1野生大豆抗感大豆孢囊线虫材料内生细菌多样性分析显示文摘【目的】对抗感野生大豆材料根内生细菌的多样性进行比较分析,为研究野生大豆内生细菌与大豆孢囊线虫之间的相互关系奠定基础。【方法】在野生大豆抗大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种筛选基础上,利用扩增核糖体DNA限制性分析(Amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis,ARDRA)和16S rDNA克隆文库测序相结合的方法,对抗感野生大豆根系内生细菌多样性及群落结构进行分析。【结果】野生大豆根内生细菌分属于6大类群,其中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)为优势类群,相对丰度分别为46.8%和13.6%,另外有少量的放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、异常球菌-栖热菌门(Deincoccus-Thermus)和古细菌(Archaea),18.8%克隆序列与环境中未培养细菌的16S rDNA序列有较高的相似性。野生大豆高抗材料内生细菌的多样性比高感材料更为丰富,且抗感材料内生细菌优势菌群存在明显差异,中慢生根瘤菌(Mesorhizobium tamadayense)、肠杆菌(Enterobacter ludwigii)和巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)为野生大豆高抗材料特有的可操作分类单元(Operational Taxonomic Units,OTUs)中的优势种群。【结论】研究结果表明抗感野生大豆根内生细菌的优势种群存在明显差异,而内生细菌的优势种群与大豆孢囊线虫的相互关系正在深入分析研究。武云鹏 史凤玉 M.Imran Hamid 张瑞敬 朱英波 2014微生物学报2014,54,8:6
2Apatite Loss in Pothwar Loess Plain(Pakistan) Fits a Simple Linear Reservoir Model显示文摘Apatite is the dominant phosphorus(P) mineral in early stages of soil development, and its redistribution as labile forms under pedogenesis controls terrestrial bioavailability. Quantitative distribution of labile forms of P and apatite-P was examined in Pothwar Loess Plain, Pakistan where the degree of pedogenesis varied with relief. Four soil types, Typic Ustorthents(Rajar), Typic Calciustepts(Missa), Udic Calciustepts(Basal), and Udic Haplustalfs(Guliana), were sampled from three replicated locations at genetic horizon level. With the exception of total P value at surface, the mean total and apatite-P decreased towards the surface in Udic Haplustalfs and Udic Calciustepts where dicalcium and octacalcium phosphate increased toward surface. Iron(oxides and oxyhydroxides) adsorbed and occluded P forms were also in greater quantities in Udic Haplustalfs and increased toward the surface, whereas they were lowest and uniform in the Typic Ustorthents. Aluminum- and organic P correlated with soil organic matter. Apatite-P decreased exponentially with an increase in the sum of iron adsorbed and occluded P fractions, and fitted the equation M(x)= M0 [1- exp(-wx)] with r2= 0.996, where M(x)is the mean apatite-P concentration in solum, M0 is the apatite-P content in the loess sediments, x is the cumulative iron adsorbed and occluded P, and w is an empirical factor indicating the change rate of apatite-P in the loess. From the calculated apatite-P of 740 mg kg-1at the time of deposition, mean apatite-P loss was 60% in Udic Haplustalfs, 33% in Udic Calciustepts, 23% in Typic Calciustepts, and 8% in Typic Ustorthents. 3Enhancement of phosphors-solubility in ZnO by thermal annealing显示文摘We have demonstrated the effect of annealing temperature on the diffusion density of phosphors in zinc oxide. The P-dopant P430 was sprayed on ZnO pellets and annealed at different temperatures from 500 to 1000 ℃ with a step of 100 ℃ for one hour using a programmable furnace. The concentration of P was controlled by varying the annealing temperature and the maximum solubility of P(3% At) was achieved at annealing 800 ℃ determined by energy dispersive X-ray diffraction(EDX) measurements. X-ray diffraction(XRD) confirmed the hexagonal structure of ZnO and showed that the growth direction was along the c-axis. We observed a maximum up shift in the(002) plane at an annealing temperature of 800 ℃, suggesting that P atoms replaced Zn atoms in the structure which results in the reduction of the lattice constant. Room temperature photoluminescence(PL) spectrum consists of a peak at 3.28 eV and related to band edge emission, but samples annealed at 800 and 900 ℃ have an additional donor acceptor pair peak at 3.2 eV. 5J/ψ-J/ψ scattering cross sections of quadratic and Cornell potentials显示文摘We study the scattering of J/ψ - J/ψ mesons using quadratic and Cornell potentials in our tetraquark(cccc)system.The system’s wavefunction in the restricted gluonic basis,which is written by utilizing the adiabatic approximation and Hamiltonian,is used via a quark potential model.The resonating group technique is used to obtain the integral equations,which are solved to obtain the unknown inter-cluster dependence of the total wavefunction of our tetraquark system.T-Matrix elements are calculated from the solutions,and eventually,the scattering cross sections are obtained using the two potentials.We compare these cross sections and find that the magnitudes of scattering cross sections of quadratic potential are higher than the Cornell potential.M.Imran Jamil SM.Sohail Gilani Ahmad Wasif Abdul Sattar Khan Ahmad Awan 2021Chinese Physics C2021,45,2:0
6Voltage Profile Enhancement and Power Loss Reduction with Economic Feasibility Using Small Capacity Distribution Transformers显示文摘Usually,rural areas can be electrified via three-phase distribution transformers with relatively large capacities.In such areas,low voltage lines are used for long distances,which cause power losses and voltage drop for different types of consumers.Reducing losses and improving voltage profiles in rural distribution networks are significant challenges for electricity distribution companies.However different solutions were proposed in the literature to overcome these challenges,most of them face difficulties when applied in the conventional distribution network.To address the above issues,an applicable solution is proposed in this paper by installing a number of small-capacity distribution transformers instead of every single large-capacity transformer in rural areas.The proposed approach is implemented in the branch network of Al-Hoqool village,which belongs to the Nineveh distribution network.The network has been inspected on-site,drawn,and analyzed using the electrical systems analysis program(ETAP).The analysis showed that using the single-phase pole-mounted transformers can improve the voltage in the network’s end by 29%and enhance the voltage profile for all consumers.The analysis has also demonstrated that the modification can reduce the total power losses by 78%compared to the existing network.Concerning the economic aspect,the payback period for the proposed network is assigned to be 20 months.Rasool M.Imran Mohammed R.Saeed Mohammed Amer Mohammed Osama A.Suhry Ihsan H.Abdulqadder Hasan Wahhab Salih Mohammed R.Almallah Firas M.F.Flaih 2022Energy Engineering2022,119,6:0
7Flow of Eyring-Powell liquid due to oscillatory stretchable curved sheet with modified Fourier and Fick’s model显示文摘This study deals with the features of the mass and heat transport mechanism by adopting a modified version of Fourier and Fick’s model known as the CattaneoChristov double diffusive theory.The time-dependent magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)flow of the Eyring-Powell liquid across an oscillatory stretchable curved sheet in the presence of Fourier and Fick’s model is investigated.The acquired set of flow equations is transformed into the form of nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs)by applying appropriate similarity variables.A convergent series solution to the developed nonlinear equations is accomplished with the help of an analytical approach,i.e.,the homotopy analysis method(HAM).The consequences of diverse parameters,including the dimensionless EyringPowell liquid parameter,the radius of curvature,the Schmidt/Prandtl numbers,the ratio of the oscillatory frequency of the sheet to its stretchable rate constant,the mass and thermal relaxation variables involved in the flow,and the heat and mass properties,are displayed through graphs and tables.It is noted from this study that the amplitude of the pressure distribution rises for the high parametric values of the Eyring-Powell parameter.M.IMRAN Z.ABBAS M.NAVEED 2021Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,10:0
8ZnSe/ITO thin films:candidate for CdTe solar cell window layer显示文摘The crystal structure, electrical and optical properties of ZnSe thin films deposited on an In_2O_3:Sn(ITO)substrate are evaluated for their suitability as the window layer of CdTe thin film solar cells. ZnSe thin films of 80,90, and 100 nm thickness were deposited by a physical vapor deposition method on Indium tin oxide coated glass substrates. The lattice parameters are increased to 5.834 ? when the film thickness was 100 nm, which is close to that of CdS. The crystallite size is decreased with the increase of film thickness. 10D^0D^^0*(D^0D^0*) system in QCD-improved many body potential显示文摘For a system of current interest(composed of charm, anticharm and a pair of light quarks), we show trends in phenomenological implications of QCD-based improvements to a simple quark model treatment. We employ a resonating group method to render this difficult four-body problem manageable. We use a quadratic confinement so as to be able to improve beyond the Born approximation. We report the position of the pole corresponding to the D^0D^(0*) molecule for the best fit of a model parameter to the relevant QCD simulations. We point out the interesting possibility that the pole can be shifted to 3872 Me V by introducing another parameter I_0 that changes the strength of the interaction in this one component of X(3872). The revised value of this second parameter can guide future trends in modeling of the full exotic meson X(3872). We also report the changes with I_0 in the S-wave spin averaged cross sections for D^0D^(0*)-→ωJ/ψ and D^0D^(0*)-→ρJ/ψ.
