1利用重组近交系群体检测花生青枯病抗性SSR标记显示文摘用抗青枯病花生品种远杂9102与感病品种Chico杂交,从F2起用单粒传法构建了花生重组近交系群体(RIL)F6和F7。采用354对SSR引物对重组近交系F6群体的基因组DNA鉴定,获得多态性标记45个。结合重组近交系群体F6和F7青枯病抗性鉴定结果,应用相关软件统计分析,构建了栽培种花生部分遗传连锁图。图谱总长度为603.9cM,含29个标记(28个SSR标记和1个表型标记)的8个连锁群,还有17个独立的SSR标记;获得了与青枯病抗性相关的SSR标记2个(7G02和PM137),位于该图谱的第1连锁群上,与青枯病抗性基因间的遗传距离为10.9cM和13.8cM,并且位于抗性基因的两侧,两标记间的距离为23.7cM。姜慧芳 陈本银 任小平 廖伯寿 雷永 傅廷栋 马朝芝 E Mace J H Crouch 2007中国油料作物学报2007,29,1:30
2抗青枯病花生种质的遗传多样性显示文摘以栽培种花生2个亚种4个植物学类型的31份对青枯病具有不同抗性的种质为材料,通过SSR和AFLP技术分析了其DNA多样性,并与通过形态和种子品质性状揭示的表型多样性进行了比较。结果表明,不同类型的抗青枯病花生品种之间存在丰富的DNA多样性,SSR揭示的品种间遗传距离大于AFLP揭示的品种间遗传距离,基于二者的聚类分析结果趋势一致,结合花生的植物学类型、地理来源和系谱分析,以SSR的聚类结果与表型性状的聚类结果更为吻合。感病优质高产品种“中花5号”与密枝亚种的普通型和龙生型的抗病材料的差异很大,与育种中被广泛利用的抗源“协抗青”和“台山三粒肉”的差异相对较小,与“远杂9102”的差异更小。姜慧芳 廖伯寿 任小平 雷永 傅廷栋 Mace E Crouch J H 2006作物学报2006,32,8:25

4用SSR和AFLP技术分析花生抗青枯病种质遗传多样性的比较(英文)显示文摘由Ralstonia solanacearum E.F.Smith引起的青枯病是若干亚洲和非洲国家花生生产的重要限制因子,利用抗病品种是防治这一病害最好的措施。虽然一大批抗青枯病花生种质资源材料已被鉴定出来,但对其遗传多样性没有足够的研究,限制了在育种中的有效利用。本研究以31份对青枯病具有不同抗性的栽培种花生种质为材料,通过简单序列重复(SSR)和扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)技术分析了它们的遗传多样性。通过78对SSR引物和126对AFLP引物的鉴定,筛选出能显示抗青枯病种质多态性的SSR引物29对和AFLP引物32对。所选用的29对多态性SSR引物共扩增91条多态性带,平均每对引物扩增3.14条多态性带;32对多态性AFLP引物共扩增72条多态性带,平均扩增2.25条多态性带。在所筛选引物中,4对SSR引物(14H06,7G02,3A8,16C6)和1对AFLP引物(P1M62)检测花生多态性的效果优于其他引物。SSR分析获得的31个花生种质的遗传距离为0.12-0.94,平均为0.53,而AFLP分析获得的遗传距离为0.06~0.57,平均为0.25,基于SSR分析的遗传距离大于基于AFLP分析的遗传距离,疏枝亚种组的遗传分化相对大于密枝亚种组。基于两种分析方法所获得的聚类结果基本一致,但SSR数据聚类结果与栽培种花生的形态分类系统更为吻合。根据分析结果,对构建青枯病抗性遗传图谱群体的核心亲本和抗性育种策略提出了建议。姜慧芳 廖伯寿 任小平 雷永 Emma Mace 傅廷栋 J.H.Crouch 2007Journal of Genetics and Genomics2007,34,6:12
5Exploring and Exploiting Pan-genomics for Crop Improvement显示文摘Genetic variation ranging from single-nucleotide polymorphisms to large structural variants (SVs) can cause variation of gene content among individuals within the same species. There is an increasing appreciation that a single reference genome is insufficient to capture the full landscape of genetic diversity of a species. Pan-genome analysis offers a platform to evaluate the genetic diversity of a species via investigation of its entire genome repertoire. Although a recent wave of pan-genomic studies has shed new light on crop diversity and improvement using advanced sequencing technology, the potential applications of crop pan-genomics in crop improvement are yet to be fully exploited. 7Highlights of the 2nd International Symposium on Tribbles and Diseases: tribbles tremble in therapeutics for immunity, metabolism, fundamental cell biology and cancer显示文摘The Tribbles(TRIB) family of pseudokinase proteins has been shown to play key roles in cell cycle, metabolic diseases, chronic inflammatory disease, and cancer development. A better understanding of the mechanisms of TRIB pseudokinases could provide new insights for disease development and help promote TRIB proteins as novel therapeutic targets for drug discovery. At the 2 nd International Symposium on Tribbles and Diseases held on May 7–9, 2018 in Beijing, China, a group of leading Tribbles scientists reported their findings and ongoing studies about the effects of the different TRIB proteins in the areas of immunity, metabolism, fundamental cell biology and cancer. Here, we summarize important and insightful overviews from 4 keynote lectures, 13 plenary lectures and 8 short talks that took place during this meeting.
