A study of the mechanism of enhancing oil recovery using supercritical carbon dioxide microemulsions显示文摘Supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO 2) microemulsion was formed by supercritical CO 2 , H 2 O, sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT, surfactant) and C 2 H 5 OH (co-surfactant) under pressures higher than 8 MPa at 45 oC. The fundamental characteristics of the scCO 2 microemulsion and the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) with Daqing oil were investigated with a high-pressure falling sphere viscometer, a high-pressure interfacial tension meter, a PVT cell and a slim tube test. The mechanism of the scCO 2 microemulsion for enhancing oil recovery is discussed. The results showed that the viscosity and density of the scCO 2 microemulsion were higher than those of the scCO 2 fluid at the same pressure and temperature. The results of interfacial tension and slim tube tests indicated that the MMP of the scCO 2 microemulsion and crude oil was lower than that of the scCO 2 and crude oil at 45 oC. It is the combined action of viscosity, density and MMP which made the oil recovery efficiency of the scCO 2 microemulsion higher than that of the scCO 2 fluid. | Dong Zhaoxia Li Yi Lin Meiqin Li Mingyuan | 2013 | Petroleum Science2013,10,1: | 12
Influence of surfactants used in surfactant-polymer flooding on the stability of Gudong crude oil emulsion显示文摘The influences of an anionic-nonionic composite surfactant and petroleum sulfonate, used in surfactant-polymer flooding in Shengli Gudong oilfield, East China, on the interfacial properties of Gudong crude model oil and synthetic formation water was studied by measuring interfacial tension, interfacial viscoelasticity and Zeta potential. The in? uence of the surfactants on the stability of Gudong water-in-oil (W/O) and oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions was evaluated by separating water from the W/O emulsion and residual oil in the aqueous phase of the O/W emulsion respectively. The results showed that the two kinds of surfactants, namely anionic-nonionic composite surfactant and petroleum sulfonate, are both able to decrease the interfacial tension between the oil phase and the aqueous phase and increase the surface potential of the oil droplets dispersed in the O/W emulsion, which can enhance the stability of the W/O and O/W crude oil emulsions. Compared with petroleum sulfonate, the anionic-nonionic composite surfactant is more interfacially active and able to enhance the strength of the interfacial film between oil and water, hence enhance the stability of the W/O and O/W emulsions more effectively. | Dong Zhaoxia Lin Meiqin Wang Hao Li Mingyuan | 2010 | Petroleum Science2010,7,2: | 10
Dispersion polymerization of anionic polyacrylamide in an aqueous salt medium显示文摘Anionic polyacrylamide dispersions were prepared by dispersion polymerization in an aqueous salt medium, using acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA) as monomers and anionic polyelectrolytes as stabilizer. Effects of salt concentration, and molecular weight and concentration of stabilizers on the stability of the dispersions were investigated using a HAAKE rheometer and optical microscopy. The results showed that stable anionic polyacrylamide dispersions, consisting of smooth, spherical, polydisperse particles, could be obtained under the conditions of salt concentration ranging from 26 wt% to 30 wt%, concentration of stabilizers from 1.2 wt% to 1.8 wt%, and intrinsic viscosity of stabilizers from 2.98 dL·g-1 to 3.74 dL·g-1 . The apparent viscosity of the stable dispersions changed very little with the shear rate, showing Newton fluid behavior. | Lu Jiao Peng Bo Li Mingyuan Lin Meiqin Dong Zhaoxia | 2010 | Petroleum Science2010,7,3: | 8
Influence of polymers on the stability of Gudao crude oil emulsions显示文摘The influence of different types and concentrations of polymers on the stability of Gudao crude oil emulsion was investigated by measuring the volume of water separated from the emulsions and the interfacial shear viscosity of the oil/water interfacial film.Experimental results indicate that the simulated water-in-oil emulsion with 40 mg/L of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)3530S could be easily broken by adding demulsifier C and was readily separated into two layers. However, HPAM AX-74H and hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer(HAP)could stabilize the crude oil emulsion. With increasing concentration of AX-74H and HAP,crude oil emulsions became more stable.Water droplets were loosely packed in the water-in model oil emulsion containing HPAM 3530S, but water droplets were smaller and more closely packed in the emulsion containing AX-74H or HAP.The polymers could be adsorbed on the oil/water interface, thereby increasing the strength of the interfacial film and enhancing the emulsion stability. | Lin Meiqin Zhang Chunling Zong Hua Li Mingyuan Fang Hongbo Guo Jixiang | 2008 | Petroleum Science2008,5,2: | 6
Rheological Properties of Hydrophobically Associating Polyacrylamide Solution显示文摘A temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant polyacrylamide, hydrophobically associating polymer (HAP), was synthesized in the State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil Processing. The rheological behavior of HAP solution was investigated by means of flow experiments in porous media and by using a HAAKE RS600 rheometer. The results of Nuclepore membrane filtration showed that filtration time increased sharply when the critical association concentration was reached. Shear rate had a greater impact on viscosity and shear stress with increasing HAP concentration. The HAP solution with a concentration of 100 mg/L (salinity 32,868 mg/L) exhibited negative thixotropy. However, at the same salinity the HAP solution showed thixotropy and its viscosity became greater when the polymer concentration increased to 1,500 mg/L. The flow experiments in cemented core samples indicated that the resistance factor and residual resistance factor of the HAP solution were 31.8 and 12 when polymer concentration and salinity were 1,500 mg/L, 32,868 mg/L at 85℃ respectively, which is favorable for flooding application. Such factors of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide 3530S were merely 3.14 and 1.71, so it could not be applied to polymer flooding in the oilfield with high temperature and high salinity. | Ren Kun Wang Jinlan Lin Meiqin Xu Chunming | 2006 | Petroleum Science2006,3,2: | 5
Strain heterogeneity, cooccurrence network, taxonomic composition and functional profile of the healthy ocular surface microbiome显示文摘Background:There is growing evidence indicating that the microbial communities that dwell on the human ocular surface are crucially important for ocular surface health and disease.Little is known about interspecies interactions, functional profiles, and strain heterogeneity across individuals in healthy ocular surface microbiomes. Methods:To comprehensively characterize the strain heterogeneity, cooccurrence network, taxonomic composition and functional profile of the healthy ocular surface microbiome,we performed shotgun metagenomics sequencing on ocular surface mucosal membrane swabs of 17 healthy volunteers. Results:The healthy ocular surface microbiome was classified into 12 phyla,70 genera, and 140 species. The number of species in each healthy ocular surface microbiome ranged from 6 to 47,indicating differences in microbial diversity among individuals. The species with high relative abundances and high positivity rates were Streptococcus pyogenes,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Propionibacterium acnes,Corynebacterium accolens, and Enhydrobacter aerosaccus.A correlation network analysis revealed a competitive interaction of Staphylococcus epidermidis with Streptococcus pyogenes in ocular surface microbial ecosystems.Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus pyogenes revealed phylogenetic diversity among different individuals. At the functional level, the pathways related to transcription were the most abundant. We also found that there were abundant lipid and amino acid metabolism pathways in the healthy ocular surface microbiome. Conclusion:This study explored the strain heterogeneity, cooccurrence network, taxonomic composition, and functional profile of the healthy ocular surface microbiome. These findings have important significance for the future development of probiotic-based eye therapeutic drugs. | Yutong Kang Shudan Lin Xueli Ma Yanlin Che Yiju Chen Tian Wan Die Zhang Jiao Shao Jie Xu Yi Xu Yongliang Lou Meiqin Zheng | 2021 | Eye and Vision2021,8,1: | 3
Rheological properties of polymer micro-gel dispersions显示文摘The influence of swelling time, temperature,NaCl concentration and polymer micro-gel concentration on rheological properties of polymer micro-gel dispersions was studied by using a HAAKE rheometer. The results showed that with increasing swelling time and NaCl concentration, the polymer micro-gel dispersions changed from a shear-thickening fluid to a Newtonian fluid. The polymer micro- gel dispersion show shear-thinning in non-saline water. At higher swelling temperature, the time of the polymer micro-gel dispersion showing shear-thickening was shorter. With increasing polymer micro-gel concentration, the dispersion changed from shear-thickening to shear-thinning. | Dong Zhaoxia Li Yahua Lin Meiqin Li Mingyuan | 2009 | Petroleum Science2009,6,3: | 2
