| 3 | CIMMYT小麦在中国春麦区的适应性分析显示文摘目的研究CIMMYT小麦在中国的适应性有助于提高春麦区的育种水平。方法10份CIMMYT代表性品种和15份中国春麦主栽品种于2001和2002年种植在中国春麦区的9个试点和CIMMYT的4种不同处理环境,分析产量、产量构成因子和农艺性状的变化趋势。结果CIMMYT品种穗数和穗粒数多,千粒重中等,具有广泛适应性,比中国品种具有更高的产量优势;黑龙江光敏感品种植株高、抽穗和成熟晚、穗数中等、穗粒数少、千粒重和产量低;中国其它品种株高中等、抽穗和成熟早、穗数少、穗粒数中等、千粒重高、产量中等。CIMMYT品种引种到中国后,株高降低,抽穗和成熟提早,并略减产;黑龙江光敏感品种在CIMMYT种植时株高增加,抽穗和成熟推迟,千粒重降低,并显著减产;中国其它品种在CIMMYT种植时株高增加、抽穗和成熟略推迟、千粒重变化较小,并略减产。结论CIMMYT品种可在云南、青海和新疆直接推广种植;内蒙古、甘肃和宁夏为其次适宜地区,可以直接推广应用,但主要用作杂交亲本;在黑龙江以作杂交亲本为宜。为提高引种效率,并考虑到性状的重复力大小,在CIMMYT为中国选种时应重点选择籽粒较大的材料。为云南所选材料可略矮、适当晚熟,内蒙古、甘肃、宁夏和新疆所选材料可略高、较早熟,青海所选材料可较高、熟期相当,黑龙江应主要选择高纬度材料、植株偏高且晚熟。 | 张勇 吴振录 张爱民 Maarten van Ginkel 何中虎 | 2006 | 中国农业科学2006,39,4: | 19 |

Due to differences in prevalence of etiological factors the incidence of primary liver can-cer varies among the world, with a peak in East-Asia. As this disease is still lethal in most of the cases, research has to be done to improve our understanding of the disease, offering insights for possible treatment options. For this purpose, animal models are widely used, especially mouse models. In this review, we describe the different types of mouse models used in liver cancer research, with emphasis on genetically engineered mice used in this field. | 9 | Four billion years of ophiolites reveal secular trends in oceanic crust formation显示文摘We combine a geological,geochemical and tectonic dataset from 118 ophioiite complexes of the major global Phanerozoic orogenic belts with similar datasets of ophiolites from 111 Precambrian greenstone belts to construct an overview of oceanic crust generation over 4 billion years.Geochemical discrimination systematics built on immobile trace elements reveal that the basaltic units of the Phanerozoic ophiolites are dominantly subduction-related(75%),linked to backarc processes and characterized by a strong MORB component,similar to ophiolites in Precambrian greenstone sequences(85%).The remaining 25%Phanerozoic subduction-unrelated ophiolites are mainly(74%) of Mid-Ocean-Ridge type(MORB type),in contrast to the equal proportion of Rift/Continental Margin,Plume,and MORB type ophiolites in the Precambrian greenstone belts.Throughout the Phanerozoic there are large geochemical variations in major and trace elements,but for average element values calculated in 5 bins of 100 million year intervals there are no obvious secular trends.By contrast,basaltic units in the ophiolites of the Precambrian greenstones(calculated in 12 bins of 250 million years intervals),starting in late Paleo- to early Mesoproterozoic(ca.2.0-1.8 Ga),exhibit an apparent decrease in the average values of incompatible elements such as Ti,P,Zr,Y and Nb,and an increase in the compatible elements Ni and Cr with deeper time to the end of the Archean and into the Hadean.These changes can be attributed to decreasing degrees of partial melting of the upper mantle from Hadean/Archean to Present.The onset of geochemical changes coincide with the timing of detectible changes in the structural architecture of the ophiolites such as greater volumes of gabbro and more common sheeted dyke complexes,and lesser occurrences of ocelli(varioles) in the pillow lavas in ophiolites younger than 2 Ga.The global data from the Precambrian ophiolites,representative of nearly 50%of all known worldwide greenstone belts provide significant clues for the operation of plate tectonic processes in the Archean. | Harald Furnes Maarten de Wit Yildirim Dilek | 2014 | Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4: | 13 |

| 16 | Double balloon endoscopy associated pancreatitis:A description of six cases显示文摘AIM:To perform a single-center analysis of all double balloon endoscopy (DBE) related cases of pancreatitis identified prospectively from a recorded DBE-complication database. METHODS:From November 2003 until January 2007, 603 DBE procedures were performed on 412 patients, with data on complications recorded in a database. The setting was a tertiary care center offering DBE. DBE was performed from the antegrade or retrograde route. Out-come measurements included age, gender, medication, indication, DBE-endoscope type, insertion depth, proce-dure duration, findings, interventions, post-procedural abdominal pain, and post-procedural hospitalization. RESULTS:This is the largest single-center study report-ing on post-DBE pancreatitis prospectively. Six patients (1.0%) developed post-DBE pancreatitis, all after antegrade DBE. There was no association with gender, duration of the procedure or type of endoscope. The mean age was 51.9 years (range 25-78). Four patients had severe pancreatitis. Of these, two had inflammatory signs in the body-tail region, one had pancreatitis in the tail region, and the total pancreas was involved in one. CONCLUSION:The incidence of post-DBE pancreatitis in our series is higher than previously reported. We found no relation with DBE-endoscope type. | 19 | The Muruntau gold deposit(Uzbekistan)--A unique ancient hydrothermal system in the southern Tien Shan显示文摘The Muruntau gold deposit in the Central Kyzylkum,Uzbekistan is one of the largest single gold deposits worldwide.Data available from the literature are reviewed with the aim to(1) integrate the present knowledge on this unique deposit from Russian and English literature;(2) show the considerable progress made in the understanding of the genesis of the Muruntau deposit during the last decades;and(3) point to problems still open for future research.Deposit formation occurred through a multi-stage process involving sedimentation,regional metamorphism including thrusting,magmatism with formation of hornfels aureoles and several stages of hydrothermal activity.According to recent knowledge,synsedimentary or pure metamorphic formation of gold mineralization seems unlikely.The role of granite magmatism occurring roughly within the same time interval as the main hydrothermal gold precipitation remains uncertain.There are no signs of interaction of matter between the magma(s) and the hydrothermal system(s).On the other hand,there was an intense,high-temperature(above 400 ℃)fluid- wall rock interaction resulting in the formation of gold-bearing,cone-like stockworks with veins,veinlets and gold-bearing metasomatites.Several chemical and isotope indicators hint at an involvement of lower-crustal or mantle-related sources as well as of surface waters in ore formation.Deposit formation through brecciation involving explosion,hydrothermal or tectonic breccias might explain these data.Further investigations on breccia formation as well as on the exact timing of relevant sedimentary,metamorphic,magmatic and hydrothermal events are recommended. | Ulf Kempe Torsten Graupner Reimar Seltmann Hugo de Boorder Alla Dolgopolova Maarten Zeylmans van Emmichoven | 2016 | Geoscience Frontiers2016,7,3: | 7 |
