1Anti-biofilm and remineralization effects of chitosan hydrogel containing amelogeninderived peptide on initial caries lesions显示文摘In this study,we have designed a more clinically powerful anti-caries treatment by applying the amelogenin-derived peptide QP5 to the antibacterial carrier material chitosan in a hydrogel(CS-QP5 hydrogel),and characterized its effects on the inhibition of a cariogenic biofilm and the promotion of the remineralization of the initial caries lesions.The results indicated that the CS-QP5 hydrogel sustainably inhibited the growth of the Streptococcus mutans biofilm,lactic acid production and the metabolic activity over a prolonged period of time.Moreover,the CS-QP5 hydrogel promoted the remineralization of early enamel lesions,which were indicated by surface microhardness(,polarized light microscopy and transverse microradiography.In conclusion,the CS-QP5 hydrogel shows good potential for caries control in the clinic because of its antibacterial effects as well as the remineralization of initial enamel carious lesions even in a biofilm model over a prolonged period of time.Qian Ren Zhongcheng Li Longjiang Ding Xiuqing Wang Yumei Niu Xi Qin Xuedong Zhou Linglin Zhang 2018Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,2:5

3Triboelectric nanogenerators: Fundamental physics and potential applications显示文摘Based on the conjunction of contact electrification and electrostatic induction,triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)can harvest mechanical energy dispersed in our environment.With the characteristics of simple structure,light weight,broad material availability,low cost,and high efficiency even at low operation frequency,TENG can serve as a promising alternative strategy for meeting the needs of distributed energy for the internet of things and network.The major potential applications of TENG can be summarized as four fields containing micro/nano power sources,self-powered sensors,large-scale blue energy,and direct high-voltage power sources.In this paper,the fundamental physics,output performance enhancement,and applications of TENGs are reviewed to timely summarize the development of TENGs and provide a guideline for future research.Linglin ZHOU Di LIU Jie WANG Zhong Lin WANG 2020Friction2020,8,3:5

5Recent Advances in Self-Powered Electrochemical Systems显示文摘Electrochemistry,one of the most important research and production technology,has been widely applicated in various fields.However,the requirement of external power source is a major challenge to its development.To solve this issue,developing selfpowered electrochemical system(SPES)that can work by collecting energy from the environment is highly desired.The invention of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG),which can transform mechanical energy into electricity,is a promising approach to build SPES by integrating with electrochemistry.In this view,the latest representative achievements of SPES based on TENG are comprehensively reviewed.By harvesting various mechanical energy,five SPESs are built,including electrochemical pollutants treatment,electrochemical synthesis,electrochemical sensor,electrochromic reaction,and anticorrosion system,according to the application domain.Additionally,the perspective for promoting the development of SPES is discussed.Linglin Zhou Di Liu Li Liu Lixia He Xia Cao Jie Wang Zhong Lin Wang 2021Research2021,,1:1
6Recent advances in high-performance triboelectric nanogenerators显示文摘The development of the Internet of Things(IoT)and artificial intelligence has accompanied the evolution of energy demand and structure in the new era,and the power sources for billions of distributed electronics and sensors have aroused worldwide interest.As an alternative energy harvesting technology,triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)have received remarkable attention and have shown attractive potential applications for use in micro/nano power sources,self-powered sensors,highvoltage power sources,and blue energy due to their advantages of small size,light weight,flexibility,low cost,and high efficiency at low frequency.In this review,we discuss high-performance TENGs from the perspectives of triboelectric charge density,output voltage,energy density,and corresponding quantification methods.Among these topics,the limitations,optimization methods and techniques,and potential directions to challenge these limits are comprehensively discussed and reviewed.Finally,we discuss the emerging challenges,strategies,and opportunities for research and development of highperformance TENGs.Di Liu Yikui Gao Linglin Zhou Jie Wang Zhong Lin Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,9:1
7Site-specific N-glycosylation characterization and allergenicity analysis of globulin-1 S allele from wheat显示文摘N-glycans in many proteins are of great concern because of their strong association with food allergies. Triticum aestivum(bread wheat), a major food crop, is known as one of the “Big Eight” allergenic groups. However, little research has been done about N-glycans in wheat glycoproteins. In this study, a soluble wheat glycoprotein was purified from wheat and further identified as globulin-1 S allele(GSA). The wheat GSA displayed significant IgE-binding activity. Moreover, one N-glycosylation site and 6 kinds of N-glycans were identified by mass spectrometry, including 3 high mannose types and 3 complex types. Furthermore, the IgE-binding activity of wheat GSA is proved to be reduced by the removal of N-glycan, thermal treatment(temperatures > 80 ℃), and strong acidic treatment(pH 3.0). 8Influence of the Calmodulin Antagonist EBB on Cyclin B1 and Cdc2-p34 in Human Drug-resistant Breast Cancer MCF-7/ADR Cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of O-(4-ethoxyl-butyl)- berbamine(EBB)on the expression of cyclin B1 and cdc2-p34 in the human drug-resistant breast cancer MCF-7/ADR cell line. METHODS The MTT assay was used to assess the cytotoxicity of EBB.Different levels of EBB were added to different cell lines at series of time points solely or combined with doxorubicin(DOX) to detect the effect on the expression of cyclinB1 and cdc2-p34 by Western blots.cdc2-p34 tyrosine phosphorylation was detected by immunoprecipitation.In addition,apoptosis and cytoplastic Ca 2+ concentrations were systematically examined by laser scanning confocal microscopy(LSCM). RESULTS EBB showed little inhibitory activity on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(ECV304),whereas EBB inhibited cell growth(IC50 range,4.55~15.74μmol/L)in a variety of sensitive and drug-resistance cell lines.EBB also down-regulated the expression of cyclin B1 and cdc2-p34 in a concentration and time dependent manner,which was an important reason for the G2/M phase arrest.EBB was shown to induce apoptosis of MCF-7/ADR cells while increasing the level of cytoplastic Ca 2+ . 10A novel AgNPs/MOF substrate-based SERS sensor for high-sensitive on-site detection of wheat gluten显示文摘Gluten,known as the major allergen in wheat,has gained increasing concerns in industrialized countries,resulting in an urgent need for accurate,high-sensitive,and on-site detection of wheat gluten in complex food systems.Herein,we proposed a silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)/metal-organic framework(MOF)substrate-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensor for the high-sensitive on-site detection of wheat gluten.The detection occurred on the newly in-situ synthesized AgNPs/MOF-modified SERS substrate,providing an enhancement factor(EF)of 1.89×10^(5).Benefitting from the signal amplification function of AgNPs/MOF and the superiority of SERS,this sensor represented high sensitivity performance and a wide detection range from 1×10^(-15)mol/L to 2×10^(-6)mol/L with a detection limit of 1.16×10^(-16)mol/L,which allowed monitoring the trace of wheat gluten in complex food system without matrix interference.This reliable sandwich SERS sensor may provide a promising platform for high-sensitive,accurate,and on-site detection of allergens in the field of food safety.Linglin Fu Yanzhuo Du Jinru Zhou Huan Li Minzi Wang Yanbo Wang 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2:0
11Purification and immunoglobulin E epitopes identification of low molecular weight glutenin:an allergen in Chinese wheat显示文摘As one of the most important cereals,wheat(Triticum aestivum)has high nutritional value and is widely cultivated in China.However,wheat can cause severe allergic reactions,and a growing number of people are developing allergies to Chinese wheat.Low molecular weight glutenin(LMW-GS),an important allergen in susceptible populations,is responsible for celiac disease and wheat contacts dermatitis.In this study,LMW-GS was highly purified from Chinese wheat(Xiaoyan 6)and further identified and characterized.In addition,8 peptides were predicted efficiently by 5 immunological tools,among which 5 peptides showed significant immunoglobulin E binding abilities.Two specific epitopes were found to be in the non-conserved region of the amino acid sequence of LMW-GS,which was speculated to be the specific epitope of Chinese wheat.This systematic research of LMW-GS may provide new insights into the prevention of wheat allergy and development of hypoallergenic wheat products.Yanbo Wang Yihang Tong Jinru Zhou Dong Yang Linglin Fu 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
12An antifouling polydopamine-based fluorescent aptasensor for determination of arginine kinase显示文摘Simple yet efficient detection methods for food allergens are in urgent need to help people avoid the risks imposed by allergenic food.In this work,a polydopamine(PDA)-based fluorescent aptasensor was developed to detect arginine kinase(AK),one of the major allergens in shellfish.The aptamer towards AK was firstly selected via systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment method and labeled with fluorescein amidite(FAM)to build a fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)system with PDA particles.Polyethylene glycol(PEG)was employed to construct an antifouling surface for the aptasensor to eliminate food matrix interferences.With the presence of AK,the PDA-based aptasensor exhibited elevated fluorescent signals as the FAM-labeled aptamer bound to AK and detached from the PDA particles.The aptasensor showed great stability and resistance to nonspecific interference of background proteins and had a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.298μg/mL.The proposed aptasensor was further proved to be feasible for quantitative analysis of AK in nine species of shrimps and five commercial processed products,which indicated its high potential in tracing the presence of AK in complex aquatic products.Yanbo Wang Huan Li Jinru Zhou Fangting Wang Yifan Qian Linglin Fu 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
13MXene Lubricated Tribovoltaic Nanogenerator with High Current Output and Long Lifetime显示文摘Tribovoltaic nanogenerators(TVNGs)have the characteristics of high current density,low matched impedance and continuous output,which is expected to solve the problem of power supply for small electronic devices.However,wear occurrence in friction interface will seriously reduce the performance of TVNGs as well as lifetime.Here,we employ MXene solution as lubricate to improve output current density and lifetime of TVNG simultaneously,where a high value of 754 mA m^(-2)accompanied with a record durability of 90,000 cycles were achieved.By comparing multiple liquid lubricates with different polarity,we show that conductive polar liquid with MXene as additive plays a crucial role in enhancing the electrical output performance and durability of TVNG.Moreover,the universality of MXene solution is well demonstrated in various TVNGs with Cu and P-type Si,and Cu and N-GaAs as material pairs.This work may guide and accelerates the practical application of TVNG in future.Wenyan Qiao Linglin Zhou Zhihao Zhao Peiyuan Yang Di Liu Xiaoru Liu Jiaqi Liu Dongyang Liu Zhong Lin Wang Jie Wang 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12:0
14Topical 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy improved refractory acne conglobata and perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens rather than hidradenitis suppurativa显示文摘Acne conglobata(AC),perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens(PCAS)and hidradenitis suppurativa(HS)are uncommon refractory chronic,inflammatory,scarring diseases but cause serious damage to the quality of life.These three diseases are associated with follicular occlusion.Several studies indicated topical 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)improved follicular occlusion besides acne treatment.So we attempted to apply ALA-PDT to medicine resistant AC,PCAS and HS.Topical ALA-PDT was applied to 10 patients with AC,seven patients with PCAS and three patients with HS for more than three sessions.All the patients completed the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)questionnaire and were assessed for the efficacy at the baseline and on two weeks after each treatment.Adverse effects were recorded at each visit.The results showed 25.5%(5/20,two cases of AC and three cases of PCAS)of patients achieved excellent improvement after three sessions of PDT and another 60.0%(12/20,eight cases of AC and four cases of PCAS)of patients achieved good improvement.15.0%(3/20,three cases of HS)got poor response(<20%lesions clearance).Anotherfive cases(three cases of AC and two cases of PCAS)also achieved excellent response after 5–7 sessions of PDT.We also found that papular/nodular,cyst/abscess showed higher clearance rate than sinus/¯stula(88.5%,86.1%versus 11.1%).DLQI was reduced after three sessions of PDT in AC and PCAS patients rather than HS patients.5-ALA-PDT could improve refractory AC and PCAS but could not lead to improvement in late stage of HS.The e±cacy increased with more treatment sessions.Linglin Zhang Peiru Wang Lei Shi Guolong Zhang Yunfeng Zhang Zhongxia Zhou Zheng Huang Hongwei Wang Xiuli Wang 2016Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2016,9,1:0
