16高温条件下在奶牛日粮中添加活性酵母粉对奶牛产奶量、饲料利用率和消化率的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究高温条件下在奶牛日粮中添加活性酵母粉(LY)对奶牛产奶量、饲料利用率和消化率的影响。试验选择42头奶牛,其中14头为初产牛,28头为经产牛。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组以干物质为基础添加LY0.025%(啤酒酵母)。LY含量一周调整两次。以2h为以1个周期从30头奶牛中取4个瘤胃试样,并测定其氨氮含量。连续3d收集30头奶牛粪便样本,测定其日粮表观消化率。结果显示,LY组干物质采食量比对照组高2.5%(分别为24.7、24.1kg);平均日产奶量比对照组高4.1%,增加了1.5kg(分别为37.8、36.3kg)。乳脂和乳蛋白含量无显著差异,但LY组乳脂含量比对照组高。LY组的4%乳脂校正乳比对照组高6.1%(分别为38.4、32.8kg)。与对照组相比,LY组中利用干物质生产4%乳脂校正乳的效率提高3.7%。对照组牛瘤胃中氨浓度比饲喂LY组高(分别为151.9、126.1mg·L-1),两组干物质和其他营养成分总的表观消化率无显著性差异。同时测定4头插有瘤胃瘘管牛的瘤胃pH,与对照组相比,LY组pH有上升趋势(分别为6.54、6.67)。由此得出结论,高温条件下在奶牛日粮中添加LY可以提高干物质采食量,从而改善瘤胃环境,提高生产性能和饲料报酬。Moallem U Lehrer H Livshitz L Zachut M Yakoby S 2009饲料博览2009,,4:0
