1石榴健胃散干预对实验性结肠炎小鼠肠道免疫功能的影响显示文摘目的探讨石榴健胃散干预对C.rodentium感染所致实验性结肠炎小鼠肠道免疫功能的影响。方法将24只雌性BALB/c小鼠适应性饲养7 d后随机分为正常组、药物组(1.5g/kg)、感染组、感染+药物组(1.5g/kg),每组6只。观察感染组和感染+药物组(1.5g/kg)小鼠感染第2、6、10、13 d时粪便排菌量和体重变化;13 d病程期后取材观察结肠长度及结肠组织形态学变化;检测肠系膜淋巴结T淋巴细胞培养液上清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-17(IL-17)及血清IgG2a的含量;检测结肠组织中细胞因子(IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-17)、转录因子(T-bet、RORrt)mRNA的表达量。结果 (1)感染组和感染+药物组小鼠体重均出现明显下降但无差异。(2)感染组和感染+药物组小鼠在感染第2、6、10、13 d时的粪便排菌量无明显差异。(3)感染组小鼠结肠长度明显缩短,感染+药物组小鼠结肠长度延长(与正常组比较无差异)。(4)与感染组比较,感染+给药组血清中IgG2a抗体浓度升高;肠系膜淋巴结T淋巴细胞培养液上清中IFN-γ含量下降,IL-10含量升高,IL-17含量无明显变化;结肠组织中的IFN-γ、TNF-α、T-bet表达降低,IL-10表达升高,IL-17、RORrt表达无明显变化。(5)感染组结肠组织上皮细胞脱落,局部炎性细胞增多,形成淋巴滤泡;感染+给药组上皮结构相对完整,炎性细胞较少,隐窝明显延长。结论石榴健胃散干预对C.rodentium感染所致实验性结肠炎小鼠肠道免疫功能存在有益作用,这种作用可能通过抑制Th1反应实现。申香群 仁增多杰 马倩倩 朱沁芳 Mohamed Magged 张伟 任延明 2021中国高原医学与生物学杂志2021,42,2:3
