Under the first order perturbation approximation, an analytical expression of the population probability is obtained, which is similar to the one describing Fresnel diffraction by a straight edge. | 3 | Influence of aortic branch arteries on the hemodynamics of patient-specific type B aortic dissection following TEVAR显示文摘Objective:Because of the difficulty in obtaining patient specific flow data,branch arteries are often neglected in the flow simulations of a patient-specific type B aortic dissection(AD)following thoracic endovascular repair(TEVAR).This study aims to investigate the influence of the aortic branch arteries on the hemodynamics and physical flow phenomena commonly associated with aortic modeling of an AD after TEVAR.Methods:The three-dimensional geometry of a type B AD following TEVAR was generated from a high-quality CT dataset.Simulations were performed with all branch arteries,without the four visceral arteries of the abdominal aorta(FVAoAA),and without the upper three branches of the aortic arch(UTBoAA).Results:The removal of the UTBoAA has marginal effect on the flow patterns and hemodynamic parameters in the false lumen(FL);however,regardless of whether there are aorta branches supplied to the FL or not,the omission of FVAoAA will result in a wrong prediction of the flow direction at tears and flow volume to the FL.Conclusions:The omission of aorta branch arteries has great impact on the hemodynamic prediction including flow field and wall shear stress related parameters in a type B AD after TEVAR,which may induce misleading estimates of the potential thrombus in the FL.It is strongly recommended to keep aorta branches in the computational model to predict the post-operative hemodynamic performance in a type B AD following TEVAR. | Yi Jiang Yue Qiu Da Li Ding Yuan Tinghui Zheng Liqing Peng | 2019 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2019,,4: | 1 |
| 4 | Processing of Rhubarb and Determination of Five Free Anthraquinones in Raw Rhubarb and Stewed Rhubarb显示文摘[Objectives]To determine the content of five kinds of free anthraquinones in raw rhubarb and stewed rhubarb by HPLC,and compare their content difference,so as to reveal the change rule of material basis before and after processing of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]The content was determined by HPLC with Thermo BDS HYPERSII C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)as chromatographic column and methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(85∶15)aqueous solution as mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 256 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.[Results]Aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and emodin methyl ether showed a good linear relationship in the linear range of 0.0207-0.414(R2=0.9999),0.1721-3.442(R2=0.9996),0.0203-0.406(R2=0.9999),0.148-2.96(R2=0.9998)and 0.164-3.28(R2=0.9993),respectively;the content of aloe-emodin decreased by about 8.26%,and rhein decreased by about 9.21%;the content of emodin increased by about 16.44%,chrysophanol increased by about 16.12%,and emodin methyl ether increased by about 20.01%,indicating that the processing technology had different effects on the components of rhubarb.[Conclusions]The content of five free anthraquinones in rhubarb was affected to different degrees after processing,and this method could be used as a quality control method for rhubarb and its different processed products. | Huazhen SU Xiumei MA Jiangcun WEI Yong CHEN Shaoyuan HUANG Liqing LIANG Meiyan QIU Fengxian ZHAO Qian HAN | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Structural and physical properties of permalloy thin films prepared by DC magnetron sputtering at different substrate temperature显示文摘Permalloy Ni8oFe20 films have been grown on thermal oxidized Si (111) wafers by magnetron sputtering at well-controlled substrate temperatures of 300, 500, 640 and 780 K in 0.65 Pa argon pressure. The base pressure was about 1×10^-4 Pa. The deposition rate was about 5 nm/min for all the films. The structure of the films was studied using X-ray dif-fraction, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The composition of the films was analyzed using scanning Auger microprobe. The resistance and magnetoresistance of the films were measured using four-point probe tech-nique. The results show that the content of oxygen in the films decreases gradually with raising substrate temperature. In addition, the surface morphology of the films presents notable change with the increasing of the substrate temperature; the residual gases and defects decrease and the grains have coalesced evidently, and then the grains have grown up obviously and the texture of (111) orientation develops gradually in the growing film. | 6 | Magnetic properties and structure of Ni_80Fe_20/Ni_48Fe_12Cr_40 bilayer films deposited on SiO_2/Si(100) by electron beam evaporation显示文摘Ni80Fe20/Ni48Fe12Cr40 bilayer films and Ni80Fe20 monolayer films were deposited at room temperature on SiO2/Si(100) substrates by electron beam evaporation. The influence of the thickness of the Ni48Fe12Cr40 underlayer on the structure, magnetization, and magnetoresistance of the Ni80Fe20/Ni48Fe12Cr40 bilayer film was investigated. The thickness of the Ni48Fe12Cr40 layer varied from about 1 nm to 18 nm while the Ni80Fe20 layer thickness was fixed at 45 nm. For the as-deposited bilayer films the introducing of the Ni48Fe12Cr40 underlayer promotes both the (111) texture and grain growth in the Ni80Fe20 layer. The Ni48Fe12Cr40 underlayer has no significant influence on the magnetic moment of the Ni80Fe20/Ni48Fe12Cr40 bilayer film. However, the coercivity of the bilayer film changes with the thickness of the Ni48Fe12Cr40 underlayer. The optimum thickness of the Ni48Fe12Cr40 underlayer for improving the anisotropic magnetoresistance effect of the Ni80Fe20/Ni48Fe12Cr40 bilayer film is about 5 nm. | 7 | Structure and internal stress of Au films deposited on SiO_2/Si(100) and mica by dc sputtering显示文摘Au films with a thickness of about 300 nm were deposited on SiO2/Si(100) and mica substrates by dc sputtering. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the structure and internal stress of the Au films. The films grown on SiO2/Si(100) show a preferential orientation of [111] in the growth direction. However the films grown on mica have mixture crystalline orientations of [111], [200], [220] and [311] in the growth direction and the orientations of [200] and [311] are slightly more than those of [111] and [220]. An internal stress in the films grown on SiO2/Si(100) is tensile. For Au films grown on mica the internal stresses in the [111]-and [311]-orientation grains are compressive while those in the [200]- and [220]-orientation grains are tensile. | 8 | Impact of age and tumor size on the development of the Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon in patients with kaposiform hemangioendothelioma:a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Introduction The Kasabach–Merritt phenomenon(KMP)is a severe complication of kaposiform hemangioendothelioma(KHE).The risk factors for KMP need further investigation.Methods The medical records of patients with KHE were reviewed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used for the risk factors for KMP,and the area under the receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve was used to assess the predictive power of risk factors.Results A total of 338 patients with KHE were enrolled.The incidence of KMP was 45.9%.Age of onset(P<0.001,odds ratio[OR]0.939;95%confidence interval[CI]0.914–0.966),lesion size(P<0.001,OR 1.944;95%CI 1.646–2.296),mixed type(P=0.030,OR 2.428;95%CI 1.092–5.397),deep type(P=0.010,OR 4.006;95%CI 1.389–11.556),and mediastinal or retroperitoneal lesion location(P=0.019,OR 11.864;95%CI 1.497–94.003)were correlated with KMP occurrence through multivariate logistic regression.ROC curve analysis revealed that the optimal cutoffs were 4.75 months for the age of onset(P<0.001,OR 7.206,95%CI 4.073–12.749)and a lesion diameter of 5.35 cm(P<0.001,OR 11.817,95%CI 7.084–19.714).Bounded by a lesion size of 5.35 cm,we found significant differences in tumor morphology,age of onset,treatments,and hematological parameters.Using an onset age of 4.75 months as a cutoff,we found significant differences in tumor morphology,lesion size,hematological parameters,and prognosis.Conclusion For KHE patients with an onset age<4.75 months and/or lesion diameter>5.35 cm,clinicians should be wary of the occurrence of KMP.Active management is recommended to improve the prognosis. | Jiangyuan Zhou Yuru Lan Tong Qiu Xue Gong Zixin Zhang Chunshui He Qiang Peng Fan Hu Xuepeng Zhang Guoyan Lu Liqing Qiu Feiteng Kong Yongbo Zhang Siyuan Chen Yi Ji | 2023 | Precision Clinical Medicine2023,6,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Effect of annealing on composition,structure and electrical properties of Au layers grown on different thickness Cr layers显示文摘110 nm-thick Au layers were sputter-deposited on unheated glasses coated about a 10 nm-thick and a 50 nm-thick Cr layer respectively. The Au/Cr bilayer films were annealed in a vacuum of 1 mPa at 300℃ for 2, 5 and 30 min, respectively. Auger electron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and Field emission scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the composition and structure of the Au layers. The resistivity of the bilayer films was measured by using four-point probe technique. The adhesion of the bilayer films to the substrate was tested using tape tests. The amount of Cr atoms diffusing into the Au layer increases with increasing the annealing time, resulting in a decrease in lattice constant and an increase in resistivity of the Au layer. The content of Cr inside the Au layer grown on the thinner Cr layer is less than that grown on the thicker Cr layer. | 10 | Effect of annealing on the characteristics of Au/Ni_(50)Fe_(50) bilayer films grown on glass显示文摘Sputter-deposited Au/Ni_(50)Fe_(50) bilayer films were annealed in a vacuum of 5×10^(-4) Pa at 523 to 723 K for 30 or 90 min. The characteristics of the bilayer films were determined by Auger electron spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, a four-point probe technique, and an alternating gradient magnetometer. When the annealing temperature and time reached 723 K and 90 min, Ni and Fe atoms markedly diffused into the Au layer. The grain size of the Au layer did not change markedly with the annealing condition. As the annealing time was 30 min and the annealing temperature exceeded 573 K, the resistance of the bilayer film increased with increasing the annealing temperature. Furthermore, the resistance of the bilayer film annealed at 723 K for 90 min was lower than that of the bilayer film annealed at 723 K for 30 min. All the bilayer films showed magnetic hysteresis loops. The as-deposited bilayer film showed a hard magnetization. The bilayer film represented an easy magnetization with increasing the annealing temperature.
