry as pure compounds or mixed in fish oil at up to 60?C did not result in significant changes to the compounds, although losses were observed by apparent adsorption onto the plastic walls of the polypropylene tubes. No losses occurred when the experiment was repeated with glass tubes. When the compounds were stored in ethanol for up to 15 days under acidic, neutral, or alkaline conditions(each at room temperature), no significant decomposition was observed, although esterification of the fatty acids occurred at low p H. The compounds were also stable during a sample preparation step involving passage through a small silica column. The results indicate that these typical arsenolipids are stable when stored in glass at temperatures up to 60?C for at least 2 days, and that,consequently, samples of food or extracts thereof can be transported dry at ambient temperatures, i.e. without the need for cool conditions.Muslim Khan Kevin A.Francesconi 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,11:5
3High phosphate removal using La(OH)3 loaded chitosan based composites and mechanistic study显示文摘Our present study was to prepare a biomass-supported adsorbents with high adsorptive capacity and high selectivity to prevent the accelerated eutrophication in water body.To this end,different metal hydroxide(La,Zr and Fe)first was successfully loaded on chitosan microspheres.Then the quaternary ammonium group with different content was introduced into the adsorbent by polymerization.By comparison of adsorption properties,chitosanLa(OH)3-quaternary ammonium-20%(CS-La-N-20%)has strong adsorption to phosphate(160 mg/g)by immobilizing nano-sized La(OH)3 within a quaternary-aminated chitosan and it maintain high adsorption in the presence of salt ions.The pH results indicated that the CS-La-N-20%would effectively sequestrate phosphate over a wide pH range between 3 and 7 without significant La3+leaching.What’s more,adsorption capacity on the introduce of positively charged quanternary-aminated groups was significantly higher than that of the unmodified adsorbents at alkaline conditions.The column adsorption capacity reached 1300 bed volumes(BV)when phosphate concentration decreased until 0.5 mg/L at 6 BV/hr.The column adsorption/desorption reveals that no significant capacity loss is observed,indicating excellent stability and repeated use property.Characterizations revealed that phosphate adsorption on CS-La-N-20%through ligand exchange(impregnated nano-La(OH)3)and electrostatic attraction(positively charged quanternary-aminated groups).All the results suggested that CS-La-N-20%can serve as a promising adsorbent for preferable phosphate removal in realistic application.Shaopeng Zhang Yi Zhang Jie Ding Zepeng Zhang Chao Gao Muslim Halimi Hary Demey Zhen Yang Weiben Yang 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,8:3
4Surface modification of titanium using steel slag ball and shot blasting treatment for biomedical implant applications显示文摘Surface modification is often performed using grit or shot blasting treatment for improving the performances of biomedical implants.The effects of blasting treatments using steel slag balls and spherical shots on the surface and subsurface of titanium were studied in this paper.The treatments were conducted for 60-300 s using 2-5 mm steel slag balls and 3.18 mm spherical shots.The surface morphology,roughness,and elemental composition of titanium specimens were examined prior to and after the treatments.Irregular and rough titanium surfaces were formed after the treatment with the steel slag balls instead of the spherical shots.The former treatment also introduced some bioactive elements on the titanium surface,but the latter one yielded a harder surface layer.In conclusion,both steel slag ball and shot blasting treatment have their own specialization in modifying the surface of metallic biomaterials.Steel slag ball blasting is potential for improving the osseointegration quality of implants;but the shot blasting is more appropriate for improving the mechanical properties of temporary and load bearing implants,such as osteosynthesis plates.Budi Arifvianto Suyitno Muslim Mahardika 2013International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2013,20,8:3

20Effect of cold working and sandblasting on the microhardness, tensile strength and corrosion resistance of AISI 316L stainless steel显示文摘The aim of this work is to investigate the effect of cold working and sandblasting on the microhardness, tensile strength and corro-sion rate of AISI 316L stainless steel. The specimens were deformed from 17% to 47% and sandblasted for 20 min using SiC particles with a diameter of 500-700 μm and an air flow with 0.6-0.7 MPa pressure. The microhardness distribution and tensile test were conducted and a measurement on the corrosion current density was done to determine the corrosion rate of the specimens. The result shows that the cold working enhances the bulk microhardness, tensile and yield strength of the specimen by the degree of deformation applied in the treatment. The sandblasting treatment increases the microhardness only at the surface of the specimen without or with a low degree of deformation. In addition, the sandblasting enhances the surface roughness. The corrosion resistance is improved by cold working, especially for the highly deformed specimen. However the follow-up sandblasting treatment reduces the corrosion resistance. In conclusion, the cold working is prominent to be used for improving the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AISI 316L stainless steel.
