2Ubiquitination of Rheb governs growth factor-induced mTORC1 activation显示文摘Mechanistic target of rapamycin mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1)plays a key role in the integration of various environmental signals to regulate cell growth and metabolism,mTORC1 is recruited to the lysosome where it is activated by its interaction with GTP-bound Rheb GTPase.However,the regulatory mechanism of Rheb activity remains largely unknown.Here,we show that ubiquitination governs the nucleotide-bound status of Rheb.Lysosome-anchored E3 ligase RNF152 catalyzes Rheb ubiquitination and promotes its binding to the TSC complex.EGF enhances the deubiquitination of Rheb through AKT-dependent USP4 phosphorylation,leading to the release of Rheb from the TSC complex.Functionally,ubiquitination of Rheb is linked to mTORC1-mediated signaling and consequently regulates tumor growth.Thus,we propose a mechanistic model whereby Rheb-mediated mTORC1 activation is dictated by a dynamic opposing act between Rheb ubiquitination and deubiquitination that are catalyzed by RNF152 and USP4 respectively.Lu Deng Lei Chen Linlin Zhao Yan Xu Xiaoping Peng Xinbo Wang Lin Ding Jiali Jin Hongqi Teng Yanming Wang Weijuan Pan Fei Yu Lujian Liao Li Li Xin Ge Ping Wang 2019Cell Research2019,29,2:16

4Use of SAR interferometry for monitoring illegal mining activities: A case study at Xishimen Iron Ore Mine显示文摘The development and application of the ''digital mine'' concept in China depends heavily upon the use of remote sensing data as well as domestic expertise and awareness. Illegal mining of mineral resources has been a serious long term problem frustrating the Xishimen Iron Ore Mine management. This mine is located in Wu'an county in Hebei province, China. Illegal activities have led to enormous economic losses by interfering with the normal operation of the Xishimen mine and have ruined the surrounding environ- ment and the stability of the Mahe riverbed the crosses the mined area. This paper is based on field recon- naissance taken over many years around the mine area. The ground survey data are integrated with Differential Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (D-InSAR) results from ALOS/PALSAR data to pin- point mining locations. By investigating the relationship between the resulting interferometric deforma- tion pattern and the mining schedule, which is known a priori, areas affected by illegal mining activities are identified. To some extent these areas indicate the location of the illegal site. 6Adaptive Filter in SAR Interferometry Derived DEM显示文摘In this paper, the performance of median filter, elevation dependent adaptive sigma median filter, and directionally dependent adaptive sigma median filter are tested on both InSAR Tandem DEM and simulated high-level noisy DEM. 7Monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened the hatching time via pineal function in White Leghorn eggs显示文摘Background:Effect of monochromatic green light illumination on embryo development has been reported in chickens.The avian pineal gland is an important photo-endocrine organ formed by a mediodorsal protrusion during embryonic development.However,the involvement of pineal gland in the light transduction process remains to be elucidated.In the present study,we investigated the influence of monochromatic green light on hatching time and explored the possible mechanism via pineal function.Results:A total of 600 eggs of White Leghorn(Shaver strain)were incubated under photoperiods of either 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness using monochromatic green light(12L:12D group)or 24 h of darkness(0L:24D group)for 18 d.Compared to 0L:24D group,the green light stimulation shortened the hatching time without extending the hatch window or impairing hatchability.The liver of embryos incubated in the 12L:12D light condition was heavier than those of the 0L:24D group on d 21 post incubation which may be linked to the observed increase in the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1);primary secretion of the liver.Histological structure analysis of pineal gland demonstrated that the light stimulation increased follicle area,wall thickness and lumen area on d 10 and d 12 post incubation.Rhythmic function analysis demonstrated that three clock related genes(brain and muscle ARNT-like-1,BMAL1;circadian locomotor output cycles kaput,CLOCK;and cryptochrome-1,CRY1)and a melatonin rate-limiting enzyme related gene(arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase,AANAT)were rhythmically expressed in the pineal gland of the 12L:12D group,but not in the 0L:24D group.Simultaneously,the light stimulation also increased the concentration of melatonin(MT),which was linked to hepatocyte proliferation and IGF-1 secretion in previous studies.Conclusions:The 12L:12D monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened hatching time without impairing hatching performance.Pineal gland’s early histological development and maturation of its rhythmic function were accelerated by the light stimulation.It may be the key organ in the photo-endocrine axis that regulates embryo development,and the potential mechanism could be through enhanced secretion of MT in the 12L:12D group which promotes the secretion of IGF-1.Panlin Wang Yanyan Sun Yunlei Li Jing Fan Yunhe Zong Adamu Mani Isa Lei Shi Yuanmei Wang Aixin Ni Pingzhuang Ge Linlin Jiang Shixiong Bian Hui Ma Zhengdong Yuan Xiaolin Liu Jilan Chen 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:3
8利用块体-位错模型反演华北地区块体运动和断裂活动显示文摘对华北地区1999以来的GPS观测数据进行处理,得到统一的GPS速度场。建立华北地区块体-位错模型,利用模拟退火方法,反演主要块体的运动速率和断裂的活动性参数。研究表明,相对华南块体,研究区内各块体的欧拉角速度较小,且都为顺时针运动,断裂活动性相对较弱。整体上张家口-蓬莱构造带处于左旋运动,运动速率约为1 mm/a,西段和东段表现出不同的性质,闭锁深度分别为40 km和30 km。山西断裂带具有一定程度的右旋走滑,走滑速率约为1 mm/a,断裂锁定深度为30 km。郯庐断裂带表现为右旋走滑,走滑速率在1 mm/a左右,断裂锁定深度为40 km。朱泽 孟国杰 苏小宁 金红林 胡新康 Ge Linlin 2014大地测量与地球动力学2014,34,4:2
9Instability characteristics of the cracked roof rock beam under shallow mining conditions显示文摘To establish the movement relationship for the roof breaking under shallow mining conditions, the mechanical model of the roof rock beam was built, then the structure instability process of the roof rock beam was analyzed. The changing criterion of the vertical displacement was established and the relationship between the deflection and the rotary motion of roof block was determined. Regarding a mining face in Shangwan Mine, the responsing laws of the deflection and horizontal thrust of the roof rock beam were obtained through FLAC3D numerical analysis. The results show that the structure instability of the cracked roof rock beam depends on the interaction between the vertical load and the horizontal thrust.For the roof rock beam, when the vertical load keeps constant, the horizontal thrust fluctuating rises with increasing deflection. 16Review:A Survey of Single Gimbal Control Moment Gyroscope forAgile Spacecraft Attitude Control显示文摘Agile attitude maneuver is a basic requirement for next generation imaging spacecraft and Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG) is an effective candidate for large space station and agile spacecraft attitude control because of its torque amplification capability. This paper provides a thorough survey of Single Gimbal Control Moment Gyroscope (SGCMG) in terms of configuration,evaluation,modeling,singularity analysis and steering logic,etc. For specific space missions,CMGs are logically mounted into different particular arrays which can be chosen by the proposed evaluation methods. From the dynamic model we find a tough inverse mapping problem which suffers the inherent geometric singularity. Different techniques and theories then are applied for singularity analysis and CMG steering logics design. The pyramid CMG cluster and singular robust logics are proven to be able to enhance the agility of spacecraft.
