| 3 | Static Recrystallization and Precipitation Behavior of a Weathering Steel Microalloyed with Vanadium显示文摘The static recrystallization(SRX)and precipitation behavior of a weathering steel microalloyed with vanadium were investigated through double-pass compression tests under controlled conditions using the MMS-300thermal-mechanical simulator.The deformation temperatures ranged from 800 C to 1000 C,and the interpass time from 1 s to 500 s.The simulation results showed that SRX occurred after 5e10 s at the first compression deformation.The softening fraction of SRX was found to increase with increasing the deformation temperature and the pre-strain.However,the softening fraction scarcely changed during the process of strain-induced precipitation.In addition,the kinetics of SRX was described by the Avrami equation,and the Avrami exponent appeared to be closely associated with the deformation temperature.The microstructure evolution was investigated at the initiation and completion of recrystallization.The amount and distribution of the precipitates were analyzed.The relationship between the driving force of SRX and the pinning force of precipitation was discussed.Besides,the recrystallization inhibition was detected at the early stage of precipitation,and the pinning forces were found to be of a magnitude comparable to the driving force.Moreover,the pinning forces were found to increase with the degree of precipitation and reach a peak at the intermediate stage of precipitation,and finally reduce as the particles coarsened. | Hongyan Wu Linxiu Du Zhengrong Ai Xianghua Liu | 2013 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,12: | 8 |
| 4 | High-performance Li-ion batteries based on graphene quantum dot wrapped carbon nanotube hybrid anodes显示文摘Since Akira Yoshino first proposed the usage of the carbonaceous materials as an anode of lithium ion batteries(LIBs)in 1985,carbonaceous materials such as graphite and graphene have been widely considered as LIB anodes.Here,we explored the application of novel carbonaceous UB anodes incorporating graphene quantum dots(GQDs).We fabricated a freestanding all-carbon electrode based on a porous carbon nanotube(CNT)sponge via a facile in-situ hydrothermal deposition technique,creating coaxial structure of GQD-coated CNTs(GQD@CNTs)through electrostatic interaction and n-n stacking with tunable loading and functionalization.This hybrid structure combined conductive CNTs with highly active GQDs,in which GQDs with predesigned functional groups provided massive storage sites for Li ions and the 3D CNT frameworks avoided the agglomeration of GQDs,together contributing to a high specific capacity(700 mAh·g^-1 at 100 mA·g^-1 after 100 cycles)and rate performance.Even at a high current density of 1,000 mA·g^-1,the reversible specific capacity remained at 483 mAh g-1 after 350 cycles.In particular,the mechanism study demonstrated the important role of oxygen functional groups of GQDs in promoting the performance of the LIB anodes by controlled grafting of GQDs onto various porous-carbon and metal-foam based structures. | Xuewei Zhao Yizeng Wu Yunsong Wang Huaisheng Wu Yawei Yang Zhipeng Wang Linxiu Dai Yuanyuan Shang Anyuan Cao | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,4: | 7 |

| 6 | Relationship between microstructure and hydrogen induced cracking behavior in a low alloy pipeline steel显示文摘Hydrogen induced cracking(HIC) behaviors of a high strength pipeline steel with three different microstructures, granular bainite & lath bainite(GB + LB), granular bainite & acicular ferrite(GB + AF), and quasi-polygonal ferrite(QF), were studied by using corrosion experiment based on standard NACE TM0284. The HIC experiment was conducted in hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)-saturated solution. The experimental results show that the steel with GB + AF and QF microstructure present excellent corrosion resistance to HIC, whereas the phases of bainite lath and martensite/austenite in LB + GB microstructure are responsible for poor corrosion resistance. Compared with ferrite phase, the bainite microstructure exhibits higher strength and crack susceptibility of HIC. | 7 | FeNi nanoparticles on Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)MXene@nickel foam as robust electrocatalysts for overall water splitting显示文摘The development of cost-effective electrocatalysts for overall water splitting is highly desirable,remaining a critical challenge at current stage.Herein,a class of composite FeNi@MXene(Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x))@nickel foam(NF)has been synthesized through introducing Fe2+ions and in-situ combining with surface nickel atoms on nickel foam.The obtained FeNi@Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)@NF exhibited high activity with overpotentials of 165 and 190 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),respectively.The synergetic effects of Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)and FeNi nanoalloys lead to increasing catalytic activities,where MXene provides high active surface area and rich active sites for HER,and FeNi nanoalloys promote the OER.Theoretical simulation of electron exchange capacity between FeNi and MXene in FeNi@Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)catalyst shows that electrons transferred from surface Mo atoms to the interface between FeNi and MXene,indicating that the electrons are accumulated near the FeNi nanoparticles.This kind of electronic distribution facilitates the formation of intermediate of NiOOH.Correspondingly,(H++e-)is more inclined onto Mo-Ni interfaces for HER.The Gibbs free energy changes for H*to HER and potential-limiting step for-OOH intermediate in OER over FeNi@Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)are much less than those on bare MXene.The catalyst can be further used for overall water splitting in alkaline solution,realizing a current density of 50 mA·cm^(-2)at 1.74 V.This work provides a facile strategy to achieve efficient and cheap catalysts for new energy production. | Jiayang Wang Peilei He Yongli Shen Linxiu Dai Zhe Li Yue Wu Changhua An | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 5 |

The self-assembled structures of two C2-symmetry TPE derivatives (H4TCPE and H4ETrC)possessing propeller structures and their stimulus responses to the additionof vinylpyridine derivatives were thoroughly studied with the assistance ofscanning tunneling microscopy (STM) technique in combination with densityfunctional theory (DFT) calculations. Although their chemical structures weresimilar, the H4TCPE and H4ETTC molecules self-assembled into closely packedlamellar and quadrilateral structures, respectivel3~ at the 1-heptanoic acid/HOPGinterface. After the addition of pyridine derivatives (DPE, PEBP-C4, andPEBP-C8), H4TCPE and H4ETTC showed different responsiveness resultingin different co-assembly structures. The results indicated that the structuresof pyridine derivatives--including backbones and substituents--affected theintermolecular interactions of both H4TCPE/pyridine and H4ETTC/pyridinesystems. | 14 | Improving CNT-Si solar cells by metal chloride-to-oxide transformation显示文摘Transitional metal oxides(TMOs)are important functional materials in silicon-based and thin-film optoelectronics.Here,TMOs areapplied in carbon nanotube(CNT)-Si solar cells by spin-coating solutions of metal chlorides that undergo favorable transformation in ambient conditions.An unconventional change in solar cell behavior is observed after coating two particular chlorides(MoCl,and WCls,respectively),characterized by an initial severe degradation followed by gradual recovery and then well surpassing the original performance.Detailed analysis reveals that the formation of correspondina oxides(MoOa and WO.)enables two primary functions on both CNTs(p-type doping)and Si(inducing inversion layer),leading to significant improvement in open-circuit voltage and fill factor,with power conversion efficiencies up to 13.0%(MoOg)and 13.4%(WOg).Further combining with other chlorides to increase the short-circuit current,ultimate cells efficiencies achieve>16%with over 90%retention after 24 h,which are among the highes stable efficiencies reported for CNT-Si solar cells.The transformation of functional layers as demonstrated here has profoundinfluence on the device characteristics,and represents a potential strategy in low-cost manufacturing of next-generation high efficiency photovoltaics. | Huaisheng Wu Xuewei Zhao Yizeng Wu Qinghuan Ji Linxiu Dai Yuanyuan Shang Anyuan Cao | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,2: | 3 |

| 19 | Effect of Coiling Temperature on Ti(C,N) Precipitation and Properties of Batch Annealed DC06EK Enamel Steel显示文摘The effects of hot-strip coiling temperature on Ti(C,N) precipitation, texture and hydrogen permeation behavior in DC06 EK enamel steel were investigated by TEM, EBSD test and electrochemical hydrogen permeation experiment. It was found that the Ti(C,N) particles in hot-strip coarsened with increasing coiling temperature, whereas after cold-rolling and annealing, the size difference of Ti(C,N) particles was lessened. The hot-strip coiling temperature has a significant impact on the recrystallized texture in the subsequent cold-rolled and annealed sheet. Hot-strip using high temperature(700 ℃) coiling leads to strong {111} recrystallized texture in annealed sheet, with peak intensity 9.2. On the contrary, in annealed sheets using hot-strip coiling at 650 ℃, their {111} recrystallized textures were weaker, which was also reflected in their rmvalues.
