| 2 | Reliable sensors based on graphene textile with negative resistance variation in three dimensions显示文摘The weft-knitted reduced graphene oxide(r-GO)textile that is made up of many conductive r-GO coated fibers was successfully prepared dependent on the electrospray deposition technique.Interestingly,the r-GO textile presents negative resistance variation not only in axial direction as the pressure increases but also in transverse direction as the lateral stretch increases which makes it has the advantage to fabricate the reliable sensors based on strain-resistance effect.The transverse-strain and pressure sensors based on the r-GO textiles all show the excellent sensing characteristics such as high sensitivity,reliability,and good durability,etc.The maximum gauge factors(GF)of the transverse-sensor are 27.1 and 153.5 in the x-and/-direction,respectively.And the practical detection range can up to 40%in the x-direction and 35%in the y-direction,respectively.The r-GO textile pressure sensor also shows high sensitivity for a broad pressure range that with a GF up to 716.8 kPa-1 for less than 4.5 kPa region and still has more sensitive pressure sensing characteristics even the pressure goes up to 14 kPa.Based on those good performances of r-GO textile sensors,its potential applications in human body states monitoring have been studied. | Wenpeng Han Yijun Wu He Gong Linxin Liu Junxiang Yan Mengfei Li Yunze Long Guozhen Shen | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,8: | 2 |
| 3 | miR-7/TGF-β2 axis sustains acidic tumor microenvironment-induced lung cancer metastasis显示文摘Acidosis,regardless of hypoxia involvement,is recognized as a chronic and harsh tumor microenvironment(TME)that educates malignant cells to thrive and metastasize.Although overwhelming evidence supports an acidic environment as a driver or ubiquitous hallmark of cancer progression,the unrevealed core mechanisms underlying the direct effect of acidification on tumorigenesis have hindered the discovery of novel therapeutic targets and clinical therapy.Here,chemical-induced and transgenic mouse models for colon,liver and lung cancer were established,respectively.miR-7 and TGF-β2 expressions were examined in clinical tissues(n=184).RNA-seq,miRNA-seq,proteomics,biosynthesis analyses and functional studies were performed to validate the mechanisms involved in the acidic TME-induced lung cancer metastasis.Our data show that lung cancer is sensitive to the increased acidification of TME,and acidic TME-induced lung cancer metastasis via inhibition of miR-7-5 p.TGF-β2 is a direct target of miR-7-5 p.The reduced expression of miR-7-5 p subsequently increases the expression of TGF-β2 which enhances the metastatic potential of the lung cancer.Indeed,overexpression of miR-7-5 p reduces the acidic p H-enhanced lung cancer metastasis.Furthermore,the human lung tumor samples also show a reduced miR-7-5 p expression but an elevated level of activated TGF-β2;the expressions of both miR-7-5 p and TGF-β2 are correlated with patients’survival.We are the first to identify the role of the miR-7/TGF-β2 axis in acidic p H-enhanced lung cancer metastasis.Our study not only delineates how acidification directly affects tumorigenesis,but also suggests miR-7 is a novel reliable biomarker for acidic TME and a novel therapeutic target for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treatment.Our study opens an avenue to explore the p H-sensitive subcellular components as novel therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. | Tao Su Suchao Huang Yanmin Zhang Yajuan Guo Shuwei Zhang Jiaji Guan Mingjing Meng Linxin Liu Caiyan Wang Dihua Yu Hiu-Yee Kwan Zhiying Huang Qiuju Huang Elaine Lai-Han Leung Ming Hu Ying Wang Zhongqiu Liu Linlin Lu | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 2 |

| 6 | Quaternized chitosan-assisted in situ synthesized CuS/cellulose nanofibers conductive paper for flexible electrode显示文摘Cellulose nanofibers(CNF)are considered to be a potential substrate of energy material for energy storage devices due to the foldable,lightweight,recyclable and environmentally friendly feature.However,the energy materials tend to distribute unevenly or fall off from CNF easily,resulting in the decrease of the devices’overall performance.Here,for the first time,we used quaternized chitosan(QCS)as stabilizer and adhesive to in situ synthesize and deposite copper sulfide nanocrystals(CuS-NCs)on CNF and further obtained the conductive paper for flexible supercapacitors.In the presence of QCS,CuS-NCs deposited in situ on CNF can be capped and stabilized by the QCS molecular chains for uniform distribution,which is conducive to the capacitive behavior and electrochemical stability of composite paper.The result shows that the specific capacitance of the composite paper was as high as 314.3 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g,a high rate capacitance of 252.6 F/g was achieved even at a high current density of 10 A/g.It reveals that the composite paper exhibited better electrochemical performance than many other CuS-based electrode materials for supercapacitor.More importantly,the composite paper performed well in various folding state without changing much electrochemical performance.Therefore,this work provides a novel strategy to in situ fabricate paper-based electrode for nextgeneration flexible energy-storage system. | Xiujie Huang Bichong Luo Chuanfu Liu Linxin Zhong Dongdong Ye Xiaoying Wang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,7: | 0 |
| 7 | Base-free selective oxidation of monosaccharide into sugar acid by surface-functionalized carbon nanotube composites显示文摘Selective oxidation of biomass-derived monosaccharide into high value-added chemicals is highly desirable from sustainability perspectives.Herein,we demonstrate a surface-functionalized carbon nanotubesupported gold(Au/CNT-O and Au/CNT-N)catalyst for base-free oxidation of monosaccharide into sugar acid.Au/CNT-O and Au/CNT-N surfaces successfully introduced oxygen-and nitrogen-containing functional groups,respectively.The highest yields of gluconic acid and xylonic acid were 93.3%and 94.3%,respectively,using Au/CNT-N at 90℃ for 240 min,which is higher than that of using Au/CNT-O.The rate constants for monosaccharide decomposition and sugar acid formation in Au/CNT-N system were higher,while the corresponding activation energy was lower than in Au/CNT-O system.DFT calculation revealed that the mechanism of glucose oxidation to gluconic acid involves the adsorption and activation of O_(2),adsorption of glucose,dissociation of the formyl C-H bond and formation of O-H bond,and formation and desorption of gluconic acid.The activation energy barrier for the glucose oxidation over Au/CNT-N is lower than that of Au/CNT-O.The nitrogen-containing functional groups are more beneficial for accelerating monosaccharide oxidation and enhancing sugar acid selectivity than oxygen-containing functional groups.This work presents a useful guidance for designing and developing highly active catalysts for producing high-value-added chemicals from biomass. | Zengyong Li Di Li Linxin Zhong Xuehui Li Chuanfu Liu Xinwen Peng | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0 |
| 8 | Huge pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)in an elderly patient with dia-betes following the pancreaticoduodenectomy显示文摘We described an elderly female with type 2 diabetes referred to our hospital with fever, nausea and upper abdominal pain. The patient had got duodenal tumor and received the pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)12 years ago. The laboratory examinations revealed white blood cells(WBC)increasing and severe hypocalcemia. Abdominal computed tomography(CT)revealed a huge gas-forming pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)in left lobe of the liver. The patient got cured after correction of calcium metabolism disorders, treatment with antibiotic and receiving percutaneous tube drainage. We concluded that we should remain on high alert of those patients with DM and the history of cancer, when he or she gets fever of unknown origin and abdominal tenderness. | 9 | Sleep Quality and Emotional Adaptation among Freshmen in Elite Chinese Universities during Prolonged COVID-19 Lockdown:The Mediating Role of Anxiety Symptoms显示文摘Under the effects of COVID-19 and a number of ongoing lockdown tactics,anxiety symptoms and poor sleep quality have become common mental health issues among college freshmen and are intimately related to their emotional adaptation.To explore this connection,this study gathered data from a sample of 256 freshmen enrolled in an elite university in China in September 2022.The association between sleep quality,anxiety symptoms,and emotional adaptation was clarified using correlation analysis.Additionally,the mediating function of anxiety symptoms between sleep quality and emotional adaptation was investigated using a structural equation model.The results reveal that:(1)Chinese elite university freshmen who were subjected to prolonged lockdown had poor sleep quality and mild anxiety symptoms;(2)a significant positive correlation between poor sleep quality and anxiety symptoms was identified;(3)anxiety symptoms were found to have a significant negative impact on emotional adaptation;(4)poor sleep quality had a negative impact on emotional adaptation through anxiety symptoms.This research makes a valuable contribution by offering insights into the intricate relationship between sleep quality and emotional adaptation among freshmen in elite Chinese universities during prolonged lockdown conditions,and it is beneficial for schools and educators to further improve school schedules and psychological health initiatives. | Xinqiao Liu Linxin Zhang Xinran Zhang | 2024 | International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2024,26,2: | 0 |
| 10 | Jitter Enhanced Full Digital RF Transmitter and PWM RFPA for 5G Broadband Communications显示文摘RFPA(radio frequency power amplifier)based on PWM(pulse width modulation)can be perfect linear without using complicated DPD(digital pre-distortion)hardware.However,PWM RFPA need ultra-high PWM time resolution(less than 10 ps)for wide-band 5G,which is limited by CMOS technologies(can reach 40 ps).It limits the complexity of modulation so that PWM RFPA cannot be really commercialized so far in wideband radio/mobile technologies.This paper presents our contribution by introducing jitter into PWM.For the first time,we demonstrate that jitter can improve the PWM time resolution equivalently reaching less than 2.6 ps.Hence PWM RFPA can be used in 5G supporting 256QAM OFDM modulation based on currently available digital CMOS technologies.We demonstrate that jitter can refine the inherent resolution of PWM hardware circuit modulation.The jitter makes the MCS(modulation and coding scheme)of the bandwidth OFDM system improved from 16QAM to 256QAM in the band n28 of 3GPP 38.101.We also verified that 5G 256QAM OFDM modulation is achievable in the 3GPP band n20,Softbank band28 and NTT Docomo band28.The RMS EVM(root mean square error vector magnitude)of 256QAM OFDM modulation is about-44 dB. | Linxin Yin Dake Liu Yong Bai | 2022 | China Communications2022,19,5: | 0 |
