1Sol-Gel Preparation of Zn2 SiO4 :Mn Phosphor Layers on Silica Spheres and Their Luminescent Properties显示文摘The synthesis and luminescence properties of Zn2 SiO4: Mn phosphor layers on spherical silica spheres, i.e.,a kind of core-shell complex phosphor, Zn2SiO4: Mn@ SiO2 were described.Firstly, monodisperse silica spheres were obtained via the Stober method by the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) Si ( OC2H5 ) 4 under base condition ( using NH4 OH as the catalyst).Secondly, the silica spheres were coated with a Zn2 SiO4: Mn phosphor layer by a Pechini solgel process.X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum ( EDS )and photoluminescence (PL) were employed to characterize the resulting complex phosphor.The results confirm that1000 ℃ annealed sample consists of crystalline Zn2SiO4: Mn shells and amorphous SiO2 cores.The phosphor show the green emission of Mn2+ at 521 nm corresponding 4T1 (4G) - 6 A1 (6S) transition, and the possible luminescence mechanism is proposed.Kong Deyan Yu Min Lin Cuikun Lin Jun 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:3

5Preparation and Photoluminescent Properties of β-Ga_2O_3∶Dy Nanorod Arrays显示文摘β-Ga2O3∶Dy nanorod arrays were prepared through a hydrothermal process following by a subsequent heat treatment. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra were used to characterize the phase, morphology and PL properties of β-Ga2O3∶Dy nanorod arrays. FE-SEM results show that the as-formed hydrothermal products are GaOOH nanorod arrays with the aspect ratio of 3, which constructed from nanorods of 100 nm in diamete and 2 μm in length. The β-Ga2O3∶Dy nanorod arrays possessing the similar morphology and size with their precursors GaOOH crystal are the final products after 900 ℃ heat treatment. The PL of β-Ga2O3∶Dy nanorod arrays consist of two bands, 460~505 nm (the maximum 491 nm) and 570~600 nm (the maximum 580 nm), which assign to the transitions of Dy 3+, 4F 9/2-6H 15/2 and 4F 9/2-6H 13/2, respectively. The β-Ga2O3 host lattice could transfer the energy to the Dy 3+ effectively. Compared with the solid state reaction counterparts, β-Ga2O3∶Dy nanorod arsays have the more uniform morphology and the higher efficiency of energy transfer.Zhang Jie Lin Cuikun Lin Jun 2005Journal of Rare Earths2005,23,5:1
