| 1 | Microstructure and properties of novel Al-Ce-Sc,Al-Ce-Y,Al-Ce-Zr and Al-Ce-Sc-Y alloy conductors processed by die casting,hot extrusion and cold drawing显示文摘In order to overcome the trade-off between the strength and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy conductors,the new Al-Ce-Sc,Al-Ce-Y,Al-Ce-Zr and Al-Ce-Sc-Y alloys were prepared by die casting,high temperature homogenization treatment,hot extrusion and cold drawing.Adding Sc and Y eliminated the dendrite segregation of the as-cast Al-0.2 Ce alloy and promoted the formation of equiaxed grains with the average grain size of 142.5μm.The Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy inherited the great tensile properties of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy and the high electrical conductivity of Al-0.2 Ce-0.1 Y alloy simultaneously.After cold drawing and annealing at 200℃for 5 h,the ultimate tensile strength of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy reached 200 MPa and 198 MPa,the elongation reached 6.8%and 8.5%,and the electrical conductivity reached 61.01%and 61.77%,respectively.The main second phase of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy after hot extrusion were Al_(13)Fe_3 Ce containing a few Y and Si atoms.The larger size and proportion of the second phase greatly reduced the concentration of solute Fe and Si atoms and the addition of Y significantly decreased the density of defects after cold drawing compared to Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy,which improved electrical conductivity of the alloy.Furthermore,the dispersed and coherent nano-size Al_3 Sc precipitions of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy greatly improved strength,elongation and heat resistance.Compared with Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy,the lower density of dislocation,stacking fault and subgrain boundary and the larger size of Al_3 Sc precipitions with enrichment of Y atoms enable the Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy to maintain high strength,elongation and electrical conductivity after annealing. | Weiyi Wang Qinglin Pan Geng Lin Xiaoping Wang Yuqiao Sun Xiangdong Wang Ji Ye Yuanwei Sun Yi Yu Fuqing Jiang Jun Li Yaru Liu | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23: | 4 |
| 2 | Efficacy of Lidan Tang on high-fat-diet induced gallstone in mice and possible mechanism显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate efficacy of Lidan Tang(LDT)on gallstone induced by high fat diet in mice,and to study its underlying mechanism.METHODS:Mice were fed with high fat diet every day and treated with LDT(9.01 times of human clinic dosage).Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups as control group,gallstone model group(high-fat diet),positive control ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)group(80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,i.g.),LDT low dose group(6 kg/d,i.g.),LDT middle dose group(12 kg/d,i.g.),and LDT high dose group(24 kg/d,i.g.).The whole experiment was lasted for 4 weeks.The levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum were measured,the pathological sections were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the activities of antioxidant enzymes were measured by kits,and the proteins related to oxidative stress and lipid transport were detected by Western blot analysis.RESULTS:LDT could significantly reduce the contents of ALT and AST in serum and improve the pathological tissue of liver.LDT could significantly reduce the content of MDA and LPO,and increase the level of GSH and GSH-PX in liver tissue.The data of Western blot showed that LDT had antioxidant effect promoting Keap1/Nrf2 pathway and regulated the process of lipid transport,which was statistically significant.In addition,LDT treatment inhibited the expression of ATP-binding cassette transports ABCG5/8 in liver,and reduced cholesterol transport from the hepatocytes to the gallbladder.CONCLUSION:LDT has protective effect on gallstones induced by high fat diet in mice,which might be based on the protective effect on liver,including enhancing the antioxidant capacity of liver and reducing the production of lipid peroxides. | Gao Yan Liu Caipin Li Juntong Zhai Yingying Lin Meiyu Wu Qinglin Chu Shifeng Zhang Zhao Li Jianping Zhou Xin Li Yueting Chen Naihong | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4: | 4 |
| 3 | Diamond-structured hollow-tube lattice Ni materials via 3D printing显示文摘Light-weight and high-strength materials have attracted considerable attention owing to their outstanding properties, such as weight-reducing, acoustic absorption, thermal insulation, shock and vibration damping. Diamond possesses specific stiffness and strength arising from its special crystal structure. In this work, inspired by the diamond crystal structure, hollow-tube nickel materials with the diamond structure were fabricated using a diamond structured polymer template based on the Stereo Lithography Appearance technology. The diamond structured template was coated with Ni-P by electroless plating. Finally, the template was removed by high temperature calcinations. The density of the hollow tube nickel materials is about 20 mg/cm3. The morphology and composition of the resultant materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectrometry, and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the surface of the Ni film was uniform with the thickness of 4 μm.The mechanical property was also measured by stress and strain tester. | 6 | Scalable synthesis of A_2S_3 (A=Sb, Bi) submicro/nanowires using their powders via solvothermal proceeding显示文摘Single-crystal A2S3 (A=Sb, Bi) nanowires were successfully prepared via using their powders as precursors by solvothermal proceeding. The reac-tion temperature and time as well as solvent strongly influence final A2S3 crystalline morphology and size. Experimental results show that Sb2S3 rods prepared in ethylene glycol are thicker than its wires with av-erage diameter of 400 nm prepared in the mixture solvent of ethylene glycol and ethylenediamine at 200 oC for 24 h. However, under the same reaction con-dition, uniform submicrowires of Bi2S3 with average diameter of 150 nm can be obtained. When reaction temperature is decreased to 150 oC and reaction time is 40 h, pure Sb2S3 wires cannot be prepared. | 9 | Investigation of operative skills and cranioplasty complications using biomimetic bone(nano-hap/collagen composites)显示文摘The aim of the current study was to investigate the operation skills and complications associated with skull defect repair using biomimetic bone(nano-hap/collagen composites). Clinical data from 45 patients with skull defects who underwent cranioplasty with biomimetic bone from January 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients participated in follow-up visits from 8 months to 3 years postoperatively. Cranioplasties were successful in all 45 patients,but 17 patients(20 cases) presented various complications, including subcutaneous hydrops(14 cases), biomimetic bone fixation loosening(4 cases), wound indolence(1 case), and biomimetic bone fragmentation(1 case). | 10 | Molecular analyses of bacterioplankton communities with highly abundant Vibrio clades: a case study in Bohai Sea coastal waters显示文摘We investigated the bacterioplankton abundance, community composition and the associated Vibrio clades of natural seawater in Bohai Sea coastal waters. Seawater samples (10 L in triplicate) were collected at 0.5, 3, and 5 m depths near the coastal aquaculture zone of the Bohai Sea on May 12, 2016. Real-time PCR and 16S rRNA gene amplicon high-throughput sequencing methods were employed by which 485 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) at a 97% sequence similarity level were generated. Gammaproteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes were the most abundant groups, accounting for 49.5%, 23.5%, and 18.9% of the total assemblage, respectively. Obvious variations in Pseudoalteromonas, Vibrio, and Octadecabacter , which were the most abundant genera, could be observed among diff erent samples. Notably, the results of Vibrio -specifi c real-time PCR indicated that Vibrio had extremely high 16S rRNA gene copy numbers. The 16S rRNA gene sequencing results across all the samples also indicated that they occupied a large proportion of the total assemblage. Both the alpha diversity and major bacterioplankton group Pseudoalteromonas had significant correlations with the concentration of PO4^3-.
