1Intake of Volatile N-nitrosamines and Their Ability to Exogenously Synthesize in the Diet of Inhabitants from High-risk Area of Esophageal Cancer in Southern China显示文摘Objective Nan'so County in Guandong Province is a high-risk area of esophageal cancer in Southern China .Of the suspected etiological factors in the environment ,N-nitrosamines and their precursors have received the greatest attention.Methods Sixty samples of the diet ingested by the inhabitants were collected and detected for volatile N-nitrosamines and their precursors.Five N-nitrosamines detected by Gas Chromatography-Thermal Energy Analyzer were N-nitrosodimethylamine,N-nitrosodiethylamine,N-nitrosopyrrolidine,N-nitrosopiperidine and N-nitrosomethyl-benzylamine.Results The average content of 5 volatile N-nitrosamines in the diet was 312.0μg/kg(meian).The daily intake of the nitrosamines was 286.5μg/head/day.Only the ability to exogenously synthesize N-nitrosopiperidine was powerful among 5 volatile N-nitrosamines.By a computerized stepwise regression analysis and curve fitting,we studied the correlation among the nitrosamines,the precursors and the major food items in the samples.Conclusion It demonstrated that a relatively high content of volatile N-nitrosamines was present in the diet collected in the area.LINKUN SHENZHONG-YING2002Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2002,15,4:6
2The molecular dynamics of neural metabolism during the action potential显示文摘Neural information processing is tightly coupled to both energy consumption and derivation from substrates.In this study,the energy function of the neuron during the action potential(AP)is described and analyzed.It has been observed that energy consumption during the AP does not match predictions of the conventional theory of neural energy dynamics.On short time scales,neural energy expenditure shifts between positive and negative phases.During the AP,the energy source switches from neuronal stores(positive expenditure or net consumption)to exploitation of external substrates,specifically the glucose and oxygen carried in cerebral blood(the negative consumption phase).Based on the idea of reductionism,this paper demonstrates how ion channels,membrane pumps and transporters,ionotropic and metabotropic receptor signaling pathways,astrocyte glycolysis and the production lactate,and the glutamate-glutamine cycle all serve to relate cerebral blood flow and neuronal metabolism to neuronal activity and so maintain neuronal energy charge during the AP.ZHENG HongWen WANG RuBin QIAO LinKun DU Ying 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5:5

5Collaborative Offloading Method for Digital Twin Empowered Cloud Edge Computing on Internet of Vehicles显示文摘Digital twinning and edge computing are attractive solutions to support computing-intensive and servicesensitive Internet of Vehicles applications.Most of the existing Internet of Vehicles service offloading solutions only consider edge–cloud collaboration,but the collaboration between small cell eNodeB(SCeNB)should not be ignored.Service delays far lower than offloading tasks to the cloud can be obtained through reasonable collaborative computing between nodes.The proposed framework realizes and maintains the simulation of collaboration between SCeNB nodes by constructing a digital twin that maintains SCeNB nodes in the central controller,thereby realizing user task offloading positions,sub-channel allocation,and computing resource allocation.Then an algorithm named AUC-AC is proposed,based on the dominant actor–critic network and the auction mechanism.In order to obtain a better command of global information,the convolutional block attention mechanism(CBAM)is used in the digital twin of each SCeNB node to observe its environment and learn strategies.Numerical results show that our experimental scheme is better than several baseline algorithms in terms of service delay.Linjie Gu Mengmeng Cui Linkun Xu Xiaolong Xu 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,3:1

9The Study on Bamboo Microfibers Isolated by Steam Explosion and Their Comprehensive Properties显示文摘To overcome the shortage of wood resources as well as to develop novel natural fibers materials,the Chimonobambusa quadrangularis(CQ)and Qiongzhuea tumidinoda(QT)planted in Southwest China were effectively isolated by the steam explosion(SE).The fine and uniform bamboo microfibers derived from CQ and QT were obtained,and their smallest average widths were 12.62μm and 16.05μm,respectively.The effects of steam explosion on the micro-morphology,chemical composition,thermal stability,crystallinity,surface wettability,and mechanical properties of bamboo microfibers were comprehensively investigated.The results showed that the relative content of cellulose in bamboo microfibers increased but the hemicellulose and lignin contents decreased after SE.The degrees of crystallinity for CQ and QT increased from 40.49%and 39.46%to 68.90%and 55.78%,respectively.The thermal stability and surface hydrophilicity were also improved.The CQ microfibers had a maximum decomposition temperature of 2.79°C,a tensile strength of 58.54 MPa,an elongation at break of 0.6%,and a water contact angle of 2.7°higher than those of the QT microfibers.Qiushi Li Ronggang Luo Yu Chen Jinhui Xiong Bei Qiao Xijuan Chai Linkun Xie Juan Wang Lianpeng Zhang Siqun Wang Guanben Du Kaimeng Xu 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,6:0
10Expression and Response Analysis of NCED Gene of Zoysia japonica in Initial Infection Stage of Rhizoctonia solani显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to analyze the expression and response mechanism of NCED gene of Zoysia japonica in initial infection stage of Rhizoctonia solani. [Method] The NCED gene fragments of Z. japonica‘Zenith'were screened and cloned on the basis of transcriptome data. The expression patterns of NCED gene in initial infection stage of R. solani( 0-48 h) were obtained via real-time quantitative PCR. [Result] The expression level of NCED gene in stress treatment was higher than that without infection,which first increased then decreased with the extension of time,and reached the maximum at 36 h. Further detection of ABA level in‘Zenith'roots showed that the change trend of ABA level within 0-48 h was consistent with the expression pattern of NCED gene,and flattened out after 48 h. 11The Rb-Sr age and geological implication of alkaline syenitic complex from Liangtun-Kuangdonggou at Gaixian,eastern Liaoning Province显示文摘Liangtun-Kuangdonggou complex, 30 km southeast of Gaixian Town, Liaoning Province, is composed of aegirine-augite hornblende syenite, aegirine-augite syenite, hornblende syenite, pyroxene syenite and syeno-aegirinolite. Rb-Sr isotopic data to the complex are reported and used for discussion of chronology and geological implication. They show that the complex occurred in early Proterozoic and is a tectonic sign of extension setting. 13Unique Ligand Exchange Dynamics of Metal-Organic Polyhedra for Vitrimer-like Gas Separation Membranes显示文摘Metal-organic polyhedra(MOPs)possess a microporous framework and impose hierarchical constraints on their surface ligands,leading to the long-ignored,logarithmic ligand exchange dynamics.Herein,polymer networks with MOP as nanoscale cross-linkers(MOP-CNs)can integrate unique ligand exchange dynamics and microporosity,affording vitrimer-like gas separation membranes with promising mechanical performance and(re)processability.All the ligands on the MOP surfaces are confined and correlated via a 3D coordination framework and their neighboring spaces,giving rise to a high energy barrier for ligand exchange.Therefore,MOP-CNs demonstrate high mechanical strengths at room temperature due to their negligible ligand dynamics.The thermo-activated ligand exchange process with integrated network topology enables facile(re)processing and high solvo-resistance at high temperatures.This facilitates Arrhenius type temperature dependence of flowability and stress relaxation,giving rise to the simultaneous achievement of promising mechanical strengths and(re)processability.Finally,the cage topologies of MOPs endow the materials with a bonus microporous feature and spur their applications as gas separation membranes.Mingxin Zhang Haitao Yu Qin Zou Zi-Ang Li Yuyan Lai Linkun Cai Panchao Yin 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,11:0
