| 2 | 短期针刺足三里对脂多糖诱导的大鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究短期手法针刺足三里治疗对脂多糖诱导的实验性大鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用。方法:根据是否进行脂多糖刺激及采用的针刺方法的不同,将32只 Wistar 大鼠随机分为4组,即正常对照组、模型组、假针刺组和针刺组,每组8只。假针刺组和针刺组大鼠行手法针刺治疗,连续治疗4 d,每次 5 min。第4天针刺后采用脂多糖刺激诱导大鼠急性肺损伤。第5天,收集外周血、支气管肺泡灌洗液和骨髓等进行白细胞计数。结果:血细胞计数和支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞计数提示,针刺可减轻急性肺损伤大鼠的炎性反应,假针刺也有轻微的效果。正常对照组和模型组大鼠无明显的炎性反应。与正常对照组比较,模型组肺泡灌洗液中细胞计数增加;与假针刺组比较,针刺组肺泡灌选液中细胞计数减少,但差异没有统计学意义。结论:预防性手法针刺足三里可减轻脂多糖诱导的大鼠急性肺损伤,但其相关免疫机制仍待进一步的研究。 | Arthur de Sá FERREIRA Januário Gomes Mourāo e LIMA Tatiana Pereira Teixeira FERREIRA Camila Madeira Tavares LOPES Rubens MEYER | 2009 | 中西医结合学报2009，7，10： | 21 |
| 3 | Autoimmune hepatitis and anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha therapy:A single center report of 8 cases显示文摘This article describes cases of anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α-induced autoimmune hepatitis and evaluates the outcome of these patients in relation to their immunosuppressive strategy. A retrospective analysis of medical records was performed in our center, in order to detect cases of autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) associated with anti-TNF biologic agents. We describe and analyze eight cases of AIH following anti-TNF therapy, 7 with infliximab and 1 with adalimumab. A distinction should be made between induction of autoimmunity and clinically evident autoimmune disease. Liver biopsy is useful in detecting the role of the TNF-α antagonist in the development of AIH. The lack of relapse after discontinuing immunosuppressive therapy favors, as in this case series, an immune-mediated drug reaction as most patients with AIH have a relapse after treatment is suspended. | 4 | Postpartum depression:A systematic review of the genetics involved显示文摘Postpartum depression is one of the most prevalent psychopathologies. Its prevalence is estimated to be between 10% and 15%. Despite its multifactorial etiology, it is known that genetics play an important role in the genesis of this disorder. This paper reviews epidemiological evidence supporting the role of genetics in postpartum depression(PPD). The main objectives of this review are to determine which genes and polymorphisms are associated with PPD and discuss how this association may occur. In addition, this paper explores whether these genes are somehow related to or even the same as those linked to Major Depression(MD). To identify gaps in the current knowledge that require investigation, a systematic review was conducted in the electronic databases Pub Med, LILACS and Sci ELO using the index terms 'postpartum depression' and 'genetics'. Literature searches for articles in peerreviewed journals were made until April 2014. PPD was indexed 56 times with genetics. The inclusion criteria were articles in Portuguese, Spanish or English that were available by institutional means or sent by authors upon request; this search resulted in 20 papers. Genes and polymorphisms traditionally related to MD, which are those involved in the serotonin, catecholamine, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and tryptophan metabolism, have been the most studied, and some have been related to PPD. The results are conflicting and some depend on epigenetics, which makes the data incipient. | 5 | 高羊茅干草部分替代玉米和紫花苜蓿青贮饲料对奶牛消化、泌乳性能的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究高羊茅干草替代玉米或紫花苜蓿青贮对奶牛中性洗涤纤维(NDF)消化率、泌乳性能的影响。选取初产哺乳荷斯坦奶牛(产奶75±35 d)24头,经产荷斯坦奶牛(产奶68±19 d)40头,随机分成4组,共设置32个进料闸门,记录采食量。每组8个进料阀门,以1头牛为1个试验单位,每头牛试验过程中可接触8个进料闸门。试验用高羊茅干草(TF)取代玉米青贮饲料(CS)或紫花苜蓿青贮饲料(AS),试验设计为:33%AS和67%CS(空白组)、60%TF和40%AS(试验1组)、60%TF和40%CS(试验2组)、33%TF和67%CS(试验3组)。试验进行7周,前2周进行预饲。试验结果表明,各组间牛奶产量无显著差异,平均值为40.4 kg·d^(-1)。各组间牛奶中脂肪含量和浓度、蛋白质含量和浓度均无显著差异,平均值为1.58 kg·d^(-1)和3.94%、1.28 kg·d^(-1)和3.15%。与试验1组(22.1 kg·d^(-1))、试验3组(22.7 kg·d^(-1))相比,空白组的干物质摄入量最高,为24.5kg·d^(-1)。各组间总的干物质消化率无显著差异,平均值为66.2%。与试验2组(44.4%)、试验3组(45.3%)相比,空白组的NDF消化率较低,为37.8%,与试验1组(42.4%)相近。各组间奶牛体内NDF消化率(42.3%)与预估的NDF消化率(42.6%)相近。试验结果表明,饲喂高羊茅干草可提高饲料中NDF消化率,部分替代玉米和紫花苜蓿时对产奶量无显著影响,在市场价格较低时,可作为经济实用的奶牛饲料。 | Bender R W Lopes F Cook D E Combs D K | 2016 | 饲料博览2016，0，8： | 2 |
