1咬合与脑功能相关性研究进展显示文摘本文综述了咬合对全身健康尤其是脑功能的影响.从1999 ~ 2011年英文在线文献和图书馆的相关文献中,选择可用的19篇文献分为咀嚼和舌运动,紧咬牙和磨牙症,咬合板和咬合干扰,修复重建,疼痛和刺激等5类.总结了咀嚼口香糖、叩齿和紧咬牙运动等口颌面区运动与大脑感觉和运动皮层激活的相关性.感觉运动皮层的激活也会受到咬合干扰装置、咬合板和种植修复体的影响.大脑激活区的改变可能依赖于口颌面区运动的强度.因此,咀嚼和其它运动刺激能激活大脑皮层,从而可能有助于防止脑功能的退化,然而,这些发现必须由更多研究所证实.Ohkubo C(综述) Morokuma M(综述) Yoneyama Y(综述) Matsuda R(综述) Lee JS(综述) 姜华(审校) 2013实用口腔医学杂志2013,29,6:3
